Whenever someone posts Col2:16 without its context that's a real red flag. Trying to make Paul teach against Christ Mat15:3-14 Mark 7:7-13 Mat5:18-19 and even Paul. Col2:8 1Cor7:19 no wonder why we have this 2Peter3:16

Well, I try to harmonize all of GW, but as I just posted to Rob, it is a red flag to nullify the Gospel by going in reverse and interpreting NT Scripture including Col. 2:16, Rom. 3:21-5:1, Heb. 7:11-10:1 in light of OT Scripture such as Deut. 5:12 instead of going forward with God's new revelation, which is the correct direction per Gal. 1:6-9. Please shift gears for your own good!

Do yourself a favor. Compare your so called prophet to scripture.
I have for 30 some years now .. and never once have I found EGW out of The Spirit of harmony with The Word = Jesus, by promoting the Religion of Obedience to God, to where her writings have helped me understand Scripture to where I abhor disobedience, ei. sinning, ...
... Yet I still find my self doing it .. Grrr !!
... as Paul says, in
Romans 7:
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Grrr!!

The gospel is everlasting Rev14:6-7 and it always includes worshipping our Creator which God points to His Sabbath Exo20:11 the LORD of the Sabbath. Mark 2:28 the only God who has the power to make heaven and earth and resting on the seventh day was His completed works and when we rest on the Sabbath day we are resting in His competed works and sanctification Eze20:12 we are fully placing our trust in God Eze20:20 because we can't sanctify ourselves, despite ones best efforts Isa66:17

It still doesn't change you isolated Col2:16 without its context.

Thank you for the detailed response and for citing 1 Peter 3:15. That verse is a good reminder for all of us and I take it seriously.

You make a strong case that the Old Covenant has been superseded by the New, and I agree with much of it. Circumcision, the Levitical priesthood, the temple sacrifices laws were all shadows pointing forward to Christ. Hebrews makes this abundantly clear, and Jeremiah 31:31-32 is a stunning prophecy of what God intended all along.

But here is the distinction I think you are passing over too quickly. Not all Old Testament laws belong to the same category. Theologians have long and carefully maintained a difference between the ceremonial and civil laws of Moses on one hand, and the moral law summarized in the Ten Commandments on the other.

Circumcision, the annual festivals, the sacrificial laws were all typological, meaning they pointed forward to Christ. Once the reality arrives the shadow naturally dissolves. That is precisely the argument of Colossians 2:16-17 and the whole book of Hebrews.

The Sabbath is not in that category though. This is the critical point. The Sabbath predates the Mosaic Covenant entirely. God rested on the seventh day at Creation (Genesis 2:2-3) and sanctified it long before Abraham, before circumcision, before Moses, before Israel existed as a nation. It was not a national ceremonial sign given to Israel. It was woven into the fabric of creation itself and then restated in the moral law that is the ten Commandments at Sinai (Exodus 20:8-11).

When Paul says in Colossians 2:16 not to let anyone judge you regarding a sabbath, he uses the plural form alongside new moons and annual festivals, which refers to the ceremonial sabbaths of the Mosaic calendar (Leviticus 23), not the weekly creation Sabbath.

As for Sunday worship and the Lord's Day, I agree that Christians from very early times gathered on the first day to celebrate the Resurrection and I do not dismiss that at all. But the honest question I would ask is this: where in the New Testament does Jesus or any apostle explicitly transfer the fourth commandment from the seventh day to the first, or declare the weekly Sabbath abolished? Early church gatherings on Sunday are documented, but documentation of a practice is not the same as apostolic authority to change a commandment. That shift came through the institutional Church in later centuries, which is a very different source of authority.

You ask who brought about more profound deliverance, Moses or Jesus? Jesus, without question, and I believe that wholeheartedly. But that is exactly why it would matter if Jesus or His apostles had changed the day. They would certainly have said so plainly. And yet we have no such record in Scripture (John 14:15).

