On the exact day, no. By the day of the Lord, do you mean the Rapture, or the 2nd coming of Jesus? I understand some believe this to be one and the same event, and some don't believe in the premise of the Rapture at all. Personally, I do believe in the Rapture, and I don't view the Rapture occurring at the time of Jesus 2nd coming. I perceive them as separate events with years of separation. We are kind of opening a big, divisive subject here, but I will try to outline how I see Revelation as briefly as I can.
First, most believe everything from the opening of the 7-seals through the pouring of the 7-bowls, occurs during the 7-year period of Daniel's 70th week. That is a lot to happen in 7 years, especially when Scripture indicates 18 months as a minimum (some unknown time period) for the 7 trumpets alone. Then you have 42 months identified for the 2 witnesses of God, plus another 42 months of Jacob's trouble. Basically, the simple math doesn't work, and part of the reason why Revelation becomes a divisive subject. We are trying to fit too many Jelly beans into too small a jar, and spending time divisively debating over how to do it. Why do we think this way? Because it is something that has been traditionally taught over and over again, for centuries, to the point that it has become the unquestionable truth. If we stop and think, there is no scriptural basis to put all the Seals, Trumpets, Thunders, and Bowls into Daniel's 70th week. It is purely based on an assumption that is not questioned. But here is a scriptural basis why anything that is a world or Christian-related event does not occur during Daniel's 70th week, found in Daniel 9:24: Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city,
Clear as day, who and what the 70th week is about? The seventy weeks (including the seventeenth are exclusively designated to and about the Jewish people and Jerusalem. Up to Jesus was 69 weeks concerning Jewish people and Jerusalem, a long Christian pause of 2,000 years, then the 70th week will again be about the Jewish people and Jerusalem (non-inclusive of Christians or a rapture during Daniel's 70th week). The age of Grace is complete before Daniel's 70th week, and the Bride of Christ is long gone.

My study has shown me that there are contextual markers that separate Revelation into 3 sections.
The first section, chapters 1- 7, is the Age of Grace, including the 7 letters and the first 6 seals
The second section, chapters 8 & 9, is God's wrath against the world for rejecting or ignoring him
The Third section, chapters 10 - 16 (plus 17 & 18) are Daniel's 70th week, the 2nd half of which is the time of Jacob's Trouble

A picture is worth a thousand words, so I hope the following, explains this and helps you in reading and understanding this most important book. Pay close attention to the contextual theme of who, and setting (world or Israel) being discussed as you study.

Purely, salvation by grace that can't be earned through works, works follow out of love. He sticks to scripture. He does 24 hrs of video on the book of Romans, covering it extensively. Here is a link to his first of 24 videos.

I was hoping to get your understanding of how Faith works.

I listened to chuck for a couple of hours today. The 3 types of faith in Jacob.

If you mean the Rapture, if I were a betting man, I would put 60% of my chips on Fall of 2029, then 15% on Fall 2028, and fall 2030, and finally 10% on 2031. But I'm not a betting man. Did I answer your question

I was asking about the day Jesus returns, not the rapture.

Pardon if I missed your question point. I think faith is a process, part of the journey. It's not instantaneous, and as belief and trust grow, so does our faith grow, but we need to continually work on growing in order to help your faith grow. Abraham did follow God's commands to him completely at first (He return to Haran when God told him not to. Over time, he learned to trust God more and more. It took time to grow is complete faith in God, to be willing to kill his only son. Is my faith at that point, No, so I still have a lot of growing still ahead of me. It's a journey

Ok, I suspect 2039, give or take a couple of years, on the Day of Atonement. i don't have time now, but remind me to explain the generation from the Olivet Fig tree is still in play until 2047. The fig tree isn't representative of Israel. Jerusalem and it priests are what didn't produce fruit

If I said i understand faith"pistis" and the application "pisteuo" is a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender.

How would that line up with you and chuck ?

I think that it would line up perfectly, but how do you measure surrender. If you mean surrender to the point to walking across a busy street with your eyes closed. I'm not Chuck or myself would be on board with that, as it borders on tempting God.

A daily surrendered life, and making all the many daily decisions that show God we really do consider our lives to be His now.

Repeating that fulfillment of faith and faithing in a process of it being perfected by God.
More of Him, less of us.

agree 100%. This is worth more than our scriptural knowledge. It is what is in our hearts that matters the most, not what is in our minds

Thanks for allowing me to test you a bit. Feel free to reciprocate.

I don't want to derail your thread any further.

I responded to you regarding the Day of the Lord, and you indicated that you were referring to his 2nd coming.
I seem to remember in our conversations that your opinion is that Jesus' Bride is called home at the last trumpet, and I understand where that comes from in Thessalonians (don't disagree).
I'm curious as to what 'Last Trumpet' you see this as within scripture. What scripture identifies the last Trumpet? Is this the 7th Trumpet of the 7-Trumpets, found in Rev 11:15?

I was up front with you at the beginning that this wasn't a subject I could hold down I discussion in. I rely on my discernment of others to have the understanding i support. I've only become interested in end times prophecies in the last 5 years.

You've shown a strong understanding of the scriptures, how are you with the inclusion of the Jewish feast days and how they unfold in the prophecies in general.

And another piece of a strong understanding would be the signs in the stars and the heavens. How are you in that area?

I was also up front with you about Benjamin Baruch. He proved to have exceptional understandings of all these areas. But, he didn't have a good understanding of what true NT faith and faithing is. You are the first person I've come across with the end times subject that seems to have a good understanding of faith and faithing.

The reason thats important is how can any called out one be in Christ, with discernments included, if they don't know how to respond correctly to the call of the Father?

So for that reason, I would be very interested in your understandings .

I'm preparing some information for a new thread, targeting the end of the month. Please don't just take my word for what I present, but always check scriptures and reach your own conclusions, as I'm sure you will. I don't believe my understanding is perfectly correct. I'm sure there are potential errors, which is why I seek the input of others. In starting to prepare my next thread, I have found a few small errors. I'm always growing and adjusting views as I find and learn

Without finding and quoting pertinent scriptural support, God states that the feasts are for understanding the seasons. These aren't seasons like fall and summer, but the seasons of time that fulfill prophecy. Jesus fulfilled the first 4 feasts perfectly, so I believe the remaining three, Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles will be fulfilled by Rapture, Jewish Forgiveness sickle harvest, and Christ 1,000 yr reign
