What makes you think I'm trying to convince you that you don't?
By your very definition of eternal life.........Eternal life is just that....Eternal life.

If it could be lost/forfeited/walked away from? It would not be eternal life.

Live in your eternal life....Not your doubt and confusion.

You sure?

Can you put it together for us with Scripture?

Not now.
Too much is being flipped and rejected as is...

Maybe if the negative momentum dies down.
You keep stoking the flames...

But... OSAS believers need to recognize that swine love to discourage those who have pearls tucked away.
Those who believe we can lose our salvation have undealt with jealousy issues.

Eternal life is unlimited life.
In Heaven, if chosen to... we will be able to do time travel.

That want to limit what they can not control.

And I know you have mentioned this......Some believers will be in the outer darkness during the millennium. Will have shame at His coming. Will be saved as if through fire.

Why is this not enough discipline for the loss of salvation crowd?....Satan. He wants ALL to share His fate.

2 Pet 3:9~~The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.

The loss of salvation crowd is willing that many should perish.

It is not doubt and confusion.
Its apathy.

The words and logic of John6:27-29 are very simple and very clear:
  1. Jesus commands work
  2. Jesus defines the work: believe
  3. Therefore Jesus commands belief
  4. Commands require obedience
  5. Therefore believing is obedience.

Jesus did not command what to do.
He simply told them what work God will accept.
Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

What obedience?
We will find ourselves believing because we wanted to.
In effect, Jesus was telling them that they were already saved.

You keep pushing things into boxes where they do not belong.

Can you prove this from Scripture?
With all your studies and all your knowledge, How have you not proven it to yourself yet?

John 11:25~~Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies,

John 11:26~~and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?

1 John 5:13~~These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.

That's the strawman the OSAS are required to go to because they must protect their false doctrine at all costs
Both sides of the argument assume ONCE BELIEVED means ONCE SAVED. Apart from that premise, the debate would never take place.

Salvation is to eventually bring happiness and joy with it...
Producing a peace that goes beyond all understanding.

If you find yourself always enduring?
Something is wrong with your walk with God.

For we are to only endure for a little while, until we have gained enough grace and truth to stand strong and happy.

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ,
after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make
you strong, firm and steadfast. 1 Peter 5:10

If we are to live a life of always having to endure?
It is because of false teachings that can not render God's grace and power needed to be made happy in the Devil's world.
I would say that if a believer does not endure, then he isn't a genuine believer. And there is nothing in the New Testament to suggest that salvation is to bring happiness and joy. While joy may be an attribute of those being saved, it isn't the reason for salvation.

The act of faith in/trust in/belief in the all sufficient work of Christ Jesus and the acceptance of His gift is >>>>>>>a ONE time act just as being declared JUSTIFIED is a onetime pronouncement by God that cannot be undone.

That is what the Bible teaches and that is the Good News.
Anything else if false doctrine.
If you believe that you can’t lose salvation, then it’s you that should run from your false doctrine.

You sound like you don’t believe in hell? Eternal life goes both ways….

Did you ever stop to think that there are plenty of Christians around the world who are not in a safe zone, like you are, who are living their life in oppression/ underground from government overlords who would just as soon shoot you, if they knew you were a Christian!? Many have been beaten and shot…. Many Kurds are Christian, and have been shot by Muslims in a genocide.

This actually happens in Turkey, in some places in India, in a lot of Muslim countries, in China, in communist countries. The whole world is under the sway of Satan…..till Jesus returns; then he (Satan) will lose.

NKJ John6:27 "Do not labor work (Command) for the food which perishes, but [work] (Command) for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him."

Can a once truly saved believer backslide too much and lose the gift of salvation? If so do they need to repent and ask for forgiveness through Christ again? Thoughts are welcome and scripture too!
If those building on Jesus hay, straw and wood barely survive judgement, will a person stops building on the foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ and starts building on some other foundation (1 Cor 3:11-15) survive as by fire, when Jesus judges them by fire?
