I have heard that talking point before, but please understand that I asked my questions with respect to you and not with a desire to do a "gotcha".
I think about these things and would genuinely like to know how people who hold your position answer them.
Can we as Christians accept that there is a modern day group of people who should be called "Amalek" because of their race?
How ought we to treat people who fall in that category?

I do not hate Jews and do not desire to persecute them.
I do however understand that throughout the many forms of Judaism there is a belief that certain people are Amalek.
They differ much on how they define that group.
Within Judaism there is also much impassioned debate on who should or should not be called a Jew.
Is it such a terrible thing if we should have the same discussions?

Have you always hated Israel or is it something learned? Israelhas been attacked for centuries. The philistine attack was one of if not the worst in modern times. The so called Palistinians, which are philistines, were allowed to live there. West Bank is another example of Israel giving what God gave to Israel. Ask yourself why no other middle eastern country want these people you seem to love. All of Israel was given to His people.

Israel was not part of those negotiations and they did not like Iran funding and arming the cross-border incursion (surprise, surprise) into Isreal by Hamas. [Palestinian militants]

That was the catalyst for the whole mess, and its origin source was Iran. 1200 killed, mostly civilians. At a music festival, 360 young festival-goers were massacred, and on it goes.

I don't see Iran as the bully in this case.

It would fall on deaf ears. The fact being Iran wants Israel wiped out. They want the USA gone. They are on the verge of obtaining nukes. Iran obtains support from other major powers, including China and Russia, to a limited extent, as long as it destabilizes both Israel and the USA.

Yes. If these people were held to the standard they expect of others, they'd have been silenced long ago by the governments they worship. Imagine calling for the murder of 90 million innocent people? Even many non-Christians would condemn such blood lust. And not to invoke Godwin's law too soon (or again?), but I don't think even Hitler is on record calling for something so evil (perhaps he thought it, as some may accuse, but I don't believe he ever said it out aloud as folks here are keen to).

While I understand the point Godwin was making and it is valid, sometimes one has to make a comparison since it does give an idea of where a society/leader(s) stands on the spectrum of evil.
