They were caused by man for profit (effectively to steal the land). I'd hardly call that judgement.
You are aware that God told Abraham he would have spared the city for even 10 righteous? He saved the righteous (Lot and his family) prior to destroying the city.

While it may be horrible, talking about cannibalism isn't a crime. Acting upon cannibalism is. The law must be followed including presenting facts and physical evidence of a crime. I don't doubt evil acts have taken place, but I've not heard about any actionable items specifically on cannibalism yet. Are emails, messages, hearsay, or even witness testimony alone enough to arrest and convict? Probably not.
God will work and reveal as He sees fit. God will punish and condemn as He sees fit. Maybe pray for His will to be done, instead.

As to the fires Lahaina Hawaii, they appear to be set by satellite and downed power lines while their fire department stood down. California has experienced similar fires.
They asked Jesus if they should, which the Lord immediately rebuked them for.
Because he wan't there to destroy lives.
My point was the OP was not necessarily calling for the destruction of (innocent) lives. But an appeal to escalate justice (to God) is not inconsistent with scripture if the government has failed to do its job, which it has - not accidentally, but maliciously and with deliberate intent.
Genesis 9:5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. 6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
This is part of the covenant God made with Noah. Human government is required to deal with murder. Man is made in the image of God, if any person is killed that is a direct attack on the things that belong to God. He requires human government to take that very seriously. If they do not do their job He will remove that government and we have both the right and responsibility to appeal to God for His righteous judgment on a government that violates their covenant with God.
