Well, you've stayed with me during a time I had to shave my beard, so I'd hope you would stay with me if I absolutely had to shave it again. 😘

Of course! And I'm hanging on after the hospital did a bunch of shaving 🙀

"...to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, with or without beard, to love and to cherish..."

Just keep telling yourself, "It'll grow back." lol

We should have Ruth's friendship vow to Naomi in there also.

16 But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you. For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God my God. 17 Where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried. May the Lord do so to me and more also if anything but death parts me from you.”

For breakfast usually porridge with fruit, it might be blueberries, or feijoas, or stewed apples, or banana.
Toast and jam and peanut butter
Steamed crumpets with butter and honey

I don't really have time for a big breakfast.
Cup of tea, or glass of juice (coconut water, or fresh OJ with the pulp)
I've been drinking Almond milk (unsweetened) instead of cows milk, just for a change, as too much dairy milk is off putting for me.

I never eat boxed cereals, just don't like them as you have to add usually cold milk to them, and they have waaaay too much sugar, like it's the top ingredient. I used to eat things like cocoa puffs, special K, cornflakes, but no way would I eat that now. If I had no choice, I could eat weetbix, or rice bubbles as the least sugary option. I don't add sugar to my porridge or tea.

Sugar not only rots your teeth and gives you diabetes, but too much refined sugar at once makes me hypo.

I'm definitely an oatmeal girl. I could happily eat oatmeal for every meal of the day! 😅

This morning, though, I made an exception. Instead of oatmeal, I had plain quark mixed with a little muesli and some walnuts, plus two slices of rye bread topped with a fried egg. It keeps me full for a long time. Sometimes it even keeps me going until dinner, although not always.