I am not saying Sunday worship is sinful or that those who practice it are in error. I am simply saying that the New Covenant argument, as powerful as it is in other areas, does not carry the weight you are placing on it here, because the Sabbath does not belong to the same class of laws that passed away with the Mosaic system. It is why the Ten Commandments were placed In the Ark of the Covenant and the Laws of Moses were placed to the side of the Ark and Not inside.
Again, your answers show that you take time to think about the issues. I respect that. However, I cannot find any textual or historic evidence that the Patriarchs or Antedeluvian saints who lived before Moses had received a command or tradition that compelled them to keep Shabbat nor is there evidence that they had a tradition of keeping Shabbat before Moses.

If God had intended to institute a universal day of rest for all mankind the perfect person to declare this would have been Noah, whose name meant "rest." Noah was certainly a "prophet" who could hear from God. Yet Noah never mentioned Shabbat. All he said was that the world would never again be universally destroyed by another flood.

Moses, who wrote Genesis, said GOD ceased His work on Shabbat but He did not go as far as to say that, because of God's example, all men from that time must also cease from THEIR labors every seventh day. This is an assumption drawn on the basis of subsequent history NOT upon practices or traditions that humans had been following since the original Sabbath. This is eisegesis, like the story about the Oral Law being given at the same time as the Mosaic Law (only it was just not written down.

Although Genesis 1 gives us the account about how God HIMSELF rested on the seventh day, no verse in Genesis commands mankind to follow His example by making Day Seven THEIR day of rest. Though people often presume that such a practice muexisted this cannot be found in the text. In fact, if we read the scriptures we find that God did not give the command to keep Shabbat UNTIL AFTER He had made a covenant with Israel at Mt Sinai

Though Moses showed that there was a PRECEDENT for ceasing work on Shabbat he did not frame this as a COMMAND and give it to Israel as such until a COVENANT had been formed between Israel and God:

1Then Moses summoned all Israel and said to them: Hear, O Israel, the statutes and ordinances that I declare in your hearing this day. Learn them or exhorted to""observe them carefully" since they would already have known them
2The LORD our God made a covenant with us at Horeb.3 He did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with all of us who are alive here today.

(Deuteronomy 5:1-3)
The covenant God made with Israel at Sinai was different from the one He had made with the Patriarchs.
As Moses himself said:
3 He [God] did not make THIS covenant with our fathers, but with all of us who are alive here today.
This covenant and its promises and requirements was given to Israel and their descendants.

(Deuteronomy 5:3)

We can also see why God gave a day of rest to Israel. After all for the 400 years they were enslaved all their0.

can see why Moses emphasized that God ceased working because it reinforced the law of Shabbat which God LATER included as part of the covenant made between Israel and God.

I think it is important to remember that Israel had just been delivered from slavery. For 400 years, all their time and energy belonged to Pharaoh and he made their lives unbearable making bricks for his building projects. When YHWH commanded them to rest every Shabbat that must have seemed like unbounded generosity. On highest authority they were ordered to rest.

Deuteronomy 5:1-7 ...Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee. Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the Lord thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

Moses goes on to explain WHY God commanded Israel to keep Shabbat which was so they they would REMEMBER their life as slaves and recall how God had miraculously DELIVERED them.

And REMEMBER that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and [that] the Lord thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: THEREFORE [i..e., BECAUSE of how God had delivered them] the Lord thy God commanded YOU to keep the Sabbath Day.
(Deuteronomy 5:12-15)
This shows that Israel was not given the COMMAND keep Shabbat until AFTER they were delivered from Egypt.

God said the Sabbath started at Creation in the Ten Commandments

Exo 20:11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

God both writing and speaking here and as far as I am concerned there is no greater Authority than He.

God said the Sabbath started at Creation- before Jew, before Israel, before Sinai just man and God. Jesus who is God, this same God who made Col1:16 said who He made the Sabbath for

Mark 2:27 And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath.

Man was made on the sixth day in the very image of God Gen1:26 to imitate God and not do something different. Right after God made man in His likeness God made the Sabbath day - He blessed the seventh day, He sanctified the seventh day , He rested on the seventh day and named it the Sabbath, God never named any other day in all of Scripture, just the Sabbath that He blessed and sanctified. Not for Him- God does not need blessings, man does Isa56:2 God does not need to make something holy, God is holy forever, God does not need rest, everything God did for creation and for the Sabbath was made for man. Why Jesus used the Greek word for man that means mankind in Mark 2:27 and means Adam in Hebrew.

