I get that you're trying to convince me that all giants are offspring of angels.

.
Are you saying the sons of God are angels?
Indeed.

The term translated "the Sons of God" is, in the Hebrew, B'nai HaElohim, "Sons of Elohim," which is a term consistently used in the Old Testament for angels*, and it is never used of believers in the Old Testament. The designation 'Sons of God' is never applied in the Old Testament to believers, whose sonship is distinctly a New Testament revelation.

*Consider Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7 (where they are in existence before the creation of the earth). Jesus also implies the same term in Luke 20:36.

In Luke's genealogy of Jesus, only Adam is called a "son of God." (Luke 3:38). The entire Biblical drama deals with the tragedy that humankind is a fallen race, with Adam's initial immortality forfeited. Christ uniquely gives them that receive him the power to become the sons of God. Being born again of the Spirit of God, as an entirely new creation, at their resurrection they alone will be clothed with a building of God and in every respect equal to the angels.

I get that you're trying to convince me that all giants are offspring of angels.
Rather, the biblical giants are the offspring of fallen angels who mated with earthly women.

I reject it outright, I know all the arguments, not buying it.. I am not waiting for any Nephilim to show up, I am not a futurist either.

If you can rebut it with scripture, then go for it. Otherwise, bear well.

The offspring of the giants are male or female, just as with earthly man-and-woman offspring.

Are those giant people in the videos I posted descendants of angels?

Good question. Before I comment further, and with respect to the OP, I will watch the 6-minute vid and get back to you tomorrow. (The vid above with the tall woman is A.I. generated. I suspect the others are, as well.)

The two vids on the first page are by different content creators. The first vid is the OP, and the second is by Elijah Zielke, a "Christian" content creator who uses A.I.

The two vids on this page are by the same content creator: "Eda Yalavac." "Her" website states: "Note: This video contains AI-generated content and imagery."

The final vid for me to check is the OP. BBL.

I've got about 10 minutes left here at the cafe.

The street reactions AI generated?
Does it matter? "Tall Giant and Beautiful Woman Enchant..." - what a sensual dogpile.

Satan is the prince of the power of air. IOW, Satan has authority over the airwaves, wireless, the media, for a season. He is desensitizing us to the eventuality of the return of the giants. That's what these vids are all about. You're supposed to go gaga over the visuals - just like the street observers. Satan knows that we value what other people think, rather than what God thinks. The whole thing is a scam designed to deceive you, so when the real giants arrive, you will not recoil in fear but welcome them with open arms. As a society, we're just about there already.

Alright, I must leave now. I will watch the OP (but I'm not hopeful). BBL.

My point is, while you're waiting for the Nephilim to arrive and expecting 'supernatural' beings, my point is that they were there before the flood "and also afterward (Ge 6:4)," exhibiting the "naturalist" habits of men. Just as Adam fell as a son of God and thusly returned to his dust, the Nephilim are 'Adamites" who fell likewise. At the point of falling, men relate more to the nature of animals than to any nature of God. I would classify them as 'ultra-natural' men more than anything 'supranatural.'

I will admit it is very challenging to rebut a concept which is being read into the text.
Typically an impasse.

But I think @HealthAndHappiness has a strong point there is no clear text to support it.
And @WiselyWoven,

The sons of God being angels aka "watchers" theories was popularized by the book of Enoch. It is called a pseudepigrapha book because it attributes authorship to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah, despite being written by unknown authors of a Jewish cult between 300 and 100 BC, thousands of years after his death. From the start, it should be disregarded for any credibility on that basis alone.

I was taught as a young believer that sons of God in the OT were different from the New. I assumed this was fact considering the information came from my pastor who taught me his notes from his Bible college. Apparently many Bible colleges taught those same theories because I have heard them all my life from various pastors of various backgrounds. It has that esoteric Greek mythology appeal to the New Agers as well. It's kind of like that secret hidden "knowledge" that THEY want to keep from us.

God replies directly to this claim about His sons at the beginning of Hebrews.

For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

I definitely agree with this... and no giants are not coming, rest easy on that account
As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be when Jesus returns (we had giants in those days). Do the math.

My point is, while you're waiting for the Nephilim to arrive and expecting 'supernatural' beings,
I'm not waiting. And they're already 'arriving.'

