ummm he told me to do a word study on Begotten and that all who have "christ" in them are begotten of God.

never heard him mention the concept of adoption or comment on it when asked.

you can try and figure it out yourself. like I said don't agree with his concept of ascension or his theology on the resurrection, heaven, use of the word Begotten or Christ or that Jesus was a man born of Mary AND Joseph.

About the only thing I really agree with him about is the need for a savior and the Holy Spirit to be inside each of God's children. his basic fall back statement if anyone is asked to explain what he means.

And truly understanding The Ascension and the resurrected Christ is to see Him raised for yourself. Christ raised in you. But all you have seen is His ascension, you haven’t seen the other yet. If you had you would be like all the other who didn’t recognize Him either until He spoke. Only then did they say my Lord and my God, now I see.


And we all are virgin to Gods SPirit until that same seed be planted in you. Giving birth to that seed is the real issue, Christ in you. His seed raised in you

AGAIN -- Christ is Gods anointing, the anointed one, Christ in you. And my hope is in the resurrected Christ in me and my hope of glory. And the whole new birth is a setting aside of your way, and putting on His way, the Christ in you, you anointed of God. You having His mind, instead of yours.

And look past your grudges about who Christ is and become like Him. That is the will of God for us all that we become His little ones. Children. Growing up is a difficult thing isn’t it, it means we have to become … Parents … from the seed and duplication of our parent the Father. Begotten of Him and begotten simply means an extension of, or duplication from an original. Do a word search on begotten, you will see that all are begotten who are in Christ.

The difference in the god you serve and the one I serve is, you make your god what you want him to be by your laws for tradition. The one I serve is in CHrist we are formed into His image to be like Him. That is the difference in who you serve and who I serve.

If the god you serve is what youant of him then go for it, But as for me, Christ is formed in me.

To gary: this should be what your doing...its not mine but this is what i would do. And there are dozens of ways to do it.
Not talk over peoples heads but explain what it means. For example Him in us and us in Him...can be said in many ways biblically
and one way is the anointing.

For what purpose were they anointed?

He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor," (NIV).

Alright, so now you know that anointing is biblical, that it was done for a variety of reasons, and that even Jesus was anointed. You may ask why this is important. It is important because it helps you understand better your need for anointing.


1 John 2:27 says that you have received an anointing. You have been anointed, but with what?
For a clue to that, let's go to Jesus'' baptism in Matt. 3:13-17 "Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. 14But John tried to deter him, saying, "I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?" 15Jesus replied, "Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness." Then John consented. 16As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him. 17And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." Have you ever wondered why Jesus was baptized into John's baptism of repentance?
Some say it was to identify with us; there is much truth in that.
Others say it was to be an example; there is also much truth there, too.
Probably the main reason that Jesus was baptized was because it was at His baptism that He began His ministry and entered into the Melchizedek priesthood so He could become the High Priest and be the Holy

Sacrifice.
Amos 3:7 "Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets."
Exodus 29:1,4-7 "This is what you are to do to consecrate them, so they may serve me as priests:... (after offering a blood sacrifice) 4Then bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and wash them with water. 5Take the garments and dress Aaron with the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod itself and the breast piece. Fasten the ephod on him by its skillfully woven waistband. 6Put the turban on his head and attach the sacred diadem to the turban. 7Take the anointing oil and anoint him by pouring it on his head" (NIV).
Numbers 4:3 "Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work in the Tent of Meeting" (NIV).

So Jesus was probably 30 years old when He began His ministry.
In Jesus'' baptism, He was anointed with the Holy Spirit that descended as a dove. Jesus was washed in baptism and He was anointed with the Spirit of God.
If Jesus needed to be anointed, then so do you.