So how many seventh day Sabbaths were between Eden and Mt Sinai that God said was made for man? Many today may reject the Blessing God is trying to give them but there is no record of His people doing so before Mt Sinai. The Sabbath was holy before the Ten Commandments were officially written down by God Himself at Mt Sinai Exo16:23 and was a commandment of God prior to it officially being written down by God Exo16:27-28 because God said it started at Creation- if only we believed Him.

Why? Because the Ten Commandments have no beginning and no end- they are God's eternal righteousness Psa119:172 Isa56:1-2 which is everlasting Psa 119:142

The trial of the wilderness applies to us too Heb3:7-19 and is not God our Redeemer and Sanctifier from sin Eze20:12 because man can't sanctify themselves Isa66:17 and sadly many don't realize what they are truly trading keeping the traditions of man over the commandments of God Mat15:3-14 mark7:7-13 that comes with His power. Psa33:8-9 Exo32:16 sad man trades this in for what is popular with man instead of sticking with the everlasting gospel to only worship Him Rev14:7 Exo20:11

Re: the alleged allegation- here is more context.

I am not going to debate this further because when someone is only looking to smear someone and not look at the full context, its not going to matter what the truth really is because its not about that but an agenda. People think if you kill the messenger, the message (of the Sabbath) goes away- it doesn;t because it came directly from God His own spoken and written Testimony Exo31:18. I do not follow EGW and don't know of any Adventist that does- I follow God and His word. I do not know of one person who became an Adventist because of EGW, they come from reading and studying the Bible alone and never read and EGW book and most do later and find how much her writings line up with bible, if it is not distorted to fit an agenda.

EGW never set a date, even in the accusation just made no date was ever set. So we need to be careful of our accusations I do not believe our LORD takes them lightly.

Ellen White’s 1856 statement should not be read as an isolated, unconditional time prophecy. In context, it appears in a larger testimony rebuking worldliness and spiritual lethargy among Sabbath-keepers, showing the moral condition of the people before God. Later Ellen White explicitly taught that God’s promises and threatening's are conditional, and that Christ could have come earlier if the Advent people had done their appointed work. On that basis, the fairest defense is that the 1856 vision described a real possibility conditioned on the church’s response, not an absolute guarantee that specific attendees must live until the Advent regardless of later delay.

Just as biblical prophecy often compresses events and speaks with immediacy, Ellen White’s 1856 statement can be read as presenting the Advent as genuinely near for that generation in connection with the church’s faithfulness to its mission, rather than as an unconditional guarantee that certain attendees would inevitably survive until the final Advent.

Ellen White’s wording in 1856 sounds forceful because biblical prophetic speech often sounds that way. Jesus Himself sometimes spoke of the coming kingdom in terms that pressed directly on His hearers. Therefore, Ellen White’s statement should not automatically be treated as a crude failed prediction simply because it speaks of some present persons remaining alive until Christ’s coming. In Scripture, end-time language is often framed to create urgency and accountability for the present generation

There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom” Matthew 16:28.
This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled Matthew 24:34.
You’re not gonna debate because you can’t. She specifically said that an angel told her. She specifically told those people that some would still be alive when Jesus came back. Guess what. All those people are dead. That prophecy failed. There are three possibilities:
1) she made it all up and lied.
2) It wasn’t an angel talking to her and she was actually getting her visions from demons.
3) the doctors are right and she had TLE which caused her to have hallucinations which would also explain her hypergraphia with her +100,000 pages of writings.

You pick. Either way she was a false prophet. I challenge you to take off your blindfold and actually compare her writings to scripture. That quote came directly off her website. Here it is again for you:

"I was shown the company present at the Conference. Said the angel: 'Some food for worms, some subjects of the seven last plagues, some will be alive and remain upon the earth to be translated at the coming of Jesus.'"
Ellen G. White, Testimonies for the Church, Vol. 1, p. 131.

