There are people that smile a lot outside, looking so bright and cheerful. Meanwhile, when they get back home, they fall into... Should I say, depression? Due to one reason or the other.
(That's one of the reasons why it's good to be kind to people. Depending on how you relate with others, you either make them happier or sadder.)
It's not ok to go around with a gloomy face just because things aren't going well for you, right?
But then is it ok to go around looking so happy, laughing and all that when you know that deep within, it's the opposite?
What if you would have loved to spill out that worry but then you're too busy trying to make others happy? You don't wanna say some sad things to some persons so they don't feel sad too cos they can't help.
How do you help yourself then to help others?
