China is a paper tiger, they have almost zero combat experience in any foreign soil for over 40 years, and their population is aging faster than Japan or Korea. Russia was assumed to be a super power in military might, how have they been faring in Ukraine? There was no natural barrier between Russia and Ukraine, it was a vast plain, and yet Russia failed to "overwhelm" Ukraine.

Russia hasn't been a superpower since the USSR collapsed. It could easily overwhelm Ukraine if it fully mobilized, but they are playing a balancing act with only volunteer forces in order to keep the economy sound and limit the war's impact on the public.

China is quickly becoming the world's superpower. The weapons they are developing are incredible. China will at some point flood into west Asia through Afghanistan to protect their oil supply

I'm convinced of this too, but maybe He ascended on AD 33, no 30, which means the Great Tribulation will be from 2030 to 2033.
I can agree with the year of the crucifixion being 33 rather than 30. Now how that relates to Jesus's return is speculative to my mind.

Jesus was not crucified in 33 CE, but in 30 CE, and I can prove this irrefutably:
Bible reports:
  • that Jesus was born before Herod died (Matt 2:20)
  • that Jesus began his ministry at the age of 30, when he was baptized in the 15th year of Tiberius' reign (Lk 3:1, 21-23)
  • that Jesus celebrated the first Passover of his ministry when the Herodian Temple was under construction for 46 years (Jhn 2:18-23)
  • that Jesus celebrated a total of 3 or 4 Passovers during his ministry (Dan 9:27; Jhn 2:13, 5:1, 6:4, 11:55)
  • that Jesus was crucified under Pontius Pilate, the governor of Judea (Matt 27:2)
  • that Jesus was crucified on Friday, Nisan 14 (Mk 15:42; Jhn 19:14)
  • that Jesus was crucified a full 40 years before the destruction of Jerusalem (Jon 3:4; Eusebius' Church History 3.7.9; Yoma 39b:5)
History reports:
  • that Herod died in March 4 BCE, which means that Jesus was born before March 4 BCE
  • that Tiberius' 15th year of reign was from 26 to 27 CE or from 27 to 28 CE (his co-princeps began in 12 or 13 CE), which means that Jesus was baptized sometime between 26 and 28 CE
  • that the Herodian Temple was under construction for 46 years in 27 or 28 CE (it began in 20 or 19 BCE), which means that Jesus celebrated the first Passover of his ministry in 27 or 28 CE
  • that Pontius Pilate was governor of Judea from 26 to 36 CE, which means that Jesus was crucified sometime between 26 and 36 CE
  • that between 28 and 33 CE, Nisan 14 fell on Friday only in 30 and 33 CE, which means that Jesus was crucified in 30 or 33 CE
  • that the siege of Jerusalem started on Nisan 14, 70 CE, and ended with the destruction of Jerusalem in Tammuz/Av of the same year, which means that Jesus was crucified in 30 CE
Conclusions:
  • since Jesus was crucified a full 40 years before the destruction of Jerusalem (30 CE) on Friday, Nisan 14 (30 or 33 CE), he was crucified on Nisan 14, 30 CE
Two issues that I see with your logic. Number one is that we cannot be certain that Eusebius had the timing between the death of Jesus and the fall of Jerusalem perfect, and number 2, was Eusebius counting the fall of the 2nd existent Jewish temple in the 1st century as the final date for the fall of Jerusalem. If he counted from the fall of the 2nd temple, that was in 73.

Pfft, Afganistan, otherwise known as the "graveyard of empires"? Where's your fatih? Where's your hope? Haven't you not read that don't be worry or anxious?

Actually, if both 30 and 33 are presumed to be the year based upon the setting of Nisan 14 on a Friday, then both are false, since I believe the crucifixion was on Thursday, not Friday.

China could steam roll Afghanistan, but they would probably just buy the Taliban off. The 200 million man army for the 6th trumpet has to get into Iraq/Iran somehow, and the Wakhan Corridor is the least problematic route. China has already built a road to the border there in anticipation of the Belt and Road project.

So? I respect a warrior, not a "worrior". If that' s the plan, let them come, and see if they steam roll Afganistan or be steam rolled in Afganistan.

Why are you saying I'm worried? I'm simply looking ahead to the future to know what to expect
I seriously doubt that, when the whole world has been watching over Taiwan and the surrounding waters, and most of China's military activities have been detected in that region.

I believe the bible shows the way. 6th trumpet, 200 million man army in Iraq/Iran. Only China has that capability

I like to keep it simple, grab some popcorn and watch the news. Egypt (the world) is going to destroy Mystery Babylon (they killed the prophets and crucified the Lord Jesus). In one hour she will fall by wind and fire and the sun and moon will be darkened. The Lord comes and that will be the end of the 'world'. The god of this world will be locked up.

I am convinced that Jesus will return 2,000 years after His Ascension. Since Jesus was crucified and ascended into heaven in the year 30 CE, this implies that He will return in 2030. More precisely, I believe that Jesus will return on Yom Teruah (the Feast of Trumpets) in 2030. In the Gregorian calendar, this corresponds to September 30, 2030.

Since Jesus is to return at the end of the Beast's 3.5-year reign, this means that the Beast's reign will begin 3.5 years prior to Jesus' return on Yom Teruah in 2030. Three and a half years before Yom Teruah 2030 would be the month of Sivan (the third month of the biblical calendar) in 2027. In the Gregorian calendar, this corresponds to June 2027.

Therefore, if it is true that Jesus will return on September 30, 2030, then it follows that the Beast's reign must begin no later than June 2027. If the world has not changed dramatically by June 2027, then one can conclude that Jesus will not return in 2030.
That would be nice if we had to look forward to 2030, but I just don't believe it.

Everyone has been predicting and prophesying His return since before the great disappointment the Adventists keep trying to defend.
Every year people make new predictions and must have forgotten that Jesus Himself did not know that day.
Does anyone know more about the Scriptures than He knew while here?

Again, I seriously doubt that, considering their dwindling human resources and zero combat experience abroad.

Dwindling human resources? It has the largest standing army in the world. Warfare is all drones and missiles now. They are in the process of mastering that.

The Chinese military is between 2 to 3 million strong. That's a long way from 200 million.

Well that would be interesting, but what year would you propose that meets all the criteria?