You said all the claims of her false prophecies were debunked, so debunk it. Educate me. And don’t try to redefine Deu 18:22 like her website tries to do. That verse is plain and simple and the fact they try to corrupt scripture to explain away her failures is completely heretical.

The gospel is everlasting Rev14:6-7 and it always includes worshipping our Creator which God points to His Sabbath Exo20:11 the LORD of the Sabbath. It still doesn't change you isolated Col2:16 without its context.

I have provided context several times, but here is some again:

Regarding the Sabbath Law, one needs to discern the correct doctrine for Christians by considering the following: 1. The first reference to the Sabbath in the OT is found in Gen. 2:2-3, “God rested from His work and rested on the seventh day and made it holy.” 2. Moses promulgated the Sabbath law as the 4th of the Ten Commandments in Exo. 20:8-11, cf. Lev. 19:3&30, Deut. 5:12-15. 3. Other OT references to the Sabbath include 2Chron. 2:4, Isa. 56:2-6, Jer. 17:21-27 and Ezek. 20:12.

In the NT we find the following regarding the Sabbath: 1. Jesus declared that he is Lord of the Sabbath and it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath (in Matt. 12:1-12), healing a crippled woman on the Sabbath (in Luke 13:10-16). 2. If Jesus thought keeping the Sabbath was an important law, he would have affirmed it on these two occasions, but he did not specifically nullify it either, which jibes/harmonizes perfectly with Paul. 3. Paul taught that a person may rest on the Sabbath or not (in Col. 2:16, Gal. 4:9-11 & Rom. 14:5). 4. Paul taught that Christ’s crucifixion abolished the law and commandments that separated the Jews and Gentiles (Eph. 2:13-16). 5. Paul taught that the law was powerless to save because of humanity’s sinful nature, so God sent His Son and the Holy Spirit to save believers in Christ (Rom. 8:1-17). 6. Paul indicated that God disqualifies those who reject the Gospel (Rom. 9:1-5, 30-32, 1o:1-13, 16-21) and that reversion nullifies conversion (Gal. 1:6-9). 7. Hebrews encourages Christians to enter God’s Sabbath rest by persevering faith in Christ’s atonement (Heb. 2:14-4:11).

The primary sin per the NT is ignoring/disbelieving GRFS (Gal. 3:1-14, 1:6-9), and secondary sins are transgression of Christ’s moral law of love (John 13:34), which summarizes the OT moral laws (Matt. 22:37-40) affirmed by the NT (Matt. 5:17-48) and calls them the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23), which does NOT include all 613 laws of Moses, such as those pertaining to mildew and infectious disease in Leviticus 14 or to the Sabbath day (per Col. 2:16-17). Again, the only damning sin is rejection of God’s Messiah/Gospel (Gal. 1:6-9).

Paul may also have written Hebrews, which warns against not entering God’s Sabbath rest by not holding firmly until the end the confidence/faith in Christ (Heb. 3:14, 4:2). Heb. 7:11-10:1 begins as follows: “If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood, why was there still need for another priest to come, one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also… The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless, for the law made nothing perfect, and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God. Such a high priest truly meets our need… the Son, who has been made perfect forever, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven… The ministry of Jesus has received is superior to the old one [of Moses], since the NC is established on better promises… God said, ‘The days are coming when I will make a new covenant’ [Jer. 31:31-34]. It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts… By calling this covenant ‘new’, he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.”

In this passage the Lord says that the OC including the Sabbath Law is obsolete/superseded by the Gospel of Christ. Other Scriptures where Sabbath law is viewed as Levitical rather than moral (because Jesus worked by doing healing) include: Matt. 5:17-20, 12:1-8 & 12-14, Luke 13:10-17, 14:1-6, John 5:1-18 & 9:1-34. These Scriptures indicate that the main reason Jesus was crucified was for the crime of breaking Sabbath law and claiming to be from God. We see that Jesus never taught anyone to keep the 4th commandment and never hinted that it was an eternal moral law, but instead indicated that it is merely Levitical tradition, and so Paul wrote “Do not let anyone judge you… with regard to a Sabbath day” (Col. 2:16).

