Texas may not be the best to teach against communism though I agree someone needs to do so. At the beginning of December I went to renew my drivers license but they played a game where they wanted me to read the eye chart but instead of it being on the wall the woman held it in her hand but never stopped moving it long enough to read it. No big deal I guess but she did it on purpose because I kept using the words husband/wife on the paperwork and not "partner" like Texas wants us to use now days. I told her that I understand that most people now days do just live together and have children out of wedlock and separate every few years swapping partners with one another but me and my wife were married in the eyes of God 36 years ago and see each other as permanently married and not just temporary partners. Then we were informed that I need a completely separate phone number than my wife's and that we cannot use the same E-mail address as each other. We always used the same phone as a family phone but I didn't say anything because she was already mad it seemed. She then told us that I sill needed to pay for the DL and when I went to slide my debit card she ask if it was mine or my "partners" because under their new laws she can no longer be on my bank account because I'm on S.S. and mine and her finances are now required to be separate. I'm not sure about everyone else but to me all this new DEI mess springing up in Texas is a better example of why Texas should not be who needs to teach Texans about the perils of communism. I do though agree somebody needs to do it because Texas is becoming more and more communist rather than less and less and more and more DEI than less. Next I bet instead of eX-planing this to us they will Z-splain this all to us as they continue with their cancel culture mess while pretending to be Conservatives. As for any of the plans other than part A and B you need to break this down to "Federal or state" because there is the federal portion and then the state you live in. In Texas you can get on the other plans but if you do you need to check to see if it also involves the Estate Recovery Program(all states are different). In Texas your assets, Car,home,bank account ect. will be seized when you pass away to pay all of that back to the state.

I can confirm this with a high school friend who lives in Wichita Falls that a lot of technicalities that exist over there don’t exist in my blue state of Massachusetts.
