I wish you well, I watched my mum suffer for a long time,

She suffered for years to the point where she lost some of her dignity as she was bed ridden, for 5 years but she would always do her best to encourage even in her suffering, and it was never a burden for us, tho she felt she was at times, she would say things like I'm so sorry it's took a whole army of people just to get me a new mattress and out of bed and back in again.

It never stopped her from speaking to us or encouraging us, or her giving up completely, all tho without our help monitoring her 24/7 she may have given up and felt that way, that she was to much of a burden.

My mum also went through every spiritual warfare battle there was through her life.

And without living by God and the word of faith she would never have carried on living for 5 years being bed ridden.

She also helped many people to beat addiction and witnessed many spiritual transformations in people after helping people beat every kind of addiction through the word if faith and the authority of the lord.
She even lived with cancer for five years and other life threatening illnesses whilst bed ridden for five years but that never killed her, what took her life was the lord peacefully as we witness her go peacefully holding our hands

Thanks for sharing that. My belief is that God does not inflict suffering but He does allow each person to bear their own cross for good reasons we may not understand, so while I hope to die without suffering like your mother, I pray for God’s will to be done.

Robert Bowman knows a lot about the WoF movement. He wrote a book, The Word-Faith Controversy. Here are a couple of interviews he did which are pretty good. He's more knowledgeable and can explain things a lot better than I could. I'm not endorsing either of these YouTube channels, only the Bowman interviews.


 
I did some more research on the wof and yeah it seems that their core beliefs are for the most part corrupted but some of the things they teach such as standing in the authority Christ gave us are solid not all of it is bad

Yeah, i used to think this too when i was younger. I used to think that there is an order to things.
But there is no order in this world. Think about how blessed we all are compared to children who suffer from incurable diseases and they don't even get to live to their teen years.

A broken clock is right twice a day. The problem with the "not all of it is bad" approach is even if they say some things that are true, at their core they're false. They're "hidden reefs" that you don't see until it's too late and the boat sinks.

True, which is why I pray for order and for God’s will to be done—which makes praying continually simple and short!

I know nothing of "wof".

I do know that who ever JESUS touched or said was healed was.

I do know that HE said we will do more than HE did.

I do know that we have to have the same faith that JESUS did and if we ask in HIS name he will give it to us.

I do know it is not us, but JESUS thought the Holy Ghost who is doing the healing.

I do know that that JESUS was always fasted up and all kinds of faith.

I do think, that if we were fasted up and had faith we would do the same, I'm thinking about people like Smith Wigglesworth when I read his books, WOW.

I do know that due to all of the healing JESUS drew big crowds and looking forward to seeing the same today. JESUS IS ALIVE.

I have no idea how many of those crowd was reborn or went back to there sinful lives?

GOD BLESS anyone who has enough faith to preform those through the Holy Ghost to do what we call meriales today.

Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

They don't need any healing in heaven, suppose to be the same way here.

We should all have that same faith as mine is growing as of now, I fall short.

Satan is a powerful enemy, the more faith the less power he has, JESUS put him in his place and we can to.

Trust me I am talking to myself more than anyone.

well yes the lord knows my allotted days, and if I listen it will definitely feal like a chronological order 🤩.

You can have a mountain of faith, but if isn’t God’s will you are wasting time.

Yes, and although I might live another ten or twenty years it is sobering to realize as older relatives die that you might be next man going up.

Yes so true, have you ever stood by a door wondering if you should open it.

When you open it have you ever opened it wanting to close it straight away without listening

and on other occasions have you ever ignored a knock on the door.
I wonder if the lord only ever opens the door when it's worth opening.

that's the spirit, but in twenty years it will seem like yesterday anyway, and more so to the lord, but really your as old as the great father anyway