Need more context?

Evidence if found in Exodus 16, read it through, it is interesting. that was before Moses went on mount Sinai to receive the ten commandments.
Actually, Exodus 16 proves the point. If the Sabbath was a universal law since Adam, why did God have to use the manna to test them Exo 16:4, and why were the leaders of Israel so confused by the double portion Exo 16:22? Your own Bible says in Deuteronomy 5:3 that God did not make this covenant with the fathers. You're trying to force a Jewish covenant made for freed slaves onto the Patriarchs who never heard of it. Why is it so hard to accept the plain reading of the text instead of the Adventist interpretation?

I have provided context several times, but here is some again:
I think there are two issues here.

1. Not reconciling everything to Christ. He is the way, the Truth, the life, only His blood can save us not Paul, not anyone else. Paul never made this same mistake he said everything had to be according to Christ Col2:8 Christ said it would be easier for heaven and earth to pass before one jot or tittle of the law to pass. Mat5:18-19 Luke16:17 heaven and earth are still here, so is God's commandments that His saints patiently keep until the very end Rev14:12

Trying to tear down what Jesus is LORD of Mark2:28 doesn't tear it down it just makes someone else lording us Dan7:25

So if you can't duplicate our understanding of Paul to what Jesus taught plainly more than likely we have doing what the warning of Paul's writings says.

The second thing is quoting Scripture but not allowing the Bible to define it but instead depending on our own definitions. Hebrews 4 is quoting all OT, so we have to go back there to see what Paul who I beleive wrote Hebrews is quoting and let the Scripture explain Scripture instead of forcing it to say something it doesn't.

For example:

This is literally spelled out for us in the Scripture. The exact warning in this passage is what people are teaching to do!

The children of Israel was promised the land full of milk and honey which is a symbol heaven on the condition, they love God with all their heart, mind and soul which means to keep God’s commandments

Deut 6:2that you may fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. 3 Therefore hear, O Israel, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the Lord God of your fathers has promised you—‘a land flowing with milk and honey.’

4“Hear, O Israel The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.

That was the condition- keep My commandments and love the God with all your heart, mind and soul and all will be well and you will receive your inheritance a land flowing with milk and honey.

So did that happen?

Heb 3:7Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
8 Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion,
In the day of trial in the wilderness,

9 Where your fathers tested Me, tried Me,
And saw My works forty years.
10 Therefore I was angry with that generation,
And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart,
And they have not known My ways.’

11 So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest.
’ ”

No, in the trial in the wilderness they hardened their hearts and rebelled against God.

What did they rebel? This is God speaking here.

Eze 20:13Yet the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness; they did not walk in My statutes; they despised My judgments,‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them’; and they greatly defiled My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them in the wilderness, to consume them.

So according to God, they did not love God with all their heart mind and soul and did not keep His commandments but rebelled and God specified the Sabbath as their rebellion.

And what was the result of that rebellion.

Again this is God speaking

Eze 20:15 So I also raised My hand in an oath to them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, ‘flowing with milk and honey,’ the glory of all lands, 16 because they despised My judgments and did not walk in My statutes, but profaned My Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols.

They were not able to enter into God’s promised rest because of their rebellion and disobedience God and specified the reason they would not enter was because disobeyed and profaned God’s Sabbath.

So the Israelites which represented God’s people were promised an inheritance a land flowing with milk and honey on the condition they fear God, keep God’s commandments and love God with all their heart, mind and soul.

They didn’t do that they harden their hearts and rebelled and didn’t keep God’s Sabbath which God related to idolatry.

We are told in the NT not to follow in their same example of disobedience lest we also fail to enter into His rest Heb4:11

Jesus is the NT said the greatest commandments that there are no other commandments greater than these quoting OT which included the Sabbath hence the condition was loving God with all their heart and ended by not entering because they profaned the Sabbath which God related to idolatry.

