Frankly, evidence and Scriptural proof will not sway those who choose not to examine the facts.
Having said that, for them to postulate that 70AD fulfills every prophecy Jesus made, and Joel and Isaiah and Zechariah and the rest of the OT prophets and Revelation is utterly absurd no matter what your position.
And YES, Luke 21:12-24 DEFINITELY speaks to the 70AD destruction in a way that the other parallel accounts do not. But the rest is looking far into the future, fulfilling the words of the aforementioned prophets.
Actually, some of Matthew 24 was fulfilled in 70 AD and some wasn't. The disciples asked Jesus 3 questions, so it takes discernment to determine which events pertain to 70AD and which pertain to the future.
