Thus their perversion of OT prophecies that ignore those prophecies' fulfillments in the past, so that the fulfillments can be projected into the future in order to glorify worldly things rather than Christ.

This is referring to the kingdom of God and how it envelops the kingdoms of this world. It has nothing to do with war between nations. Weren't some with your position lamenting the use of scripture incorrectly?

The kingdom of God is not going to envelope the kingdoms of the world, it is going to utterly destroy them through the lusting and coveting of ungodly men who choose the way of the devil rather than the way of Christ. We are witnessing that happening right now.

Jesus' kingdom is not won by military strength. When the Father reveals to flesh and blood the reality of Jesus, a new citizen of heaven emerges and the kingdom of God grows. This is the whole purpose of the great commission.
Jesus is the stone cut without hands that destroys human empires. But He isn't doing so with strength. He is building one block at a time. It is a kingdom without borders. It is a kingdom in you.