Why we are called now to

Rev 14:7saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”

Which is basically the same condition He gave to the children of Israel as we have to enter into our rest which came according to God with a condition

Rev 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city

This idea we can rebel and not keep God’s commandments and He is going to love us more than everyone else in the OT, is really sadly a sad deception Rom2:11

The whole point of this, if we really love God with all our heart, mind and soul why would we want to profane God and not keep His commandments, why would we not want to live by every word that proceeds out of His mouth, why would we want to elevate man-made traditions over the commandments and Testimony of God when Jesus Himself said not to and thats the path that leads to a ditch Mat15:3-14 Mark7:7-13

A. The term gospel, as I am sure you must know, means the "good news." It specifically refers to the message of salvation Messiah would bring to the world when He came.
"The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound"
(Isaiah 61:1)
What He proclaimed, no man before Him had proclaimed. His message was also called the good news of the Kingdom (of God or Heaven).
“The time has come,” he (the forerunner) said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” –
(Mark 1:15)

B. Jesus was not just another rabbi rehashing the Torah by referring back to the discussions and debates of previous Rabbis (whose words were later written in the Mishnah and Talmud). Instead, the Bible says:
28When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were astonished at His teaching, 29 because He taught as one who had AUTHORITY, and not as their scribes.
(Matthew 7:28-29)
45Then the officers returned to the chief priests and Pharisees, who asked them, “Why didn’t you bring Him in [i.e., arrest Him]?” 46“Never has anyone spoken like this man!” the officers answered. 47“Have you also been deceived?” replied the Pharisees.…
(John 7:45-47)
The only person you seem to accept as a HAVING A DEFINITIVE UNDERSTANDING is the (false) prophetess Ellen White. I would submit to you that she was a false prophetess since the canon of scripture had already been closed when she began writing her various books.

when we rest on the Sabbath day we are resting in His competed works and sanctification
Eze20:12 we are fully placing our trust in God Eze20:20 because we can't sanctify ourselves, despite ones best efforts Isa66:17

C. Here you try hard to argue for both meritorious works AND FAITH saying, on one hand that "we can't sanctify ourselves" (even with our best efforts). Then, you go on to claim that keeping Shabbat (which is a WORK OF THE LAW) is equivalent to "resting in Christ's COMPLETED work" This kind of double-talk, which you claim as your argument, shows that you really have no grasp of what the issues are. Keeping Shabbat is not a work Christ Himself completed for everyone. It was a command God gave to each and every Jewish person descended from those who met with God on Sinai. That covenant remained in effect until a New Covenant was formed via the blood of the Lamb. You are trying to mix righteousness obtained by keeping the Law with that which is obtained through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

D. Paul utterly opposed the idea that anyone could obtain acceptance by God through keeping the Law because that would require keeping the WHOLE LAW PERFECTLY. This is why entry into God's presence had to be preceded by an offering of blood. The Mediator had to die because human righteousness is always imperfect and inadequate.

E. Besides, Paul specifically said: …19Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. 20 Therefore no one will be justified in His sight by works of the law. For the law merely brings awareness of sin. 21But now, apart from the law, the righteousness of God has been revealed, as attested by the Law and the Prophets.…(Romans 3:19-21)

Are you saying its not good news to worship our Creator? That's not what the angel said in a loud voice!

Rev 14:6Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earthto every nation, tribe, tongue, and people— 7saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”

Worshipping our Creator is part of the everlasting gospel, the only God who has the power to Create.

No wonder why God said Remember and I do not recommend teaching against what He said.

Exo 20:11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

Why do you keep going to Paul to correct God? No servant is greater than their master and Paul is a self-proclaimed servant of God, which means he never countermands God.

