That's happened in the US court system too.
Corporations are now defined as "Persons."

Not only that, but when you receive letters or documents from corporations and governments, the spell your name in all caps.
This places you without your consent into the artificial "personhood" that has no Constitutionally protected God-given rights. This artificial entity is assigned to you along with all legal claims that puts them in a superior position over all others.

Ie.
Jane Doe has God given rights

They make the claim that Jane is
JANE DOE with no Constitutionally protected rights. She is subject instead to whatever policies that the corporate/gt lawyers say that you have. Everything benefits them and takes advantage of Jane, now refered to from here on our as JANE. JANE has all of the responsibilities of the contractual corp while none of the limited liability protections of a corporation.
This is why all of our mail and letters are addressed to YOUR NAME, instead of proper grammar Your Name with only first letter cap.

I agree with your point.
Why they did this is a mystery to me. All that I know is that something similar was accomplished by the enemy in the US courts.

It's the concept of the Straw Man falacy. I don't advise what this video does at the end. I also am not aware of or endorsing the .org it mentioned. I am not familiar with that organization nor endorse it. The video is just a clear and simple 5 minute explanation that I found while looking for a basic on your topic.

well, they think that men and women can switch gender at will, and that people are born gender neutral, and can pick what they are, so is giving a mountain human rights that big of a surprise??

I'd personally take the mountain out somewhere to chum with.. maybe they're a good man.

Don't know if they exist or don't. Ban them, ban unicorns, doesn't matter. But when unborn children are being slaughtered by the millions because they "aren't human" it does matter. This is how looney the left is.
