That's a lot to deal with, and such a major change brings with it a lot of stress that makes everything feel more overwhelming. How old are the kids you are parenting and how many are there? Do they have someone besides you to talk to about this? Do you have a church that could help support you during this time? We're here to listen but there's not that much we can do practically through the internet besides pray and say nice encouraging things and getting practical support so there's someone you can ask to provide food when you're too tired to cook or keep an eye on kids while you go to yet another appointment or just come keep an eye on things because if you can't get away for a couple hours break then you're going to go insane; that's what you'll need in the coming months. Big hugs. They may not make it any easier but they do help a bit.

Sorry I don't know, but having recently lost my mum to cancer, I empathise.
I think you just need to do what you need to do, and ask God to help you get through it.

The loneliness - reach out to someone who has the time, but not just one person, try and get a support network of family and friends, support workers, nurses, therapists, etc

The brokenness - make sure you get some sleep. Rest does help. Jesus said come to me all you burdened and heavily laden, and I will give you rest, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Sorry I am not sure if your partner has passed away or you still caring for them. But I guess it still applies. Allow yourself to mourn/grieve.

As for children let the grandparents help if they can. Or their aunties/uncles/cousins.

We don't have any family both sides, moved to other countries, or dead

You can talk to God
About anything
You can talk to God
As He is listening

You can talk to God when you're happy
You can talk to God when you're sad
You can talk to God about anything
Even things that make you MAD!

I don't know what to tell you, life has it's ups and downs. There is a Christian Chat App, where you can have live chat. Just click on the Christian Chat App link above, and log in with the same credentials as the website. It might help to just talk a bit. People on there and spill their guts all the time, or talk about their daily lives.

Anyways, I'll post a video, it might a help a little. Life is just difficult sometimes, you just have to do your best every day. We are all facing challenges. Sad but true. I guess the best advice I can give you, is give it a year. It might not be perfect, but it will be different.

Trust me on this, lots of people are going through some serious issues right now. Try to toughen up and become a warrior. Well, to be fair, I think God open my eyes today, or maybe I just learned something. You can either grieve what you lost, or be thankful for what you have...

You had 22 years of marriage, lots of people never been married, or the marriage didn't last nearly as long. Some people never had children, yet you have a child or children. So, what I'm getting at, is start seeing what you have, instead of what you don't have. That's how you turn it around, in my opinion, but I'm not saying life is easy at all. I hope this helps.
