Strange but predictable are the comments made here. No one has answered how any in Genesis knew how to present offerings and build alters.
Imo considering God's feast days as a law given only to the jews seems out of context.
These feast days are seen throughout the new testament and observed by our Lord. Yes they were about him, but are hardly talked about. Yet prophecy fulfillment seems to outline them.
Now I will ask another question
The land of Israel was considered by many to be a barren wasteland pre 1948 yet today its considered one of the most prosperous nations. How did that occur? Many still dont see Jesus as messiah, and we know the law saves no one. Could keeping the feast days have anything to do with that?.....just asking

It seems to me that this would involve every believer in God to celebrate God's feast. His appointed times.
Yet it seems the church steers clear away from it and say its for the jews only. I'm not talking about sabbath Saturdays but the 7 feast of God.
Why has it become a Jewish only thing?
We were told not to add/ take away from His word.

“For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

No we dont have to keep the feasts days but won't it be a added blessing to do so? Just asking....

Can you explain what you mean by "added blessing". Is this a quality of life issue, a reward in heaven issue, an issue of faithfulness, something else perhaps?

The hypocracy of that is strong.
Will you have a greater blessing than the countless others who are called that truly love God from their heart?
Will you lead a better life than your brothers, who have lived a peaceful life despite not observing feasts?
Will you have something in your flesh to boast about before God?

As for the offerings, what if they just wanted to out of the thoughts of their heart, and they were never commanded to?
Isn't it written that God takes no delight in the offerings of animals, and rather delights in mercy?
Wouldn't keeping a beleiver on the way to loving God, and not causing them to be concerned with things that are passing away, more favorable in sight of God than this?

Plus, aren't the commandments concerning those feasts expicitly ordained that they are done at the temple in Jerusalem?
If you cause someone to think that they must go out of their way to do something beyond what God has gracefully approved of for them, which is not even a perfect observation of the commandment, but a half-baked one, and it interferes with their life to the point where there is a seed of bitterness, what does that do?

Because it was taught to them by God from the beginning. No forgiveness without blood of an innocent victim. That is why Cain was rejected; he didn't offer blood.

This is not the law my friend. That's the point. They are the Lords appointed times. The jews as the first peo
le believing in the true and living one God were given these to observe and celebrate.
We’re no longer under the OC Law. The NC is in Christ.

Talking about a more richer relationship with God.

Well I'm not adding anything the Lord says they are his feast days. All I'm asking is why we dont recognize them.

Because it was taught to them by God from the beginning. No forgiveness without blood of an innocent victim. That is why Cain was rejected; he didn't offer blood.

So you see the Passover in this but did it occurred to you that what cain offered was the firstfruits. And since that was not the order the Lord siad try again but cain refused.

I don't see the Passover in burnt offerings, which is what all of the patriarchs offered.

That's the question
So you have only speculation that the feasts were pre-law. There's no clear teaching in scripture that keeping them is important for Christians. If you want to keep them that's up to you; I don't base my walk on speculation, I stick to sound teaching.

I respect that.. but as I posted before these are God's feast. By your answer here i take it that you see these observed only by the jews.
