Think about it indeed....

Zec 12:3 - And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
Asking those who say this was already fulfilled, WHEN did this happen in the 1st century again? Romans did just fine after attacking Jerusalem

What genocide? Israel has a growing arab population with their own anti-israel political party.

The so called Palestinian (arab) population is increasing, not decreasing. Worst genocide ever

Wow .. a new low has been set. :(

That's probably referring to the Maccabees during Antiochus Epiphanes IV reign of terror over Judah. Somebody posted something from Josephus that showed even the part about Judah being delivered first matched up nicely.

It's a shame the books of Maccabees aren't in the Protestant canon.

Yes dispensationlism is outside of Christian orthodoxy (right belief).

Covenantalism has been the orthodox (right belief) position held by most expositors/teachers of the faith.

However, power, influence and money worked together to change the basic teaching of some of evangelical Christianity.
Preaching the whole counsel of God, including those cold hard truths, doesn't draw the crowds. The mega Churches are very careful in choosing what they preach. The message must be all about "Gods unconditional love for every single person". That's what people want to hear.

Not many want to hear, -
Romans 3:10-12 "None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one."
Or, 1 Corinthians 2:14 "The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned."

John 6:44 "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day."
John 6:65 "And he said, 'This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.
John 6:66 From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more.

We see in the above verse, that "many of His disciples (not His Apostles)" turned away from Him and and walked with Him no more. His gospel message was just too awful for them to accept. This is exactly what's happening today, those Churches that preach the whole counsel of God are near empty. But those who preach the false gospel are overflowing.

Replacement theology is false theology.

I think best to always read scripture in context and to e very cautious when giving it a universal application.

Probably not as clear cut as this, a false message of Good News turns people away too, quite often I might add.

What is happening today is the Good News is very rarely preached.
