Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Matthew 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Has the world become a better place after Noah's flood?

Right after the flood - sure - absolutely - no doubt. :D

Since then - been getting worse and worse and worse...

;)

His plan to redeem His Creation since the fall in Genesis is going forward.

I would say that it’s probably about the same, don’t forget Lot.

[Gen 6:5 KJV] 5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually.

[Luk 17:26-30 KJV] 26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed [them] all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

So you're saying it's worse today than it ever had been since the flood?
No, not really - somehow I doubt it is worse now than it was during the Dark Ages.

My main intent was to put forth a bit of humor. :)

Perhaps, I should have stopped at 'no doubt'...?

If the world is a better place Jesus wouldn't returned to Heaven and come again?

Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Matthew 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Gen 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

Gen 6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

Gen 6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

There was not a worse time in history than at the flood.

For it involved all the people being violent towards each other with much division and in no position to accept the truth.

And only 8 people redeemable.

They would not be that wicked unless the fallen angels influenced them.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The new age movement that interprets the Bible and religions according to the occult and evolution, and people are going to evolve to be spiritual, and greater, and Jesus became an ascended master among others, and there is no personal God, but they honor the God of forces the power of the Cosmos, and the New Age Christ is the next world teacher.

The time will come that people will not want to hear the truth of the Bible but want to hear it according to the new age.

The New Age Christ, antichrist, will be of the new age that will deceive the world.

Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Mankind again will be influenced by the fallen angels and be evil continually, and they will corrupt God's ways on earth, and be violent towards all people that oppose them.

But many people will oppose his system.

And the wicked will not have the division among them like the flood going against each other.

But they will be in league with each other trying to stamp out the truth.

Where at the flood the wicked were not in league with each other but violently going against each other.

Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

Rev 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

Rev 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

But the people following the New Age Christ will be the worse people overall and have the most punishment.

But at the flood it was a worse time for all the wicked were violent towards each other and would of got Noah if God did not protect him.

So it was a worse time at the flood for the world.

But it is a worse time for Christians at the end.

But whether the world was worse at the flood or at the end God has given mankind a certain amount of time to accept salvation and then He would end sin on earth.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

The people that do not love the truth will be deceived by a devil and follow the New Age Christ.

The Bible says Babylon will never have physical dominion again but her life was prolonged for a season and time.

Which means her ways are still on earth which she represents human religion, the occult, and the kingdom of man, which is what the beast kingdom is about.

The world was worse at the flood for the wicked were not in league with each other violently going against each other.

But at the end even though the wicked are in league with each other they will have the worse punishment and their attitude is worse.

The curse God put on the earth after Adam and Eve sinned was insufficient to keep humans from having every imagination of their heart being evil continuously.

Limiting man's life to 120 years (perhaps by allowing disease and illness) as well as making winter and drought created many more difficulties, but perhaps created an environment where we would need each other more as well as be more inclined to hear about God.

However, since the Industrial Revolution we may have collectively allowed some of the ease of living they had before the flood to propel us to the same level of destructive self-indulgence.

The answer is easy enough: which time would you rather live in? If now is the answer, you obviously believe it's better now. And I, for one, am glad we don't face vicious unicorns.
