I'm not ignoring the civil unrest, I have no issue with people being tried and prosecuted. But tortured? Executed?
Burn1986 suggested torture, you suggested firing squad. It makes absolutely no sense that Hamas would face a US firing squad and tribunal. Now if you live in Israel/Gaza then it might make sense to you, but not to me as I live in the US.
Conflating Antifa with Hamas makes no sense. Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization in the US while Hamas is a domestic terrorist organization in Israel. Two different countries, two different justice systems.
To my knowledge there are not two states, but if you treat them as two states Israel would not have the tribunal, then you need the UN to have a trial.
They have jurisdiction. God gave them jurisdiction and they will be judged by God for how they carry out their responsibility. Meanwhile you and I will be judged for how we handle our responsibility and that includes if we try to usurp someone else's responsibility.

I am more interested in praying for them to repent. Saul of Tarsus had destructive heinous behavior, but his salvation was a far bigger judgement on the spiritual forces of evil than if he had been executed for his crimes. The best way for Satan's kingdom to fall is if all those who are bought by him and kept in bondage by him through fear and threats were to know the knowledge surpassing love of God and if they come to know Jesus whose blood will break every bond and set them free. If these people who are saved will then bring forth fruit worthy of repentance that includes proclaiming everything said and done in secret from the housetop. This is the Lord's strategy to defeating the Satanic kingdom, we preach that Jesus is the savior to those held in bondage and when they are free they can become part of the army of God.
Twisting people words and misquoting them and lying about what they say and believe is to be one with the Accuser of the brethren, that is Satan.
What I have said I have posted in writing for all to read. There is no excuse for anyone to come away with this conclusion unless they are willfully trying to twist my words or hold down the truth in unrighteousness. Their judgement is not idling.
What I believe is that Jesus Christ is Lord, Vengeance is His, and we have a promise that He will deal with all the evil people who do ungodly deeds. However, my assignment is not to be a prosecutor, I'm not here to condemn people there are plenty who will do that. My job is to preach the gospel so that people can know the way of salvation and during this grace period receive Jesus' forgiveness and redemption and become free from Satan's chains.
That doesn't mean there is no one to accuse and prosecute them. That is Satan's job, not mine. I only ask for people to be delivered from hell and eternal torment if they receive the blood of Jesus as their redemption. That doesn't mean they aren't accountable for their crimes, only that they don't go to hell.