The videos in this thread are A.I. generated propaganda pieces for such a return. Whether you believe the Holy Bible's account or not, you are being conditioned to accept the return of the Nephilim, to desensitize you to that reality. Folks are posting such occultic pieces thinking that they're doing God service, while the truth is just the opposite.

(Ge 6:4)," exhibiting the "naturalist" habits of men. Just as Adam fell as a son of God and thusly returned to his dust, the Nephilim are 'Adamites" who fell likewise. At the point of falling, men relate more to the nature of animals than to any nature of God. I would classify them as 'ultra-natural' men more than anything 'supranatural.'
"naturalists" and "Adamites" and "ultra-natural" - you're joking, right? That "Sethite view" has been debunked since its invention.

The most fatal flaw in the specious "Sethite" view is the emergence of the Nephilim as a result of the unions. (likewise, "giants" does not resolve the difficulties.) It is the offspring of these peculiar unions in Genesis 6:4 which seems to be cited as a primary cause for the flood.

Procreation by parents of differing religious views do not produce unnatural offspring. Believers marrying unbelievers may produce "monsters," but hardly superhuman, or unnatural, children! It was this unnatural procreation and the resulting abnormal creatures that were designated as a principal reason for the judgment of the flood.

The very absence of any such adulteration of the human genealogy in Noah's case is also documented in Genesis 6:9: Noah's family tree was distinctively unblemished. The term used, tamiym, is used for physical blemishes.1

Why were the offspring uniquely designated "mighty" and "men of renown?" This description characterizing the children is not accounted for if the fathers were merely men, even if godly.

A further difficulty seems to be that the offspring were only men; no "women of reknown" are mentioned. (Was there a chromosome deficiency among the Sethites? Were there only "Y" chromosomes available in this line?)2

1. Exodus 12:5, 29; Leviticus 1:3, 10; 3:1, 6; 4:3, 23; 5:15, 18, 25; 22:19, 21; 23:12; Numbers 6:14; et al. Over 60 references, usually referring to the freedom from physical blemishes of offerings.

2. Each human gamete has 23 pairs of chromosomes: the male has both "Y" (shorter) and "X" (longer) chromosomes; the female, only "X" chromosomes. The sex of a fertilized egg is determined by the sperm fertilizing the egg: "X+Y" for a male child; "X+X" for a female. Thus, the male supplies thesex-determining chromosome.

The sons of God being angels aka "watchers" theories was popularized by the book of Enoch.
We have the Holy Bible; we don't need the book of Enoch.

God replies directly to this claim about His sons at the beginning of Hebrews.

For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
That is a non sequitur.

As per your mention above, in the Holy Bible, the word "Son" (huios) is found 382 times; nothing unique about it. Conversely, the Hebrew phrase bēn 'ĕlōhîm (translated in English as "sons of God") appears exactly 5 times.

The exact verses where this phrase is used are:
  • Genesis 6:2
  • Genesis 6:4
  • Job 1:6
  • Job 2:1
  • Job 38:7
In each of these specific Old Testament instances, the phrase is a traditional reference to celestial or angelic beings (part of the heavenly council) rather than human beings.

The account in Genesis repeatedly emphasizes that it was men, not fallen angels or human-angel hybrids.

If fallen angels were causing all this trouble, why does God only refer to men?

Why doesn’t God say His spirit will not always strive with the sons of God/fallen angels?

Genesis 6

1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be when Jesus returns (we had giants in those days). Do the math.

Ben is translated "son" in the Hebrew.
Are you saying that the only way Hebrews 1:5 could possibly apply to the Hebrew equivalent is if it were written in Hebrew?

I reject it outright, I know all the arguments, not buying it.. I am not waiting for any Nephilim to show up, I am not a futurist either.
I don't think it's a case of waiting for them to show up. I think they're already here. It's just not well known, not to the mainstream masses anyway. In places like the Solomon islands and Afghanistan it's common knowledge between the locals that they are coexisting with nephilim beings and that they even make regular sacrifices to them apparently. It's said that a lot of giants and nephilim beings have gone underground literally like what the scriptures say, "They were in the earth in those days and also after that"
