If it is so "simple" why are there thousands of Christian churches who disagree with you.. Today, many believe that the bible is the exclusive guide to politics. Matthew 25 is a toughy on that rules for salvation thing. How can something be "objective truth" if it must be accepted by "faith alone." What does being Savior entail?" What does being saved entail? "He who loves me will keep my commands." "If you say you love God but hate your neighbor, you are a liar" "Many all called, but few are chosen." "Go, sell all your possessions, give the money to the poor, and come follow Me." "The parable of the fig tree - bear fruit or be cutoff and burned." We the religiously correct condemned in the story of the Good Samaritan." Paul tells us we can have all the faith in the world but without love we are nothing" Jesus said many will fall away" betraying and hating one another but promised that those who endure to the end will be saved."

So is salvation instant or is faith the beginning of a life that if we endure to the end we will be saved. Is salvation instant if we have no love for our neighbor? Is salvation instant or must we clear out our love of money first? Just a few questions from the single, simple objectively true.

Those who make the doctrine of salvation complicated do so because they don't believe that Christ is the Savior but that they must contribute to it or must accomplish it by their works. If they did truly believe in Christ, they would know that Christ already accomplished it all on their behalf - He is the Savior. Of course, in order to know and truly believe in that they would already have had become saved.
A person's faith is not what saves them; their faith is an attribute that comes from salvation. Christ's faithfulness is the faith that
brought salvation to fruition for them and for all who become saved.
Salvation is given instantaneously by God to those whom He chose unto salvation and is given at a time of His choosing.
There are no requirements to become saved except that God chose that person to be saved from before the foundation of the world.

The God assumed responsibility for His chosen, that they will obtain and remain in the faith until the end. See 1 Pe 5 below

[1Pe 1:3-5 KJV]
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

There is a difference in "knowing" and forcing.
Forcing is a man centered way to put it. Otherwise, What’s the difference?

Even IF you were to say God gave them the choice, He would STILL be knitting and creating them in their mother’s womb knowing they are going to hell by rejecting His Son.

But of course God is the One who gives us the faith to believe while He knits us in the womb. If everyone had the faith to believe, ALL would believe.

That’s why you, and me and every other saved person heard the Gospel and our faith God gave us was activated, and we were quickened to believe the Gospel, and were born again.

Yet those without faith heard the Gospel and accounted it as foolishness, and did not believe.

Many deny faith being a gift, while my Bible says all good things come from above, meaning God.

Then they say faith is neither good nor bad. The twist music needs to play for these folks.

When I was attending Bible college there came a point when it was made known that some attending were into witchcraft, and one even had a demon cast out. Until it became exposed? They all acted like they were just another student.. They would carry their Bibles and act like they were just another student.

One sign is... After a time that they remain stuck in the baby stage of understanding having memorized the basics knowing what they think others would expect them to say.

So what we see here comes as no surprise to me....
That's a fresh one...those who disagree with me are possessed.

I think it’s kind of a pride issue with some.

Aside from Ephesians 2, which says God gifted us our faith, Hebrews 12 flat out says Jesus(God) is the author (originator) and finisher of our faith.

Hebrews 12:2

2 unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

I believe it is a pride issue with them through-and-through... they did something that Scripture makes plain they cannot, some even saying God is not required at all in the process of coming to believe, presenting humanity as having evolved, which makes them some kind of new age Darwinianist on top of being a Pelagian heretic, denying that man is the person that the Bible says he is... he is not such a bad guy after all they say... they have a very high opinion of themselves and scoff at the idea of what Scripture says, while disparaging those who believe it.

No this person had a demon cast out before the congregation on a night we had a travelling Bible teacher/ evangelist visiting.
It took us all by surprise.

She began making weird sounds and suddenly the demon came out. She became changed as a person.

I always thought she was a bit odd, but the thought of demon possession never entered my mind.

Demon influence is not the same thing as demon possession.

A believer can not be demon possessed.
But, demon influence is where we find 99% wrong teachings from.

Well one thing is for sure .. there are some seriously convoluted ideas regarding the selection/election process ..... convolution must be required to protect the elitist status they have put themselves in.

Also worth noting.

It is to a demon's advantage to think God predestines who is going to Hell, and to Heaven.
It makes a demon feel self justified, that they are not to blame.

Really? smh. I don't understand why people have an issue with this topic.
Not for nothing is it called a derangement syndrome. They blather on and on about Calvin and then
insist I believe what I do because of him when he has absolutely nothing to do with what I believe.

You are really trying to set me up ......

Its negativity.
That in itself is only carnality.
If demons find that can work with that attitude about you?
Then you'll become a tool.

Now, if you could correct me constructively, and with truth?
Then that would be good.

You gave a figure of 99% of people who differ from you are demon influenced, and you don't understand the problem?

Since to express about 99% of what Calvinism presents?

It was an easy mistake to make.

Try a little understanding.
You should know why others assumed what they did about you.
Instead.... you act like it should have been impossible to do.

I'm not setting you up. You make an outrageous statement that 99% of people who disagree with your understanding of scripture are demon influenced, and then act like you are the victim?

Was that statement that 99% of those who disagree with you demon influenced?

99% of all people?

Or, 99% of the few birds of a feather who hang around here?

You persist in twisting his words, over and over again.

Go back and read what @Genez said.

No mention of agreeing or disagreeing.

…demon influence is where we find 99% wrong teachings from
