How can we think the band is holy when the church/church doctrine isn't? Many young christians don't know the difference.
If I am one of the people you are speaking about, I am not a young Christian; I have been a Christian for over 40 years

I didn't take this as a poke at you - he seems to be saying that we're all guilty by association f the people we mix with aren't following Christ. I answered it earlier.

Range In The Sky by Disco Saints
I hate myself for liking this - it's horrible
It really was released as a christian track/album many years ago - it always raises a smile when I hear it.
I will have to repent of it, I know...

I would like to hear this played in a dead church to see the self righteous dust cloud it would raise, LOL!

Tonight by Brian White and Justice

Tonight
Tonight
Tonight

There's a door being slammed
A fist in the air
Another kid saying
That he just don't care
There's a child leaving home
Lost in the night
Another heart looking
For a little light
And all this fighting
Seems to be a losing war
Nothing left to hold on to
Nothing left worth fighting for

Tonight
Could be the night
Heaven starts to fall
Tonight
His love breaks down the walls
Hasn't the hurt gone on too long?
Hasn't the hate become too strong?
Time to make it right
Tonight

There's a line that was drawn
Now being crossed
Another heart paying
Much too high a cost
There's a wife all alone
A ring on her hand
She's gonna risk it all
On a one-night stand
And all this searching
Only leaves a broken heart
Nothing left but shattered dreams
Praying for some place to start

Tonight
Could be the night (tonight)
Heaven starts to fall
What tonight
Could be the night
His love breaks down the walls
Hasn't the hurt gone on too long?
Hasn't the hate become too strong?
Time to make it right
Tonight

Oh, you're standing in the darkness
Oh, step into the light
Tonight
Could be the night
Heaven starts to fall
Well, tonight (tonight)
Could be the night
His love breaks down the walls
Hasn't the hurt gone on too long?
Hasn't the hate become too strong?
Time to make it right
But tonight
Could be the night
Heaven starts to fall
But tonight
Could be the night
His love breaks down the walls
Hasn't the hurt gone on too long?
Hasn't the hate become too strong?
Time to make it right
But tonight
His love breaks down the walls

But tonight
Could be the night
His love breaks down the walls
Hasn't the hurt gone on too long
Hasn't the hate become too strong
Time to make it right
Tonight

Lemonade by Human
Couldn't find the lyrics for this- love the song but not keen on the video.
'Human' were a band who appeared to release this CD and then disappeared forever - I was never able to find out what happened to them...unless, of course, they were the secular band who got 'saved' (although I think perhaps not).
The album's no longer available but cheap second hand copies still circulate.

Jurassic Church by Rodd and Marco
Rodd and Marco were an evangelistic duo who toured the UK many years ago. This is the only place I can find this song on the web (apart from the mirror site) and it deals with the dead church that's described as if there were people coming to see it who were on a fun ride at an adventure park.

Here I Stand by Iona

Here I stand, looking out to sea
Where a thousand souls have prayed
And a thousand lives were laid on the sand
Were laid on the sand

Years have passed, since they have died
And The Word shall last
And the Wild Goose shall fly
Shall fly

Here I stand, looking out to sea
And I say a prayer
That the Wild Goose will come to me
That the Wild Goose will come to me

NB - in the early Celtic church, the Wild Goose was used as a symbol of the Holy Spirit.
