First of all inform us of the two groups represented by Ruth and Naomi.

Because if you do not first understand that typological prophetic scenario, any effort would be wasted on you.

Of course they are .. and Paul even makes that very clear in his writings.

I misread..... you think the Gentiles to whom Paul was writing understood this OT background typology, probably not, though he does state very clear definitions which they could understand......... and it seems to me you are very reluctant to deal with his definitions.

None the less Jesus is a Zionist and He will preserve modern day Israel as He will be returning there to rule from Jerusalem for 1000 Years when He returns to earth

That happens after He reigns on earth for 1000 Years
You continually speak against the Jews so it's obvious you hate them and want to see them destroyed and every Jew murdered just like Hitler and all the moslems.

That's what the racist Jew haters do.
No Christian on here wants to see Jews murdered, it will happen during the time of Jacob's troubles where the women will raped and two thirds of the Jews are wiped out before God saves them and they weep when they see the one they pierced. Israel is not blessed, a Godly nation, or a friend of America if you want to talk about modern behavior.

Feel free to misread this and everything else pertaining to the redemption and restoration of the Nation Israel to your heart’s content; I’m confident others won’t make the same error.

1. Gomer → Israel in covenant unfaithfulness and restoration

(Primary text: Hosea)

The narrative

  • Gomer is taken as the wife of Hosea
  • She becomes unfaithful (symbolizing Israel’s idolatry)
  • She falls into degradation (likely bondage/slavery)
  • Hosea redeems her back (Hosea 3)

Explicit typology (this one is not inferred—it’s stated)

God directly interprets the marriage:

“For the land has committed great whoredom…” (Hos 1:2)

So Gomer = the Northern Kingdom (Israel/Ephraim) in:

  • Spiritual adultery (idolatry)
  • Covenant breach
  • Subsequent judgment

Key prophetic elements

  • Lo-Ammi / Lo-Ruhamah → suspension of covenant identity
  • Redemption price paid → restoration initiated by the husband
  • “You shall dwell with me many days” → period of restraint before full restoration

Typological meaning

Gomer represents:

  • Israel under judgment and exile
  • Yet still covenantally pursued
  • Ultimately redeemed and restored by her husband (YHWH)

This is a direct prophetic type of national Israel—not the Church—because the text explicitly says so.

2. Naomi → Israel in loss, exile, and return

(Primary text: Book of Ruth)

The narrative

  • Naomi leaves Bethlehem due to famine → goes to Moab
  • Loses husband and sons → emptied
  • Returns to the land bitter: “Call me Mara”
  • Eventually restored through the kinsman redeemer process

Typological parallels to Israel

1. Departure from the land

  • Naomi leaves Bethlehem (house of bread) → famine-driven exile
  • Israel leaves the land → exile due to covenant failure

2. Emptiness and judgment

  • “I went out full, the LORD has brought me back empty”
  • Israel: loss, desolation, exile condition

3. Return

  • Naomi comes back to Bethlehem
  • Israel returns to the land (prophetic theme across Scripture)

4. Restoration through a kinsman redeemer

  • Boaz redeems the inheritance
  • This restores Naomi’s line and land

→ This aligns with Israel’s future:

  • Restoration of inheritance
  • Redemption tied to a kinsman-redeemer figure

3. How both point specifically to National Israel

A. Corporate identity

Both women represent more than individuals:

  • Gomer = the nation in covenant violation
  • Naomi = the nation experiencing covenant consequences

B. Land and covenant centrality

  • Naomi’s story revolves around land inheritance in Bethlehem
  • Gomer’s story revolves around covenant relationship with YHWH

These are Israel-specific categories, not general spiritual metaphors.

C. Restoration is earthly and national

  • Return to land (Naomi)
  • Restoration of covenant identity (Gomer)

This aligns with prophetic promises to Israel in books like Ezekiel and Jeremiah:

  • Regathering
  • Renewal
  • National restoration

4. Synthesis

  • Gomer shows Israel’s sin → rejection → redemption
  • Naomi shows Israel’s loss → exile → return → restoration

Together they form a fuller picture:

Israel may become unfaithful (Gomer),
suffer loss and exile (Naomi),
but will ultimately be redeemed and restored within covenant and land.

