Post an invention you just thought of and have someone from the internet steal it, create it and capitalize on your idea.

I'll go first:

You know how they have weather apps for towns and cities? Why can't you post your address or coordinates and get the weather of your specific address or coordinates?

You're welcome to steal, create and capitalize on this idea.

Looking forward to other ideas on this thread.

Think that's already been done, just go on Waze and you also get the traffic report.

um have to think and come up with idea...

Ok well ad-free version of the internet would be wonderful. It would all be paid for by some super rich person who just puts their name on the end of every domain name. Then you'd know it was ad-free. Like maybe X or *

My idea was a weather app idea, not a traffic app idea.

Every weather app I’ve ever used only has cities and town forecasts, while they show radars and what not.

If they have radars of where the rain is going to be, why can’t there be exact instances of that coordinates weather? Ya know.

Anyways, that is just a small brain idea of mine. I have bigger ideas that I’m unable to share to the publc.

mm cos it changes and you may not be in the same place all the time.
There are live rain radars on the met service website.

My dad is a weatherman, he's always looking at it.
Apps are for people on the go. It's pinpoints where you are, you don't need to type it in. Even Iphone has it. Or you could just look around you for the weather, in that case, why would you need it.

Sorry to be pedantic, but explain your idea more, as it might already be done. I generally don't bother with coordinates as I know where I am within the town/city I live in.

Okay, well not my idea, but I just saw this video for a new style of hangers and thought of this thread.
You see, unlike the billion dollar hanger industry, he doesn't have the funds to advertise and get this product out there in big box stores, so he needs our help to spread the word!

okay, so personally not my style of hanger, but I can think of so many people I know / know of who something like this would be a game changer.
 
One of my cousins studied engineering and works in patents. I must ask him if he's come across any cool inventions.
Usually they are widgets of some kind.

I want a phone with tiny propellers. Or a case for my phone that can fly.

"Phone. Come." And my phone flies up from wherever it is sitting and comes to my hand.

"Phone. Sit." And my phone flies to the table where I am pointing and sits down.

"Phone. Heel." And my phone follows me around.

What if your phone annoys you, by calling you all the time.

wot. Just buy the hangers with the shoulder strap thingies I'm sure some have them already, most $2 shops would have something like that, I recently bought a trousers/pants hanger and now I don't have to shove my trousers/pants in a draw and fold them up.
 
Japanese stores have the most inventive knick knacks as they are used to living in a confined space, but don't want to annoy others. Land of Marie Kondo....
 
Only problem is it's a real challenge to replace some of those heating elements when they burn out.

But a heated floor on a cold winter day is oh so delightful.

My brother's house has heated floors. It is nice.
Central heating also is a wonderful invention.

Most nz houses are mouldy, leaky and damp. We get a lot of rain, and used to build houses with zero insulation, and the condensation would be terrible in the morning. Heat pumps have recently become mandatory, and they make.a lot of difference in the cooler months.

Rainwater harvester and solar power built into homes would be nice. And also, when you buy a new house, that it comes already with topsoil and a composter/worm farm to make the vege garden, instead of it being scraped away leaving nothing but clay or bare rubble.
