Yes. Too many liars and false prophets, and there's never any punishment for being wrong. In the Old Testament, all it took was one false prophesy in the name of God "Thus saith the Lord" or "God said this" to justify a stoning for said false prophet.

Not saying we should stone these people today, but people are dying in a godless war that is being pushed by ignorant Christians using God's name in vain - blaspheming - and those who are pushing it will go unpunished. So evil.

I was reading that according the eschatology of the people living in that settler colony, they believe in order for their Messiah to come they have to do evil, be hated and have the world come against them so they can be delivered.

Hermeneutics.
That is all there is to it...Scofield literalist approach is not how to read the Bible.

And no one teaches replacement theology, we preach fulfilled theology in Christ Jesus.
No you don't. You teach, as everyone else does, that Jesus ascended to the throne a few weeks after the resurrection and shortly after that the church was born, all the same year. Then about 40 years later "Jerusalem" became a burdensome stone to the Romans, that was referring to the Jews, it was not fulfilled by Jesus' death and resurrection. Why if the church was the true Israel, and all the books of the New Testament including Revelation were written prior to 70 AD is the events of 70 AD referring to the Jews? Why weren't they referring to the church which you say are the fulfillment?

The only way your doctrine can stand is if the book of Revelation was given years before 70 AD, an extremely questionable support. But you do that because you say the things in Revelation were fulfilled in 70 AD and again, why are prophecies referring to the Jews as Jerusalem and Israel, when according to your doctrine those terms are now only for the church?

The church continued and prospered (starting with the remnant of Israel). Israel as a nation did not. All believers heeded the words of Jesus when Jerusalem was surrounded, and survived. The unbelieving Jews were massacred.

Unless you want to count the Rothschild state, some 2000 years later. It doesn't make sense other than a criminal wanted to deceive some religious but naive folks, by reinterpreting their own fulfilled prophecies and using it against them for the building of his criminal state/empire.

Conversation ended and this is why there is no point.

Here you go...

Typical joke cartoon reply in lieu of an actual exegetical treatment.

You had better put May 14, 1948 and June 7, 1967 on your scorecard lady.
Both of which occurred precisely 2520 years after the two returns. Get out your calculator.
On second thought forget about it. All of this is waaaayyyy past your pay grade. Too bad so sad.

Eze 4:5
For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
Eze 4:6
And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.

Lev 26:18
And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

Hag 2:5
According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
Hag 2:15
And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of the LORD:

Hag 2:18
Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD'S temple was laid, consider it.

Yes, I am looking for a doctrine that is not based on one or two verses in the Bible but aligns with every verse in the Bible and you are using trivial garbage to throw against the wall and hope something sticks. That is why the conversation ends. I asked you straight up questions about your doctrine, I wanted you to explain how it fits with all these other verses and it doesn't. You claim that church is the true Israel based on verses in the New Testament and that the covenant with the Jews is ended, replaced with the New Testament. Jesus said He did not come to destroy the Old Covenant but to fulfill it. You claim that verses about Jerusalem and the Jews were fulfilled in 70 AD and yet, the church was, according to your doctrine, was the one and only true Israel at that point and so the prophecies should have been referring to things happening to the church, not the Jews which were no longer "the true Israel".

You pull out one verse and try to apply it to 70 AD even though it doesn't fit. They were not a burdensome stone to all nations and all peoples at that time, only to the Romans. Instead, when Iran has tried to close the straight of Hormuz, that did effect all nations, and you could say this was over Israel, not the church.

Your hermeneutical method is fallacious because you make the unproven assumption that the wall of verses you throw up all support your hypothesis without showing how each one individually does. Then when someone addresses your verse list one at a time, you throw up your hands and claim it's invalid because it doesn't deal with all of the verses together. Ridiculous

God loves the unpretentious people, like the ones He told to flee to the mountains. :D

But here you go... need a triple Ph.D to understand this eschatology...

Other than that hilarious!! :D:D

I was going to put a laughing emoji to his message because it was so amusing, but I think it sends the wrong message. :p

Probably only a single Ph. D. By the time one got to the second and third, one would realise it was all nonsense made complicated to look intelligent.

I wonder if these people ever take distortions of time and space into account in their complicated eschatologies. If they did, it probably would help them a lot.

2520 years is not in the bible. It's a number somebody pulled out of thin air
Notice they only pulled it out of thin air when Rothschild's plan became obvious. Not like Daniel's prophecy, where the wise men were actually looking for the Messiah centuries later, and the people were waiting to celebrate Jesus triumphal entry centuries later, because it was a real prophecy, not some cock-and-bull tale concocted by a spin doctor on the payroll of a gangster.

Yes agree, it is all nonsense.
Back when I was sucked into this vortex, the writers of this eschatology made it sound like the more complicated, the more it had to be true.

Once again it is like you have stated, they have the wrong expectations >>> much like the pharisees and the scribes, it is not that they miscalculated, no, they had the wrong carnal view.

Zechariah 12:2-3 — Jerusalem made a "cup of staggering" to surrounding peoples; all nations gather against it.

So you are saying that this did refer to the church which escaped the judgement.
  • If Jerusalem means "the church," which surrounding peoples were besieging the church in Zechariah's day — and why would a spiritual community need a literal Mount of Olives splitting in two just chapters later to provide an escape route?
Not only so but that didn't happen and the "church" did not escape through the Mount of Olives.
  • The text specifies Judah separately from Jerusalem — if both are spiritualized into "the church," why does the prophecy treat them as two distinct entities needing reconciliation?
What were the two distinct entities of the church in 70 AD?

Also in 70 AD it wasn't "all nations" it was the Roman Empire.

Romans 11:26 — "All Israel will be saved."

  • Paul has spent three chapters (Romans 9-11) carefully distinguishing ethnic Israel from Gentile believers, explicitly grieving that his own kinsmen according to the flesh (9:3) are currently enemies of the gospel (11:28). If "all Israel" here means the church, who are the enemies-of-the-gospel branches that get re-grafted in (11:23-24)?
