And yet the law has changed the priesthood has changed which necessitated the change
What law is being referred to and why, please provide the context to this very passage that you seemed to left out that answers both of these questions, so we don't apply it to a law its not speaking about.

Which one of the Ten Commandments can't be kept, the law of God Exo20:6 because there is no earthy temple?

Classic heresy... mat 5:17 is not suggesting it is active, only won't dissapear... 2. It was never given to gentiles. No amount of scripture twisting or redefing terms will make that true.

You can follow the Mosaic law, but don't claim to be a christian, this is damaging and confusing true christians.
So "whoever" Mat5:19 "His words" Luke 6:46-49 doesn't apply to you. Got it. There is nothing more for me to discus if you don't think what Jesus taught was meant for you considering the entire Bible is about Him. John5:39. I will agree to disagree,

I guess Jesus will sort it out in His time.

You're not even on the same page with yourself The Ten Commandments are part of a larger body of work called the Mosaic law my reference to law is the entire body of the Mosaic law you cannot keep it Jesus didn't do away with pieces of it he fulfilled its purpose so once I went to school and completed getting a degree I have fulfilled that courses purpose I don't then return back to the first day and start all over again your theology does not make any sense more importantly it's not Christian just even if your 100% correct it is not Christian doctrine

You keep quoting you as if that is the same as the Word of God. Its hard to reason when one thinks their words equals to God's Word's. Our opinions, ideas and thoughts are important to us, but its not the word of God.

I am going to stick with the Scriptures.

Wgat I'm telling you is you have been so screwed up by heretical theology as it relates to Christianity that you think you know something that you don't know..

You don't understand the Mosaic law. a
You dont understand Christianity.
You don't understand Jesus teachings.
You don't understand work of Jesus on the cross

For God's sake Paul punches holes through this heresy throughout the entire book of Galatians and I know that you have been taught how to flip everything that Paul teaches, which only proves you don't believe in the inerracy of Gods word.

ask yourself this in learning what you have come to learn and understand how many times have there been redefinition of words and how many times have you been told that we misunderstood Paul?
how many times have you heard that Christmas is Pagan and that Easter is pagan.
how many times have you heard sin is lawlessness and therefore not following the Mosaic law is sin this is trash theology

I know these answers I was a part of Hebrew roots which is not much different than SDA or other segments who believe in following the law of Moses that are not Israel

You keep quoting you as if that is the same as the Word of God. I am going to stick with the Scriptures.
Sure because I'm quoting the Bible and I've written it before but because you have the veil still over your eyes because you read Moses probably forcing you at gunpoint wouldn't make any difference you need to seek help from a proper Christian counselor as to how to get out of a cult that's the real problem you're involved in a heretical Christian cult

And of course the Saturday peeps will claim these scripture don't disprove that Christians are required to have church on Saturday in order to be saved and not go to hell for going to church on the wrong day.

They can't seem to find the bible verse that says people go to hell for going to church on the wrong day but they're looking for it and will post it just as soon as they find it.

It doesn't say not to steal either so does that mean we can. What an interesting way to interpret Scripture.

So lets talk about the Great Commandments and what Jesus was quoting and what they included

Mat 22:27 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

Which Jesus was quoting Old Testament Deut6:5 Lev 19:18

They are grounded in OT principles, not new ones.

When it comes to loving someone, is it based on what we feel on how we love someone or should it be based on what that person tells us is how to love them. In the case of God, He only taught loving Him with the accordance of keeping His commandments. So how can we love God with all our heart, soul and mind but not keep His commandments. The answer is plainly we can't. So to separate the greatest commandments to love God with our all, from the commandments where God tells us how to love Him, is sadly a very deceitful doctrine.

The first time God introduces this principle of how we are to love Him is right in the Testimony of God- the Ten Commandments - written by God Himself, spoken by God. God literally tells us how to love Him so its impossible to separate the greatest commandments from the commandments on how God tells us to love Him.

Exo 20:6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

If we look at the first time loving God with all our heart, mind and soul is stated, what was happening...

