This was the one war worth prosecuting. The IRGC nutters were an existential threat to the Nation Israel.Didn’t Trump say no more wars?

I don't agree with your interpretation of what it means to be saved. You seem to have overlooked many of the important aspects of salvation, while focusing on only two points. Let me remind you that there's a whole lot more to salvation.Yes it doesn't make sense because your definition of "saved" is not Paul's. You equate "saved" to be saved from eternal damnation. But Paul's definition is much bigger than that. He is attacked during his ministry, Satan is trying to put him to shame and defeat the gospel going out. This is what he means by "in nothing put to shame but to be saved". Paul equates being saved to having Jesus Christ magnified in His body.
One way that Jesus Christ is magnified in us is when we can discern the lies and deceits of the evil one. So when you said I would agree with you that we would not be judged for our ability to discern, I clarified. Your ability to discern will not have anything to do with whether or not your are saved from hell. But it is altogether has to do with Jesus Christ being magnified in your body, and it is altogether to do with whether or not you will be put to an open shame or be saved from that.
You can be saved from hell but then teach according to your opinion, not according to the Spirit and be put to an open shame. Paul wants to be saved from that error.
As I stated earlier, you are yet to find a single fault in anything my pastor teaches or preaches. But you're quick to criticize him and make all kinds of false accusations without any foundation or evidence to support you.Yes it is serious, very much so.
Just think of it: emancipated from the shackles of super-determinism aka Calvinism aka Augustinian error.
Here, let me lend your busy, salaried, denominationally enslaved pastor another lockpick.
Maybe between the both of us we can bust him out of prison?
1. Before Augustine: Biblical and Early Christian Roots
Early church fathers before Augustine (like Justin Martyr or Irenaeus) generally:
Emphasized human free will
Did not teach strict predestination in the later Calvinist sense
The strong deterministic framework isn’t dominant early on.
2. Augustine’s Role (the Turning Point)
Augustine of Hippo (354–430) is where things shift dramatically.
In his conflict with Pelagius, Augustine argued:
Humanity is radically fallen (original sin)
People cannot choose God on their own
God must choose and enable salvation
This choice is not based on foreseen merit
This is the first fully developed doctrine of predestination in Christian history.
However:
Augustine did not teach “double predestination” as strongly as later Calvinists
He still held tensions (e.g., mystery, partial universal grace language)
3. From Augustine to Calvin
A thousand years later, John Calvin (1509–1564) builds directly on Augustine:
Takes Augustine’s ideas and systematizes them more rigorously
Develops clearer doctrines like:
Election and reprobation
Total depravity
Irresistible grace
This becomes what we now call Calvinism.
Calvin himself frequently cites Augustine and saw him as a theological ally.
Please tell your friend that he shouldn't judge everyone by his own standards. I don't support terrorists of any flag. I certainly don't support pedophiles, either, which seems to be a common theme of Zionist-captured governments. Does your friend support the withholding of US foreign aid from all governments that offer safe harbour to pedophiles? So then I see that you agree with, aid and abet, and are now acting as advocate and apologist for the IRGC terrorists.
Do you often use the term "Zionist entity" when describing Israel? Asking for a friend.
I understood (from some of the military experts commenting on this) that the only realistic and reliable means of accomplishing this for any appreciable length of time would be occupying the country with a half million troops, basically the entire US military. A logistical, public relations and strategic nightmare, as the US would be left vulnerable on all other fronts.Trump should use the military to destroy their ability to block the Strait of Hormuz
If he does not, then Iran is not actually defeated meaning Trump is screwing up.
He apparently does not know you cannot negotiate with moslems as they never stick to the agreement.
They never have and they never will as their false god (satan) leads them not to.
I'm trying to figure out why so many Evangelicals want the following?
Not sure how you meant this but he is actually... certainly for those who stop being loyal.. there is a price to pay.Trump's not a cult leader.
That has been the excuse every time, and none of them were. Chaos, destruction and bad things have resulted in every case. This time will be no different and is, in fact, clearly pushing civilization to edge of destruction. Time to do what's right for the US and not for a foreign country. It actually isn't worth pursuing at all.
Except for the fact that Daniel says the fourth beast has 10 kings, and so if Rome were the beast from the time of the writing of the prophecy it would have ended with Septimus Severus whom actually like founded a whole dynasty and Rome continued for like a few more centuries. So preterism strikes out again both against the actual Roman history as well as the Bible. Praise Jesus.
Dispensational eScatology
It's pretty easy to count 10 emperors after Domitian.Wrong, learn history from real sources not You Tube.
Good, and when you provide a biblically based argument that addresses all the verses provide by me and Cv5 let me know.Yes we know there is no argument against the correct hermeneutic.
