Exactly, Trump is the Trojan Horse the craftiest peasant king devised to let the Achaeans sneak into Troy and destroy their oppressors at the height of their hubris and destroy their principality and burn their hope for the decadent new world order to the ground.

Trump is so allergic to the truth and/or facts it's surprising that he doesn't need an antihistamine after interviews like this.

He is on record (anyone can find them on the internet) stating quite clearly "No more wars."
I guess what he really meant was "No,..... more wars.'

The Donald still doesn't understand that 90% of his lies can easily be proven to be lies when things he says are a complete contradiction of things he already said before on video. He tries to bully people and he thinks that will make them back down and believe his lies, like he did with Kristen Welker. When she wouldn't back down he pouts and walks off like a little crybaby. That's our president.

Because sending Iran billions of dollars, lifting sanctions and telling them "dont" worked so well to persuade them to be nice.

Anyone who is still operating under the delusion of the left/ right paradigm, is yes, out of touch with reality.

He has the right view for sure... but I would say the move/fall is towards authoritarianism (as opposed to collectivism) but it maybe cloaked in a different ideology.
Winkey Pratney argues, and I agree with him, that the more individuals in a society can exercise self-control, the more liberal a government they can afford. But the less self-controlled and unruly individuals are, the more authoritarian control is needed to keep their selfish behaviour in check. If people want more individual freedom they need to behave more justly in their personally lives. If people become more selfish and oppressive toward others, the price will be a stronger hand by government to maintain law and order.

Trump seems autocratic to the lawless, because he is insisting on reigning in the pockets of lawlessness that are threatening to destroy the nation.

Yes, it has been a "globalist rules based imposed order" verses an "independent nation states determining their own destinies and bilaterally negotiating terms of cooperation wit other nation states" divide for a couple of decades now.

That means he could not meet the threshold requirement, if you cannot meet that requirement there is nothing else to be considered.
You are assuming the judges are not politically motivated in making their rulings. Telling someone their evidence is of no interest because I believe they were not personally affected by the crime, does not equate to proof that they have no evidence of a crime.

Going to appeal is par for the course in the legal system.

The conviction stands until it is overturned by a higher court.
But Carroll still does not have the demanded 83.3 million dollars. How can that be, if the conviction is already finalised?

Two separate issues, however you are also making assumptions.

So if you want to know study, the case, learn the law and then decide if the judge(s) was correct in their decision of no standing.

I thought the appeal in your post was concerning the 34 felony convictions so I guess we are talking about two different things and I think there is an appeal there as well.

I have not really examined her case so no comment there, I have no interest in it either.

There are other signed affidavits in the Epstein files which at the time did warrant investigation by the FBI and it did not happen.

I would say longer ... but yes agree.

Liberals/communists wouldnt steal elections.
I posted this in another thread but will post it here because this is what the future holds for us if the left takes over. Debanking is the tip of the iceberg.

Was Melania Trump de-banked? AI

Yes, Melania Trump has claimed that she and her son, Barron, were "debanked". She publicly alleged the following regarding the situation: The Memoir Claims: In her memoir, Melania wrote that her long-time bank abruptly terminated her account. She also claimed that the same bank refused to allow her son, Barron, to open a new account, which she attributed to political discrimination.

Charity Impact: In a subsequent interview, she further stated that the bank's decision to close her accounts negatively impacted the foster children she supported, as her university charity lost the ability to process donations. The broader topic of "political debanking" has become a subject of intense political scrutiny, with the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability launching investigations into whether such account closures were politically motivated. Banks and regulatory agencies, however, generally do not comment on specific customer closures or explicitly confirm political motivations, citing standard legal and regulatory compliance.

Name of Bank?

Melania Trump did not publicly name the specific bank in her memoir. However, her claims have been closely linked to specific financial institutions through subsequent Trump family legal filings and investigations:

JPMorgan Chase: Donald Trump filed a $5 billion lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase alleging political debanking. Court records and subsequent reports regarding the family's "debanking" allegations explicitly name JPMorgan as the institution that closed multiple Trump family accounts.

Capital One: The Trump Organization filed a separate lawsuit against Capital One for closing hundreds of business and personal accounts used or controlled by the family.

Well, yes, there has been a lawless push, there are many factors that contribute to the devolving of a society.

I could also argue that a considerable portion of the "church" waiting for the Rapture, asserting that this is not their home, has created

an impotent church that has lost much of its salt and light and therefore has been complicit in downward trend of lawlessness.

Certainly an authoritarian style of leadership can create a more stable society depending how oppressive the regime is, having stated

this, seems to me that the right to bear arms was included as is insurance against an authoritarian regime forming in America... isn't that why it

was designed as a Constitutional Republic.

I just think a top down approach in a nation like the USA will cause further fragmentation, civil unrest and who knows what else which we already see happening.