Jesus said that He would send the Holy Spirit who would teach us all things (John 14:26).
John 14:26, "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

The anointing you have received, then, is the Holy Spirit.
What does this mean, then, that you are anointed with the Holy Spirit?
It means that you are anointed for Christian ministry while you live in this world.
It means that you have been enabled, entrusted, and empowered to accomplish God's will. In my research about this I found about 40 things you are anointed to do. Ten of them are:
To be able to discern truth - 1 John 2:27.
To testify of the truth - 1 John 5:6 "This is the one who came by water and blood __ Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth."
To be able to pray - Rom. 8:39 "and Ephesians 6:18 which says, "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. . . "
To Live a righteous life - Romans 8:4 "in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit."
To be strengthened with power in your inner being - Ephesians 3:16 "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,"
To be led by God - Romans 8:9 "You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ."
To live in joy - Romans 14:17 "For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit,"
To live in hope - Romans 15:13 "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
To receive spiritual gifts - 1 Corinthians 12:4 "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit."
1 Corinthians 12:7 "Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good."
To bear spiritual fruit - Galatians 5:22-23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
It is this anointing that opens your mind, teaches you, guides you, calls you to pray, empowers you, and enables you to be stronger Christians, more powerful Christians. Not just people who are saved, but people who are saved, indwelt, and empowered.

How, then, is this anointing received
The Cross
The Holy Spirit is received by faith in the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross.
Jesus said He would send the Holy Spirit and that the Holy Spirit would indwell His people.
It is only because of the cross that you have forgiveness of sins, and the privilege of the indwelling Spirit, no only in you, but upon you.

Conclusion
You are anointed vessels of God. You have been cleansed by God and been filled with the Holy Spirit.
Not only is He in you but He is upon you.
As the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples at Pentecost in the upper room and anointed them for service, you too have been anointed by God with the Holy Spirit for Christian service.
I have taught you this so that you would learn about your anointing.
Hopefully, with a better understanding of what God has given you in Christ and by the Holy Spirit, you will be better able to live for God, better able to pray to Him, love Him, trust Him, and better able to dwell in hope and joy.

I can make it short ... That is what Christ in you is, and means, Gods anointing in you, Gods Spirit in you, YOU being anointed of God. Christ in you as I have stated to you over and over. You havent heard a thing I have been saying at all.

You didnt hear me mention adoption is because you skiped over it where I said adoption is to be taken in from the outside and made one as His own. Everything the Father has is given to you. Adopted into His kingdom, His way His being, His son or daughter.

Ive been adopted, now I am begotten of Him, and extension of Him, His child, a reproduction of Him by His SPirit be in me. His seed planted in me that grows into a duplicate of the parent. Christ in me.

All who has recieved Gods Spirit is directly born from the Most High. You cant get there any other way.


Jesus was son of man -- Joseph and Mary, Son of God by Gods Spirit be in him. And so are we all who has that what Jesus had in him.


God planted His seed in Mary, Mary gave birth to that seed, the Christ that was in her. Same seed that was planted in Mary is planted in us all who have received from God His Spirit, seed. Giving birth to that seed, the Christ, the anointed one, is the message here. God is a Spirit and always will be a Spirit and will always make His abode in man. He never has changed.


We are formed into His image by His SPirit be in you, some are trying to form God iinto their image of a man because a man, a god of flesh, is all they can relate to.


That same seed planted in Mary was birthed in Jesus in Matt 3:16, all of heaven was opened to the man. Same seed was birthed in Paul on the road to Damascus. Same seed was birthed in 120 in an upper room, same seed was birthed in Moses on the mountain, Abraham, Noah, Adam. Right down to me.


John knew Gods Spirit before Jesus did else he could not have made the statement when he saw Jesus coming to say there is one coming after me who I cant give you, and sure enough Jesus received form God His Spirit and at that very moment his life changed from teaching the law for traditions in the temples to teaching Gods Spirit be in you the same and where he was no longer welcomed in these churches. And John couldnt give him that and John know that.


Man tries to make Jesus a god but he cast himself down from that pinnacle and walked among the common as you and I. He was falsely accused of being God and was innocent and was hung on a cross for that false accusation. His claim always was he was son of God and His Father who is God sent him.
Some have even tried to accuse me of being god or the Christ. One called me Gary the Christ. Multiple times you will see in these posts people making remarks of you are not God or you are not Jesus or you are not Christ. and all I can do is agree with them. I am Gary but I do have the same in me what Jesus had in him. Which is the very thiing Jesus said would happen if we put on the same Spirit. He was right.


That same seed planted in these, including Mary, is planted in you, giving birth to that same seed is Gods will for us all. If a seed is planted in bad ground the foul will come and devour it, if it falls in good ground it will produce a replica of the parent and grow more seed of the same.

