Our dog is bigger than what you describe there above. 
Still, I beleive you probably mean a dog being large race, and not medium/small. 
Perhaps a St. Bernard would be a dog for you Astrid, or a German Sheppard?

any large (but not huge) dog, with fur, would be nice.
I love Rottweilers, long haried shepherds and Samojeds, but those those breeds crave a lot of attention, so i think I'd need a "calmer" breed

I noticed now that samoyed dogs can be some of the same size as a Finnish Lapdog.
Size
Males typically weigh between 23–30 kg (50–65 lbs), while females typically weigh 17–25 kg (40–55 lbs).
Height:
AKC Standard : 21–23.5 inches (53–60 cm) at the shoulder for males, 19–21 inches (48–53 cm) for females.
UK Kennel Club Standard : 51–56 cm (20–22 inches) for males, 46–51 cm (18–20 inches) for females.
Our dog is around 46 cm last time we sized her. But she is female now, female dogs are most of the time a bit smaller than the male dogs. They are very nice those samoyed dogs too, though... Yes, like the other dogs you wrote above there, they do need a lot of attention, especially much excersise. I am not so much known with the rotweiler, though, but I do understand they need knowing who is "the boss" very clearly.

Yeah, they can be dominating, but if trained right they are extremely loyal and friendly. the main problem is they tend to direct their loyalty to only the owner. But like any other breed, if you socialize it, it will be friendly to all.
and yeah, they need exercise. (then again, so do I, so maybe it would be a good idea to get one
