I thought it was good.
You could take it far beyond an analogy, if you enjoy writing.

It wasn't a bad analogy, but I think the one who stayed free should have wanted to repay his "rescuer" by doing whatever the "rescuer" wanted him to do. :)

I never have thought of writing before...I guess I could, though. But wherever the Lord leads, I'll follow :)

Yeah, I don't really know what I am...I just know what the Bible says, and I go from there.
You don't need to choose a label for yourself, lil'christiansister! I hate it when people try to label others, it's like they think they have you all figured out if they can stuff you in a tidy little box and file you away on the proper shelf :(. It's funny, but the people who do that are usually the least discerning, so they generally end up trying stuff you on the wrong shelf, and it can be pretty entertaining to blow their pre-conceived notions out of the water :D. Yeah, I've torn off a lot of incorrect labels in my life.........Anyway, just focus on being the young lady that God wants you to be, and let 'em wonder why you don't fit into ANYONE'S box (except God's, of course ;)). Keep seeking, sister, and you'll keep finding! Love, Nicole :)

May Jesus bless you lil. I believe Jesus is revealing to you a precious and hidden gem of his gospel message!! I would say, if your heart is pure, ACCURATE!!!

There is a very solid lesson to be learned from the story of a slave and the shackles and the freedom.

As strange as it sounds many don't want to be free, or doubt they can be free. Those shackles my friend is sin. But men do not have the keys to free themselves, which ends in vain attempts much like the religions of men. DO YOU SEE!!!!

And in the cases, it is like the parable of the sower. As a matter of fact if you will see Jesus Christ in this, as the deliverer, he will reveal to you the real meaning of all of the parables, as I see he has given you understanding already.

I do say HE has given you understanding, not your reading, as what you are learning is precious.

But when you read consider Israel and the many times they were in shackles, and then you will see that Jesus Christ is the deliverer. As he will save his people from their sins. I could speak more about this, but I want to leave that to God.

May Jesus bless you.