Right before entering the promise land, The Ten Commandments where love to God was written down by God Himself was repeated- 40 years after God have them His commandments both spoken by God and written by God to keep and teach their children to keep and their children in the land of milk and honey.

After they were repeated this was stated...

Deut 6:1 “Now this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the Lord your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess, 2 that you may fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. 3 Therefore hear, O Israel, and [a]be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the Lord God of your fathers has promised you—‘a land flowing with milk and honey.’

4 “Hear, O Israel: [b]The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.

6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Keep God's commands in your heart
Teach them to your children
Talk about them daily
Let His Word guide your life constantly

And it includes the 4th commandment, because the greatest commandments to love God with all their heart, mind and soul was the condition of the Israelites receiving their inheritance:

But what happened, did they love God with all their heart, mind and soul and received their inheritance?

Sadly many did not because....

The Sabbath is part of the greatest commandments to love God with all our heart, mind and soul. Profaning the Sabbath God relates to breaking another commandment- idol worship because we are replacing the words of God with another voice.

The devil is trying to take away our inheritance as well that we have not yet entered Rev22:14KJV. Will we listen to the same voices that deceived those in the wilderness we are told not to follow in their example of disobedience Heb4:11 or will we join ourselves to the LORD Isa 56:6 and stay faithful to Him not forgetting something He asked us to Remember. Exo20:8-11 and keep if we love Him Exo20:6 both written and spoken by God. God tells us how to love Him- will we believe Him is the bigger question or go one loving Him and serving Him based on our own desires and not the way He asked.

"It" says not to steal in Eph. 4:28.
TOP #163: Instead of stealing, Christians must earn a living and share surplus with worthy needy brethren. [Eph. 4:28] We can infer that lazy folks do not deserve to have such sin abetted but must reap what they do not sow (cf. TOP #226).
TOP #226: He who will not work shall not eat. [2Thes. 3:6-15] In this passage Paul elaborates on the warning against idleness he gave in 1Thes. 5:14 (TOP #216) and against stealing in Eph. 4:28 (TOP #163). In practical political terms, this teaching supports workfare.
TOP #216: Warn those who are idle. [1Thes. 5:14] This is elaborated in Paul’s second letter to the Thessalonians.

Christians believe the entire NT is inspired by God and supersedes the OC (per Heb. 7:11-10:1),
although the OT is useful when interpreted in light of the Gospel (2Tim. 3:16-17, Rom. 3:21-5:1).

What name calling? You DO ignore much Scripture, namely most of the NT.
I speak demonstrable truth.

There is no Scripture that say the NT deletes or supersedes the OT.

In the NT their Scripture was the OT and was used for:

16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness

Why Jesus quoted the OT for instruction to mankind:

Mat 4:4 But He answered and said, “It is written,Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”

There is not two gospels, just one Gal1:6 the same one preached to them as it is for us Heb4:2

So while man may teach something different I am sticking with what Jesus said because I know He will only lead one on the narrow path back to Him if we hear Him and allow Him to be our Shepard.

1 John 2:4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

We do not judge ourselves- God will be our judge 2Cor5:10 Ecc12:13-14 Mat5:19-30 Rev 11:18-19 John 12:48 James 2:11-12 and He will determine who has been teaching Truth and who has been leading people away on the wrong path Mat5:19 Mat 15:3-14

It's good that we concluded before Saturday that believers can withdraw from being in a relationship with God, so we can help each other be cautious. Now we can rest for the weekend. Why are you arguing on Shabbat & Good Friday and Easter weekend. Chase some bunny eggs for goodness sakes.

And this is done by comparing what they teach to God's Word which is what the Bereans were doing and Paul commended them for this under the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Those going around barking "thou shalt not judge" frequently do so in their feeble attempt to shut down the Bereans of today
Most of the time, I’m finding the deaf, blind, and dumb…. 🫩😓
No matter how many verses you use it seems to flyover the target.

Yes ma'am.
The foundation is always Jesus.

