In Luke 12:35-36, Jesus described servants watching for their lord to return from a wedding — a specific prophetic event, not a generic domestic image. The wedding is the counterfeit coronation. In 1 Kings 1, Adonijah staged his own coronation feast while David still lived, assuming possession of the moment constituted possession of the throne. The sound of that feast reached Nathan and Bathsheba. They went to David. Solomon was anointed while Adonijah's guests were still eating. The shout went up in the city while the feast was still in progress.
On June 11, 2026 — three weeks before America's 250th anniversary — the entire United States Conference of Catholic Bishops formally consecrated the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, organized by Bishop Kevin Rhoades who simultaneously serves on President Trump's Religious Liberty Commission.
