If God can forgive the raping killer if they repent then He can forgive the unbeliever if they repent and believe.

God can forgive anyone and anything if they repent.

The only way you can be forgiven is if you repent.

So what does the question mean.

Sin is sin whether a thief or unbeliever but if they repent they can be forgiven.

How can the unbeliever be forgiven if they do not repent and turn to Jesus.

But in the case of the raping killer it is rare they change to follow Jesus because of the severe nature of them.

Like Jeffrey Dahmer who said he turned to Jesus it is highly unlikely it was done in truth.

He got caught so he might as well confess but if he did not get caught it is doubtful he would of confessed.

Or someone on their deathbed who sinned their whole life and now they want to confess.

Might as well can't sin now.

Usually they have the attitude I do not know but I do not want to take the chance.

But that is not faith and not salvation.

Some people have terrible behavior in sin that is worse than your typical sinful behavior that is common among humans.

Usually these people never embrace the truth for they are so severe in sinful behavior.

And if they do usually it is not rooted in truth having doubt.

Their sinful behavior that is severe causes them to have difficulty to be saved.

There is hardly any people if any at all that claim to be a Christian that has a murderous, raping, and child molesting past.

At least in modern times.

Can't speak for the Roman Catholic Church from many years ago.

I don't agree with God forgiving the rapist killer bc they have reduced a person to an object. They can never ask for forgiveness bc of it, and they can't be forgiven without asking. They are very entitled and only give excuses. Our society caters to this idea bc of their "depression" "adhd" and "abuse as a child" even though many people deal with the same thing and don't act that way.

The parable of wheat and weeds give the reason. Essentially God can't get rid of the weeds without killing the wheat. This is both physical and spiritual. So sometimes evil people have children who are saved. Or we need the evil directly in order to grow and mature in our faith. I mean you can't take that too far bc free will is also involved. Just bc God creates good out of evil doesn't mean he agrees with the evil.

What better options?

Besides, the world is reconciled through the Cross, not the resurrection. Our sins are not counted against us because of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross.

Personally human is a law wording meaning Monster .monster rights etc God repented unto Himself that He made man. Well hopefully you know the first Adam contracted with Satan snake.Satan also tried contracting with Jesus the second Adam 40 day fast Im sure anyone one of use would took the Satan deal to have all the kingdoms.Simple answer God had to buy back the contract in full Blood payment . And to seal that deal God put a twist of the Holy Spirit to seal The deal and share his reign as to jedus himself being Son of man first born of the Spirit sort of like leveling the field of play for Man and no chance of Satan pulling trickery lies. Note to all ther is only One Holy Spirit that's the only contract God honors my word but understand it . Thank God for the Apostle Paul who penned that one for us, yet, as heavy as that testimony rings true for many of us, was still able to say without hesitation while formerly being strapped to that dilemma:

But it has to be considered as in a former time in his life, else, why would he beat the flesh and "make it [his] slave" ? Did u read what was giving to you question that prob only true answer u ever get and it all back by word and Holy Spirit maybe so me of my own wording I use basic words not big words to look like I'm somebody special Jesus didn't do that he speak as simple and plain the goal is to know him . He don't talk a lot and use uncommon wording but in the spirit he can say three words and I might speak a whole Bible study​

I'll leave with the saying I use often ,people can't get past the water in the Gospel So why read anything else after that without the water and fire baptismS

God created the world with us having free will even knowing that we would use it to turn away from him. His recovery program was not based on achievement such as who could make themselves better people. Rather his program was based on who would use their free will choose truth and humility.

I'll try but the question is a bit mixed all I know is Saul was doing his Job under moses law he was hunting Jesus freaks and killing them I don't know if you ever read that Jesus himself got stoned.? Now was saul a sinner by Moses law? Well he but as many leades they missed the new covenant so now he is guilty as a murderer. As you all know he became Paul and Timothy in Greek wrote most of the New testament. I don't know if that helps your 1 question but grace and love beyond anything you know in natural life. I apologize because I don't know how to put it in English word all I can tell you if you felt his love you have no care for anything what so ever best part he won't even say one word!
