The Iranians on the other had are sitting ducks. Walking dead men and they know it, thus the pleading for "negotiations".
Incidentally, have you heard any bleating from Hezbollah or Houthis lately? Neither have I.

They don't care. They live to die. It's only the pampered western-oriented Iranians who are afraid to die.

Aaaahhhhh yea, the present crisis has to do with the rank and file Iranians who have a corrupt tyrannical murderous Iranian leadership problem sir.

If things go well ***FOR THE PEOPLE of Iran*** as a result of this military action , I expect Nuremburg type trials for those odious parties who gleefully and profitably ran their boiler room in a bunker operation nation at the expense of the lives and labor and treasure of the common folk.

Oh and I am quite convinced that the old guard is well aware of this outcome, and are presently fleeing or desperately seeking to "negotiate" to save their necks.
For most of the world, the crisis has to do with the problems that the regime causes everyone else.

I know there is obviously major opposition; but I don't buy the story that the general population has always secretly been waiting for the regime to fall so they can buy a dog and dress like a skank from the west... the current regime has some support from the general population, and Islam isn't going to *POOF* out of Iran because the top tier clergy was eliminated... and republics and democracies can easily be hijacked; because the underlying ideology is there.

So, I see it as an Iran problem that is proportional to Islamic influence, and their capability to wreak havoc (which will be significantly diminished).

They don't care. They live to die. It's only the pampered western-oriented Iranians who are afraid to die.

Syria is a good example of this dynamic. It fell because it was run by secularists who were willing to betray their country for money. And now it's overrun by Al Qaeda jihadists who are not afraid to die. In fact, such people consider it an honor to die.

If this is true it's going to be the end of Trump's presidency
I doubt it- and even if they hit Manama again; that base looked super-empty in that video where the drone crashes into the dome... so I don't think they are going to inflict a lot of casualties even when they hit these bases.

🇮🇱🇮🇷 Former Israeli Government Spokesman Eylon Levy just gave us the ground truth from inside Israel live on air.

"I've just come back up from the bomb shelter."

200 missiles fired at Israel. 12 drones. Over 20 sirens in 36 hours.

But here's what nobody expected. The UAE was hit even harder. 140 missiles. 200 drones. Iran is bombing its own trading partners.

Countries more sympathetic to its cause than Israel. And it's having the opposite effect.

It's convincing Gulf nations this is the moment of maximum weakness.

Finish it now.
@EylonALevy

This is the most significant deviation of the planning and predictive analysis. Iran striking out at Israel and a few US Gulf assets was predicted, but the fact they very heavily laid into UAE, Bahrain, and even Qatar is significant. These countries have had better relations with Iran in the recent past and interestingly in the lead up to this they actually tried to appease and help the regime. Remember the USA has been evacuating our assets in these countries for over a month because when Trump originally went to strike them they interefered and demanded we not use their airspace to do it, our lossses are minimal. They thought Iran would not strike them if they did not partake and if they kicked US out but it actually weakened their own defenses. Yet Iran struck them, and betrayed them anyways, and frankly mostly just because they were weak and easier targets than Israel whom intercepted most of their barrage. This is a more powerful message to the Gulf than any diplomat can make, look Iran is a typical cult, when a satanic cult dies it's not the righteous that need to fear really, it's the cult's friends that it's going to try to take down with it. This should put more impetus upon my good servants to actually finish the job and finish the cult off definitively and swiftly before the cult can go full Jim Jones with a shia flair.

Let me check it out.
I have not time for people who knowingly lie whoever they are.
Thanks for the heads up.

He's been around since the start of the Ukraine conflict making blatantly false claims. Always getting banned and starting new accounts with Sprinter in his handle and that picture of the Syrian general who was killed in Deir ez-Zor

A counterfeit.
1 Now it came to pass in the days of Ahasuerus, (this is Ahasuerus which reigned, from India even unto Ethiopia, over an hundred and seven and twenty provinces

His reign includes Persia, and this war that is taking place involves just about everyone between India and Ethiopia.

I kinda think he is done either way, a lot of MAGA people (except those fringe people who are waiting for the rapture) are not in support.
Part of his campaign was no new wars.
What the MAGA people are against is a ground invasion that results in a costly, prolonged conflict like Iraq. At the end of the day, no one will care much about this if it pays off and doesn't last too long. If it looks like it's going to result in less violence and more commerce in the long run, it will work in his favor instead of against him.

I don't buy the story that the general population has always secretly been waiting for the regime to fall so they can buy a dog and dress like a skank from the west...

Wow! Are you off the mark!! Do you have any clue what women live through under these regimes?? That they can be whipped for not wearing the head covering properly? Seriously are you that ignorant of their suffering??!

Iranian authorities have adopted a new draconian law that further erases the human rights of women and girls, imposing the death penalty, flogging, prison terms and other severe penalties to crush ongoing resistance to compulsory veiling, Amnesty International said today. Amenity Int.
December 2024, according to Iran’s Speaker of Parliament. In a dangerous escalation, the law permits the imposition of the death penalty for peaceful activism against Iran’s discriminatory compulsory veiling laws.

That's a little different than "dressing like a skank" from the West. BTW women can dress modestly without dressing in a bed sheet from head to toe. I've dressed modestly all my life, and before I got married. But I didn't lose my identity because my entire body was covered in a trash bag where I couldn't see, hear or speak.

I read over the whole book of Esther thing and laughed, cv5 corrected him well. For bonus points indeed Ahasuerus is thought to be Xerxes I of the Achaemenid Empire, so it's not even at the start when they were overthrowing Babylon as CRFTD mistakenly thought, but actually in about the middle of the timeline of the Achaemenid period both in the Bible timeline as well as the secular historical timeline. For sake of I guess interest and being topical to Iran, there's a lot of secular historical proofs that even still exist in Iran that have long been sealed off from the world and even the Iranian people themselves by the IRGC cult like their own valley of the kings-like tomb complex where supposedly both Darius the Great (from book of Daniel) and Xerxes (Ahasuerus in Esther) are at as well as a wealth of cultural and ancient knowledge of course. Not only are these fascinating from a historical and intellectual way, but they provide corroborating evidences for the Bible. Perhaps when Iran is free these cultural treasures of Iran can greatly be enjoyed by all humanity, a point of positivity for Free Iran, part of reasons to re-engage with the world and help revitalize their economy and society, and also corroborating evidences of the more historical/scientific aspects of the Bible, praise Jesus.

Yes, commerce one less road block towards the surveillance state and the digital currency waiting in the wings.

There are only two conditions for people on earth, those who are crying for mercy. They are ready to receive Jesus Christ the savior. They are open to the gospel of grace. The other condition is those who need to be humbled.

So then if you are praying for salvation the Lord will humble those who need to be humbled and He will be merciful to those who are crying for mercy.

The powerful message is than Iranian security infrastructure (fortress compounds for the elite and military comms etc) has been wrecked and most dear leaders made unalive in a day and a half. The rest are living on borrowed time. I surmise that Trumps statements about accepting Iranian pleas for negotiations are farcical. The Israelis, US and Saudis have been plotting this for months, and there was no leverage whatsoever for Iran then. And there is likewise zero now.