YOU ARE ... OR YOU ARE NOT ... LIKE HIM.

It is you who determines the fate of that seed. The kingdom of God is in your hands. Will it produce the Christ, or will it produce laws for tradition where Christ is not welcomed?


Like it or not folk, WERE IT!. And like it or not The kingdom of God really is within you just as Jesus said it is.

A born again person does not have the mind of Christ. That comes from renewing the mind. Which comes from
study and growing in knowledge and grace. Being transformed. It is a process not a one time event. Although
we have to be active in it its a work of the Holyspirit. There is a difference between our standing and state.

Well lets see. If one is born of God and His intent is for you not to have the mind of Christ, and He didnt want you to have His Same Spirit, mind, then what mind did you recieve? What renewes your mind id if isnt the mind of Christ?


Study and growing in knowledge comes in two forms, from learning the traditions of man in a seminary or church which is driven by laws for tradition ... or from God Himself. Being transformed by mans standard or being transformed by gods Standard. God sets His standard, man sets his own standard for God. And it is a one time event, Either you recieve from God and are changed in the twinkling of an eye as jesus was in Matt 3:16 to be like Him, same happend in Paul on the road to damascus and 120 in an upper room. SUDDENLY -- IT HAPPENS.


Being active in the work of the Holy Spirit is to put on the Christ, You cant be active in the Holy Spirit in any other way. You can do works of benevolance and call it Holy trying to look holy in the eyes of man but anyone can do that christian or atheist. Gods Spirit in you divides that from the works of the flesh and traditions of man. You are ... or you are not like Him.

Darn rights i will...your trying to see that people receive what they already have. Rather than teach them how to live in it. The message in John 17 is to comfort us...tell us to be in unity with each other...and be sanctified through out our life with the word of God...not just a highminded mental assent to a single spiritual truth

We in Christ are in unity. In Union with God. We have a common Spirit, Christ in us. Sancitification is Gods Spirit in us. And there is no other truth, there is not a plural, He is the way, the way you are suposed to be. A high minded mental assent to a single truth. the one where CHrist be in you, is His only treuth. Either He be in you to be like Him or He is not and you are not as He is and one with Him in unity of His SPirit be in you.

Sanctified only by His Spirit be in me. You cant imitate that. You are or you are not like Him.

That which was concieved in Mary was from the Holy Ghost, Gods Spirit in the woman, and Joseph didnt want anything to do with it and tried to hide it. Just as people dont want anything to do with it today, they do not understand what it is to concieve in them what Mary did in her. Gods Spirit in you, Christ in you.

we do imitate him, we do draw power from Him. No impartation(transformation)comes without it.

Giving birth to that seed, the Christ, the anointed one, is the message here. God is a Spirit and always will be a Spirit and will always make His abode in man. He never has changed..

you intentionally and disrespectfully blur the lines between the word begotten and the concept of being born again.

they are NOT the same. Jesus is the ONLY Begotten son of GOD. others maybe be born again THROUGH the Holy Spirit but there is a difference.

We are NOT little replicas or mini Gods.

it "Mary gave birth to the seed" and we are to "give birth to the seed" why is Mary not called CHRIST? How is it that HER "christ in her" took the form of a small Child? Instead of what we have: an indwelling Holy SPIRIT. that in itself should open your eyes to your error, but in my heart I am sadden that it will probably NOT show you the difference between JESUS CHRIST the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON of GOD and everyone else who are Adopted born again believers and followers of CHRIST.

Followers of JESUS CHRIST our LORD AND SAVIOR, guided by the HOLY Spirit but followers of JESUS who is the ONE and ONLY CHRIST.

The Resurrection is NOT the same as having the indwelling HOLY Spirit wash you clean of your sins and raise you up again in His Spiritual rebirth by giving you a NEW Spirit and NEW Heart. the Resurrection is when God's children will be given a NEW BODY.

If anyone wants to follow you that is their choice but when we all come before the throne of God on Judgment day, when JESUS WILL RETURN IN HIS RESURRECTED BODY and judge the LIVING and the DEAD. they can not claim to not have been warned. they will have no excuse.

May God have mercy upon your souls.