We are made righteous by faith- does faith void the law according to Paul? He said its the opposite- it establishes the law. Rom3:31 The law can't save us, it just points out our sin so we are not depending on our version of righteousness (right-doing) but on God's Psa 119:172 Isa 56:1-2 because His is everlasting Psa 119:142 depending on our works of righteousness instead of God's Exo32:16 is as fifthly rags. Why we need to live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God and not depend on our own traditions and commandments, but let God be God and obey Him because we love Him John14:15 1John5:3 Exo20:6. He only leads us on the narrow path back to reconciliation Rev22:14KJV Jesus said depending on our man-made traditions laying aside the commandments of God is the path that leads to a ditch. Mat15:3-14 Mark7:7-13 Trust God and seek His righteousness including God's Sabbath Isa 56:1-2 it comes with His power of Blessings and Sanctification that man just can't do themselves Isa66:17 we need God Eze20:20

Why do you always use that verse but never include “UNTIL ALL IS FULFILLED”?
Its two fold- heaven and earth has to pass- its still here and not ALL has been fulfilled like the prophecies of His Second Coming that have yet to be fulfilled that He did not come to destroy. God's plan is not to leave us in this sinful world- He promises His faithful a much better life.

I see only one issue, which is you continuing in the wrong direction, so I don't know what else to do but repeat my previous admonishment: Try to harmonize all of GW and not nullify the Gospel by going in reverse and interpreting NT Scripture including Col. 2:16, Rom. 3:21-5:1, Heb. 7:11-10:1 in light of OT Scripture such as Deut. 5:12 instead of going forward with God's new revelation, which is the correct direction per Gal. 1:6-9. Please shift gears for your own good! (I can give more context if desired.)

If you claim the the law isn’t fulfilled til the second coming then why are you picking and choosing? Why are you not sacrificing animals and following all 613 Jewish laws? There are many jots and tittles that you are denying exist. Your logic condemns you. I don’t remember Jesus saying He fulfilled 98.4% of the law and that He would fulfill the rest later.

Evidence if found in Exodus 16, read it through, it is interesting. that was before Moses went on mount Sinai to receive the ten commandments.
In Exodus 16 the people saw the Manna but apparently did not know what to do with it. After all, it did not look like any food they had ever seen. Even the name manna itself means "what is it." For an explanation, the people conferred with Moses who wrote:

13....in the morning there was a layer of dew around the camp. 14When the layer of dew had evaporated, there were thin flakes on the desert floor, as fine as frost on the ground. 15 When the Israelites saw it, they asked one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. So Moses told them, “It is the bread that the LORD has given you to eat. 16 This is what the LORD has commanded: ‘Each one is to gather as much as he needs. You may take an omer for each person in your tent.’”
(Exodus 16:13-15)
24 So they set it aside until morning as Moses had commanded, and it did not smell or contain any maggots.
25Eat it today,” Moses said, “because today is a Sabbath to the LORD. Today you will not find anything in the field. 26For six days you may gather, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, it will not be there.

(Exodus 16:24-25)
27 Yet on the seventh day some of the people went out to gather, but they did not find anything. 28 Then the LORD said to Moses, “How long will you refuse to keep My commandments and instructions? 29 Understand that the LORD has given you the Sabbath; that is why on the sixth day He will give you bread for two days. On the seventh day, everyone must stay where he is; no one may leave his place.”
30 So the people rested on the seventh day

(Exodus 16:27-30)

God gave this object lesson to Israel to illustrate in a graphic way how serious God was about obeying His commandments. Because Israel was ignorant about manna, God gave them a chance to learn about it and obey the Shabbat command willingly. At the same time, God taught them the PRINCIPLE of resting on Shabbat which they apparently did not know. This demonstrates that the practice was not known before God commanded it in Exodus 16. Even if they had heard about the Creation Days it is evident that they, did not assume that God "resting" on the Seventh Day meant they were to do so also. Yes this was before the ten laws were given but I see no difference between commands God gave them audibly and those which were written down on stone or papyrus.

Because God promised to end one law which He fulfilled perfect Dan9:27 Heb10:1-10

and magnify another law Isa 42:21 which means make greater , which He fulfilled perfectly Mat5:18-19 this law He promised not to change a jot or tittle and in doing so is going against the clear will of God.

Different laws that served different purposes clearly stated in God's word. The problem I see if not allowing the Bible to interpret Itself and forcing it to say something it doesn't.

There is no reasoning here, its in God's Word, I am moving on and God will sort it all out soon enough.
