God Father and Son won for us all to choose to believe God or not in risen Son for the new life to begin in each one that chooses to believe God and stand in that, no matter what happens, good or bad from that time forward. Father steps in, see Ephesians 1:13, seals each that believe God, then, each get to see truth over the error(s) here in this world still going on. It takes willing listening to God not the self or anyone else anymore, to me at least, thank you Father and Son as Won for me and all the world. 1 John2:27.
God and Son together as Won (One) has called us all to choose to believe God, receive new life from God in risen Son. for them or not, being new in love and mercy to all not just a few anymore.
Today, choose, life or death, God is life, and death is dead, God is not a God of the dead, and Jesus is alive risen from the dead for us all to choose to believe God is love as in 1 Cor 13:13, that goes on forever, and to see the mercy seat in appreciation, see 1 Cor 13:4-7. Beleive God in that and ask God for that to get imputed in you by God for you through risen Son Jesus to you, thank you. Believe, receive and see new in this love and mercy for you through Son to you too. Renew the mind, see from Father's view through Son to you.
Love all others as I, Jesus have loved you first!
Wow, Thank you Lord

-"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified."
Romans 8:28-30 NKJV

-"But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, "In Isaac your seed shall be called." That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed."
Romans 9:6-8 NKJV

-"And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one man, even by our father Isaac (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls), it was said to her, "The older shall serve the younger." As it is written, "Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated." What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! For He says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion." So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. For the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up,that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth."" Romans 9:10-17 NKJV

-"Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens."
Romans 9:18 NKJV

-"Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?"
Romans 9:21-24 NKJV

-“So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭20‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

-““For many are called, but few are chosen.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭22‬:‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Okay

Man cant do that unless he is selected by the Father and drawn/regenerated Jn 6:44

-Drawn doesn’t = regenerated.
-Called doesn’t = salvation, it can lead to this, IF we obey Him and live in Him.

He gives us a choice. It’s up to us to follow.

Christ died for the sins of them He died for, so they cannot die for sins and unbelief is one of their sins

So you think Jesus denied who He was and somehow in that unbelief the Father saved Him even though the Lord God has said the only people He saves are believers?

You really are thicker than two brick outhouses aren't you. So sad.

The punishment for unbelief is eternity in the lake of fire. Christ did not die the second death. He did not reject Himself because He cannot do that. 2Tim.2:13

You're like a broken record repeating the same old worn out phrases, trolling the forum with the same old worn out thread. You've become boring instead of enlightening. So many doctrines that could be discussed but you never go off script.

grace and peace

They believed in their version of the Christ not the real Jesus. If they were true believers, they would have had faith. Faith is the word living and working within for only the word has the power to produce the absolute confidence of faith and it would have produced the Lord's commendation, not rebuke.

Heb.11:1-2
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

They prophesied and did wonderful works in the name of the Lord Jesus. They were expecting to be accepted into the Kingdom of Heaven which means that they believed that, and the faith was there. What was missing was doing the will of the Father and being known by Jesus which comes when you receive the Holy Spirit and the Father and Son enter your being. How else would one know the will of the Father?

Jn 6:44

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
No man can come here means no man has the ability to come to Christ. That cancels out the myth that man has a freewill,
It also means that no man has the ability to believe on Christ for Salvation. Because Christ equates believing on Him with coming to Him. Jn 6:64-65
64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

What about those Jesus says to them Jn 5:40
40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
Thats answered in Jn 6:44 they simply will not come because they cannot come unless the Power of God draws them and makes them willing

Ps 110:3
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
If and when one comes to believe on Christ willingly, the credit goes to Gods Power !

Re John 6:44&64-65: When Christ was crucified he drew everyone, but everyone has the ability to ignore or resist God’s grace.
(1Tim. 2:3-4, Matt. 13:14-15, 23:37, John 3:16-18).

Re Psalm 110:3: Yes, God initiates/draws/loves/graces/enables MFW, so the credit/glory goes to God, because receiving God's grace
by faith is a non-meritorious condition.

Just a friendly reminder, you needn't be rude. I read her post and I understood everything she/he was saying.
No, He gives everyone a choice. Many are called, but few are chosen.

Salvation is a state of being. When you are chosen, you are put in that state of being. How does one have a choice when you are already in that state of being. The only way that you have a choice is if you are not in that state of being, which means you are not chosen.

...not YET chosen, because you have not yet chosen to satisfy God's condition requirement for being saved.

It is not a sin Christ died for because Christ cannot reject Himself.

2 Timothy 2:13
if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

The only thing I overlook is your persistent error. ;)

Dying in their sins is not what condemns them, that is the result of their condemnation.

What condemns humanity is their motivation for living. When Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they and all their descendants have that knowledge. Romans 4: 15 We are all born under the Law because we all have a conscience and know what is right. We break the Law when our motivation for living is love of self first instead of love of God first and all others as we love ourslves. The Old Testament Jews were given the Letter of the Law because they had to specifically be told what not to do. Jesus not only erased our sins, but made it easy for us to obey the Spirit of the Law (upon which the Letter of the Law is based) which is to love God first and all others as we love ourselves. Not only does he erase our sins, but he also changes our motivation for living by filling us with the godly love necessary to obey the Spirit of the Law. All this happens when we get baptized with the Holy Spirit and are "born again". John 1: 13

...not YET chosen, because you have not yet chosen to satisfy God's condition requirement for being saved.

There are no conditions on our part to be chosen because none of us are worthy, and it is God the Father who chooses. When you think that there are requirements that you have to fulfill in order to be chosen, you are trying to give yourself the glory for being chosen. All glory goes to God, not you. John 1: 13, 1 Cor 1: 29