I am beginning to think you are a bot or something, you still have not addressed the verses and Paul's definition of who is a Jew.

I am also beginning to think you have not understood the revelation, the main story of scripture at all.

God has always only had ONE people - true believers who have faith in the work of Christ either promised (Old Testament believers)

or fulfilled (New Testament believers).

Nope, it is the latter day self-absorbed trivial Church that has failed to rightly comprehend these Biblical truths.
The leaven of the despising and denying the promised redemption of the Jews is everywhere today, and is IMO the
reason for this blindness to these truths. Willful blindness BTW.
Romans 11:25
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Seems Paul was doing a bit of prophecy in this text.

Many conceited believers today, who think Christ is one dimensional and He is only for them.

Zionism fits well with you because you are an accuser at heart.

Oh, go on with that foolishness. You know nothing about me. I didn't pick you at random. You make Antisemitic comments, I'm gonna call that out. If you're not Antisemitic, then stop using tropes and I won't call you an Antisemite. Period. Discussion over.

That's all the anti-semitism slur is for, ie, to be able to accuse people

I don't accuse people if they don't use Antisemitic language. Don't do it, I won't call you out. Our problem here will be solved. Like I said, I've made friends out of people I've disagreed with many times here. But you insist on being enemies. So, ball is in your court. Settle it or forget it.

Yes I have. A Jew faithful to the Old Covenant economy was the WIFE of YHVH. And was saved.
A Jew faithful to the New Covenant economy is the BETROTHED virgin Bride of Christ. And is saved.

Furthermore, the New Covenant promises to the POST CHURCH (post rapture) AGE world is DIFFERENT from those of THIS AGE in various ways. Unique and different blessings. Unique and different roles. Unique and different offices. Unique and different service.

And BTW, Moses was an Israelite Levite saved by faith in Him Who provided THAT covenant, and is NOT nor will he ever be a part of the body of THE BETROTHED BRIDE. And no amount of labyrinthine bafflegab will ever change that fact.

As for the book of Revelation, I am an expert on it.

Your grasp of the New Covenant is sophomoric despite the arduous efforts of many here to advance you to the point of matriculating out of pablum and blankey Bible class kindergarten.

@ThereRoseaLamb Is no such thing.

Arguably she is one of the finest straight shooters on this site........Her straight shooten obviously hit a nerve for @toddlerRoseFromTheDead.

I truly appreciate that. But I don't want them coming after you for defending me. Once you're in their line of fire they never quit.

God has always had a client nation........Why do you not understand this?

Probably because you hate the United States of America.........We ARE His client nation at the moment. It's certainly not Canada.

Israel will once again take over this client nation status in the near future.

A free nation to proclaim His Gospel has always been a part of Gods plan.

Agree up to this point.

Israel is not blessed, a Godly nation, or a friend of America if you want to talk about modern behavior.

Israel is blessed, they are the only friend of America in the ME. They are not a Godly nation, neither is America. There isn't a Godly nation in this day and time, so why act like Israel is unique?

I truly appreciate that. But I don't want them coming after you for defending me. Once you're in their line of fire they never quit.
I know you are saved, I know @HeIsHere is saved. It's not a question of someone being evil. Its a question of someone being deceived.

@ChristRoseFromTheDead just showed his/her Spirtual immaturity with that horrible accusation.

Just the fact that the world of unbelievers line up with their deception.......Should give them pause. ABC, NBC,CBS,CNN,MSNBC, The nightly news, Good morning America, The today Show, The View......ALL line up with @HeIsHere and @ChristRoseFromTheDead.

HINT,HINT......You are on the WRONG side.

  • John 15:19: "If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world".

You make antisemitic to mean what ever you want it to mean, so it just becomes an excuse for you to accuse.
