Afternoon coffeetime.. "breadcheese" aka squeaky cheese (heated up ofc) with blueberries and molasses.

It's a Finnish cheese, squeeks when you eat it... hence the add-on name. I just got store bought one (too lazy to actually make it for myself), but I am sure @CarriePie can make anything

But actually, I am having the same problem in my posts too, is it a snack or a dessert..
Is it a dessert when eaten just right after a meal? A snack when it is a bit later? Like a snack between meals, or a afternoon coffee break few hours after lunch? 
Homemade bran muffins (wheat bran, whole wheat flour, molasses, wild blueberries, etc.). Healthiness...

Well, I'm not entirely sure, but it might be difficult. After all, I wanted to put a text on the cake, but it turned out to be really difficult to get it through the printer or typewriter.
