I really do pray that this period of lawlessness, because a dying empire cannot come to terms with its huge blunders, comes to an end. 🙏
I agree. But I'm also becoming doubtful I may see it in this life. It might be in a decade or two, there are Zionist hunters like there were Nazi hunters post WW2, hunting down the last war criminals as they seek to escape justice for their atrocities. Won't compare to God's justice though, if these do not turn to Jesus.

Sorry, your knowledge of what occurred at the time period is not accurate so no point discussing further.
So true. I think this latecomer to the party is just a lesser version of cv5, sent to bolster his sorry efforts. When these can't or won't understand plain and basic English, there's little sense engaging for their benefit, but sometimes perhaps for the benefit of others.

Yes, most likely not be seen in our life time.
This is quite a situation/time we are living in.. the good news is younger people see it now unlike the boomers.

Agree, they do seem to have a steady supply of recruits to the cause >>>>> with one inch depth and breadth of understanding with regards to the history. ;)

News flash: history as you know it (times of the gentiles and domination of the kingdoms of this present age) is coming to an end. Rapidly.

As you can readily ascertain, Ephesians 1:21 resonates and concatenates flawlessly with all of the OT prophets and their proclamation of the AGE TO COME. And YES, Paul was perfectly well aware that this AGE TO COME was NOT his present Church age, rather it is the age FOLLOWING the CLOSURE of the Church age.

Dan 2:44 - “And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

Mat 12:32 - “Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

1Co 2:8 - which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Eph 1:21 - far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come

"Iran will drag the war up to the Mediterranean if the blockade holds."

Oh, so they are intending on slaughtering more non-combatants and sowing chaos in the region are they?

Pagan suicide death cults so often take those aligned with them down to the pit with themselves. It's more dangerous to be a friend of the cult than opposed to them, our God will protect us, the Rock of our strong defense, and he shall destroy them, praise Jesus.

Make no mistake I despise this war theater and the human suffering it has caused as much as anyone. If I had the wisdom and power to end it I would.

However the world bears witness to the infamy and outrageous aggression unleashed upon the region by the IRGC junta. The people of Iran have my greatest sympathies and sorrow. They deserve to be emancipated from the IRGC stranglehold of intimidation to form a truly free government. This is what the PEOPLE want.

But is this what YOU want for them????

No rational actor fails to comprehend that were the IRGC to disappear from existence tomorrow, the world would be free of their reign of terror

The best strategy for the US is to maintain the blockade. Starve the IRGC war machine. The oil fields will fail if they run out of storage and cannot pump.

***********************

Yes, the US naval blockade (imposed April 13, 2026) has caused a severe, near-total disruption to Iran's seaborne oil exports, which is throttling government revenue.
fdd.org

Oil Exports and Revenue ImpactPre-blockade: Iran was exporting around 1.8–2+ million barrels per day (bpd) in early 2026, mostly to China via the "shadow fleet."

Post-blockade (April–May 2026): Exports plunged 80–93%. May figures show as low as ~200,000–300,000 bpd or even lower (e.g., just a handful of tankers with petrochemicals successfully exiting). April exports dropped sharply after mid-month, with early May data showing almost no crude moving.

Dozens of tankers (reports of 30+ laden with tens of millions of barrels) have been intercepted, turned back, or stuck, leading to floating storage and risks of forced production cuts due to full onshore tanks.

Revenue losses: Estimates run $400–500 million per day at peak impact, with billions lost in weeks. This is a major hit to Iran's hard currency inflows.

The blockade targets vessels to/from Iranian ports in response to the broader 2026 conflict and Strait of Hormuz tensions. While some limited workarounds (land/air, smuggling) exist, they can't replace seaborne volumes.

Currency DevaluationThe Iranian rial has been in long-term decline due to sanctions, mismanagement, inflation (often 40%+), and deficits — but the war and blockade have intensified pressure.

By early 2026 (pre- or early blockade), the unofficial/free-market rate hit record lows around 1.4–1.5 million rials per USD (some reports higher later). The currency has lost enormous value over decades (tens of thousands of percent since 1979).

This erodes savings, wages, and purchasing power for ordinary Iranians. Imports (food, medicine, parts) become far more expensive, fueling inflation and protests. Many shift to dollars, gold, or crypto for preservation.

The blockade's revenue choke adds to these pressures by limiting foreign exchange earnings, though devaluation was already advanced from prior sanctions and conflict damage to energy infrastructure.

Broader Context
Iran's economy was already strained before the April escalation. The blockade is part of "maximum pressure" alongside strikes on infrastructure. Iran has retaliated (e.g., attempting to close Hormuz) but faces storage limits and cash flow issues. As of early June 2026, the blockade remains in effect or recently adjusted per negotiations, keeping exports throttled.

In short, the blockade is delivering a sharp short-term blow to oil revenues and compounding Iran's chronic currency and inflation crisis. Long-term outcomes depend on diplomacy, enforcement duration, and global oil market responses.

Funny you should say that.
People around the world are saying the same thing about the Satanic pedophile cult that controls America.

So why do you exault the supposed virtues of one (the IRGC), when both are odious and must be thwarted and brought to justice?

Your outrage is far too selective isn't it?

Are we right to say that you feel just awful that the poor harmless IRGC had some of their friendly little killer drones shot down, thwarting their errand of destruction?

I am not in favor of exalting either of them, I am just against attacking them.
In the case of America I am aware that they are weak and vulnerable at present, and I could seize the opportunity.
I consider however that their current problems are best handled by the American people.
I am sure that US citizens on this forum will appreciate my restraint.

Why is everyone confused about what is going on? This is siege warfare: Siege warfare is a military strategy where an attacking force surrounds a fortified stronghold, city, or castle, cutting off its supplies to force a surrender. The core objective is to conquer the target through attrition—starving out the defenders—rather than through direct, frontal assault. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Iran hopes to win by cutting off the oil resulting in starvation as well as economic collapse. Likewise the US hopes to win the same reason. Same with Russia and Ukraine. So we know we will have economic collapse and mass starvation.

The time of the gentiles ended in the first century... the Good News was preached to them and they were grafted in just as many Jews became believers.... then the OT system officially ended in 70 AD when the sacrifices were stopped.

We are now in The Good News for all who believe.
