Investigating and tracking down where the funds for the paid protestors and pro-IRGC disinfo that the leftwing nuts have foolishly tied themselves to to slake their TDS. I won't spoil who, but in a general sense it's not too surprising.
I hold out the possibility that this present debacle could be the ***spark*** that sets Ezekiel 38 into motion.
The Mystery of Ezekiel 38&39 Jonathan Cahn Sermon
He makes an interesting point that I think all Bible Expositors agree with.
First, the seven year period of Israel cleaning up from this war does seem to be more than a coincidence with the 7 year tribulation. It does seem that a miraculous intervention by God to defeat the Ezekiel 38 attack on Israel would pave the way for Antichrist to confirm a covenant with Israel. People have theorized that as well.
But the point he makes which I think everyone agrees with is that the US is not there. Since what is happening right now is the first time in Israel's history that Iran has directly attacked them (prophesied in Ezekiel 38), first time that Turkey has gotten involved to rally all the Islamic nations against Israel (Ezekiel 38 also mentions their involvement) and the first time that Russia is also getting directly involved in a war with Israel (Ezekiel 38 also mentions them). So then, why no mention of the US? He doesn't answer that question but gives you three possible explanations. First, the US doesn't want to get involved. Since the US already is involved I would rule that one out. Second, the US is unable to get involved, perhaps dealing with another crisis say a health crisis or economic crisis. Again, since they are already involved and have sent massive military equipment I am willing to rule that one out as well. Third, the US is destroyed as a superpower and thus is unable to get involved.
Since everyone agrees that the US is not in this prophecy, nor are they referred to in other prophesies about the end times events with Israel, the question I have does the Bible prophesy of the leading superpower of the day being destroyed as a superpower? Yes, it does.
1. The "Great" Babylon is destroyed in one hour. This is a destruction from God, judging this nation Himself and is likened to the judgment in Matthew 18 about offending little ones and having a millstone tied around your neck and thrown into the midst of the sea.
2. We also have a picture of Daniel, a raptured saint who is raptured out of Babylon when it was the superpower of the day and they also are destroyed in one day after the writing on the wall sign. After Daniel is raptured we see Shadrach, Meshach and Abedenego who are saved out of the fiery trial of the tribulation.
I have shared in great detail already about this, if you gather every single reference to this coming destruction of the Great Babylon the only nation that it can refer to is the USA. Yes, there are verses that could be interpreted as the Vatican, or Jerusalem, or London, or even Iraq. But no other location can fit every verse other than the USA.
3. And yes, in Ezekiel 38 the USA is referred to if you understand they are the Great Babylon. They would be the nation of unwalled villages that is plundered for their great wealth and their cattle. Israel does not have a large amount of cattle, nor are they composed of "unwalled villages". Half of the world's Jews live in the US so it is perfectly reasonable that this prophesy about unwalled villages refer to the US.
This is the only interpretation that explains why the US is not there in end time prophesy while also agreeing that what we are seeing now with the war with Iran is referred to in Ezekiel 38.
Finally, one last confirming point, @ChristRoseFromTheDead disagrees with this interpretation.
Also please note, if we are seeing Ezekiel 38 that war almost certainly ends with nuclear weapons being fired.

Pretty typical of the US, I think. The Navy will probably lose no ships in combat; but then a month later run a bunch of ships aground and/or crash them into each other.
