is this America or North Korea?

I'm sure there's already attorneys lining up to take this lawsuit to they just handed him on a silver platter

false imprisonment and violation of constitutional rights

I wonder what it would take to make those "concerned parents" feel safer about sending their kids to school? Obviously what TN and Perry county are doing isn't working.

yes. he was charged with making a non-existent threat.

it would be like charging me for robbing a bank and New York when I'm never even been to New york.

so essentially yeah he was arrested because local law enforcement got butt hurt over a meme
