Submit to the Holy Spirit. He will help you resist!

Galatians 5:16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

In the meantime, I will pray for your resolve and strengthening. Also ask yourself why you watched it. Are you stressed out or angry or etc.? If you know what triggered you to watch it, it might help to know that and be more vigilant when that something happens again.

Father God, I believe that Jesus is your Son who was crucified and rose from the dead, paying the price for my sins. I come to you now seeking your deliverance from devils that are attacking me. I confess that I have broken your Law by partaking of pornography. My sin is out of control and I am powerless to stop it. I hate my sin and I willfully turn from it now. Please forgive me and give me the strength to continue to resist. In Jesus' name I pray this, amen.

I also listen daily to Alexander Scourby's narration of the Holy Bible (currently in Revelation). What I find is that something supernatural happens when I listen to the word of God. At first, it was like sawing logs, but then I started getting discernment and wisdom, and I could RESIST temptations.

Stay in prayer; it's the one thing Satan fights against strongly because prayer is a weapon.
