This means:
The prophecy was complete.
But its full meaning would not be understood until near the end of the age.

Investigating prophecy intensely
Studying Daniel and Revelation more deeply
“Knowledge shall increase”
Knowledge of prophetic truth
Especially understanding the end-time sections of Daniel
As the world approaches the end times:
Christians become more interested in prophecy
The meaning of Daniel becomes clearer and clearer.
The prophecy is not sealed anymore in the sense of understanding.
As we get closer to the end, prophetic insight increases.
