What did Iran do to the US besides funding and arming proxies? If you condemn them for doing that then you have to condemn the US for doing the same thing and worse. The US has been waging war against Iran for nearly 50 years with crippling economic sanctions, but not vice versa
Iran has killed approximately 900 Americans since 1979. Not many, I know. Hamas killed more Jews, including American citizens, in one day. "Crippling sanctions"? Not enough to force Iran to give up its nuclear weapons research or ballistic missiles. It armed itself to the teeth while not even able to provide water for its own people.

Iran is a theocracy with every intention of subjecting the world to Muslim domination. It's part of its religion. The only way to deal with it is to dismantle the regime. They will not go quietly. Anyone who hoped for that knows little of Islamic beliefs, especially the particular brand of Shia practiced by the Iranian regime.

It was to throw off colonial oppression
So it's OK when America does it against the British, but not when America steps in to overthrow Iran's murderous and oppressive regime. The British killed half a dozen protestors in Boston. Iran has killed 900 Americans. Iran has kidnapped many (foolish) Westerners. Governments have paid vast amounts to get those people back. So now it's no more Mr Nice Guy. Good. About time.

No, it's not OK because the US is not Iran. The US has killed far more than 900 Iranians with its 47 years of brutal sanctions and by provoking Iraq to attack Iran decades ago

The two situations are far from analogous.

I remember the Fox News Christians back in the Dubbya era, bush. 9// 2001 was a huge change for America. Some Churches cheered the department of war that the day before admitted "losing" trillions of dollars. That was where the government war machine directed a lot of pastors like they were stalled cattle with rings in their noses. Here's a new war, and we shall see how many of those ministers of government still adorn their noses.

As a jewel of gold in a swines snout, so is a fair woman who is without discretion.

Wow, I'm rather surprised at your response. First, Iran has been a menace for years! It's been the number one terrorist sponsor since the 70s. Every single president said they could not have a nuke and the only one that does something about it, everyone turns on him. And what of the people of Iran, the women in particular, don't they deserve freedom? Wow, I can't believe Christians would not want to see a free Iran. Stunning to me.

So America is the bad guy. Why am I not surprised. I think Trump should step back, drop out of the UN and NATO and take our money and keep it to ourselves. When these countries need help, turn a deaf ear. Maybe America really should change and become the bad guy. It would serve a lot of people right for taking advantage all these years.

It's just common sense. If soldiers for an aggressor army refuse to fight in an unjust and unnecessary war, then that aggression will stop
yep, that is what I thought, it is just your two cents.

This is the response of every wimp who gets bullied in school. I was never bullied, but then I realized that wasn't completely true. I can think of at least four times when someone tried to bully me and I responded not by wimping out but by fighting. That is why I was never bullied, because I refused to be bullied.

Really? The issue isn't that "some Christians would not want to see a free Iran". The issue is that some Christians are not willing to pay the price and risk death for what they believe. Only 10% of Christians preach the gospel each month even though 90% of them know the great commission.

Now I know this word will be twisted to say that I am promoting some kind of Christian nationalism, or warfare of the flesh. I am not. What I am saying is that we are in a spiritual warfare that requires you to speak the word of God. The reason these wars are taking place is because Satan has no other choice, if he doesn't start a war the entire globe will be saved and turn to Jesus. Iran is one good example, the Islamic regime was collapsing due to their own incompetence, the dislike of 80% of the population to them, and the conversion of many Iranians to the gospel.

The Lord said the gospel would have to go to the four corners of the earth and then the end would come. We had evangelism with the British empire, it has grown and multiplied with the US, and now with the internet we are truly in the four corners of the earth. This is why these wars are starting, Satan has no other choice.

If 100% of Christians preached the gospel regularly then we would be so overwhelming that Satan wouldn't have time for these wars. So in reality if Christians are going to be faithful to the great commission there are two possible paths, everyone is faithful and no wars, or 90% wimp out and so we have the seven year tribulation.

This war is going global. Russia is being dragged in, China is being dragged in, all of the Middle East is involved. France and UK are assisting the attack. Germany is trying to negotiate with Iran. Australia and Indonesia feel the pinch of the oil being cut off. Venezuela, Cuba, Mexico, Taiwan, and now Ecuador.

Trump INVADES ECUADOR… Cartels IMPLODE as Marines HUNT LEADERS Door-To-Door

Translated from Persian Show original

The cowardly assassination of my dear colleagues Ismail Khatib, Ali Larijani, and Aziz Nasirzadeh, alongside some of their family members and accompanying team, has left us in deep mourning.

I extend my condolences to the great people of Iran for the martyrdom of two cabinet members, the secretary of the Shura, and the military and Basij commanders. I am certain their path will continue more steadfastly than before.

One carrier out of service. I suspect the fire was deliberately set because this is the carrier with toilet issues and unhappy sailors. Wars stop when sailors refuse to fight
Looking into this, the news is saying it was a laundry fire; Technically the carrier could easily be in the fight if they wanted it to be; but, they probably want to do a thorough investigation and get the crew some new uniforms... otherwise the stank will be as bad as the sewage debacle.
They're saying it took 30 hours to fight the fire; which does seem like a long time for a laundry fire, but considering crew fatigue and other factors (even though a fire is out, it isn't "officially" out until certain personnel declare it to be out) it could take that long.

The poop-system thing is actually way more believable; sailors generally would not start fires on purpose, because that's really stupid; you could end up getting yourself killed, or worse, sent to a military prison. So this is way more likely to be an improper maintanance/operations issue.

America and Israel are the bullies now, Iran stands up for itself and fights back, and then you whine about it.