Let's say that how we build on that foundation is pivotol to our growth as Christians.
Let's agree that we are to Act on the words of Jesus.
IOW,,,,let's agree that Jesus is to be obeyed and this is building on the foundation which is Christ.
Yes, like the wise builder!

So God accidently placed a ceremonial law in with the Ten Commandments? The law that His blood covers under His mercy seat. I have yet to find that verse in my Bible. I know people outside of Scripture teach this, not God.
Who are the persons outside of scripture?

Do YOU believe keeping the Sabbath is a moral law or a ceremonial law?

Why? because I do not believe God treats the 4th commandment any different than the other 9. Its all sin 1John3:4 Breaking one we break them all and become transgressor of the law and what we will be judged by. James 2:10-12 Ecc12:13-14 Mat5:19-30 Rev11:18-19

I wish persons would stop saying that if we break one commandment we've broken them all.
This must sound really silly to non-christians reading along.
If a steal a book from a store it's not the same as mudering someone.
If I lie about someone and ruin their reputation it's not the same as breaking my marriage vows.

James ust meant the we break our fellowship with God when we sin.
And he doesn't even state if it would be one sin or 10 sins because this is not his point.

What he means is that those under the law had to keep all of the law.
All of the law: The moral law, the ceremonial law, the civil law.

We are no longer under the Law but under the Law of Christ.
Christ is our Sabbath....not a day.

Christ established the Sabbath....He is now our Sabbath.

God rested from His works....a shadow of things to come in His Son.
We now rest from the Law...jesus is our rest.

2 Colossians 2:16-19
16Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day

17things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.

18Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind,

19and not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.

Jesus fulfilled the Law.
He has also fulfilled the Sabbath Law.
We are no longer under the Law....

Mark 2:27-28
27Jesus said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. 28“So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”

I don't recall ever teaching anyone to follow EGW or even quoting her once. I believe we should follow God- God placed the Sabbath in with the other 9 commandments, the one where He told us to only worship Him, the commandment is the one commandment that reveals which God we are to only worship Exo20:11 Rev14:7 so what's the point of keeping the other 9 commandments if we are not keeping the one that tells us the God they apply to.
Ellen White taught that the Sabbath must still be obeyed.
If a person is practicing the Christian RELIGION,,,the he should practice what the Christian religion teaches.

It does NOT teach Sabbath worship.

Lets first go though what under the law means because it doesn't mean sinning and breaking the law.

Rom 6:15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!

Being under the law means being under the condemnation of the law- guilty before God and it includes everyone.

The Law does not condemn...it is holy and good.
The red light at the corner is good.
But you are now under the law...if you pass it you get a ticket.

There were always rules about intersections.
Even before the red light.

But persons were not given a ticket because there was no law.

Rom 3:19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

All the world was ALWAYS guilty before God.
Man has no excuse when he stands before God.

Romans 1:18-20
18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,

19because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.

20For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

So it doesn't mean- well if you keep the law you are under the law so the solution is lawlessness. This is a very deceptive doctrine. Its being condemned by the law- the wages of sin- breaking the law of God is death Rom6:23 - this is what under the law means. If we have accepted Christ have God's laws written in our hearts Heb8:10 and are keeping them through subjecting ourselves to Holy Spirit John14:15-18 we are not under the condemnation Rom8:1 because the righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us Rom8:4 meaning its being kept. John14:15
Looks like we agree.

But if we refuse to subject ourselves to the law of God we are not subjecting ourselves to the Holy Spirit and make ourselves an enmity to God. According to God the Sabbath is His Law Exo20:6 Exo20:8-11 Mark 3:4 John14:15 Rev14:12
Could you please post scripture when you mention it?
I have no idea what Mark 3:4, John 14:15 or Rev 14:12 might say.

But yes, Jesus did say to follow His commands if we love Him.
He also said HE is the Lord of the Sabbath.

(explained above).

Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
Those that are walking in the spirit are NOT walking in the flesh.

Isn’t Easter a Catholic holiday?
Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus.
The resurrection was not invented by a denomination.

What the CC did was to disassociate from the Jewish Passover which falls on a different day
so that Easter could be worshipped on the same day all over the world.
