Not the case in the churches I have attended throughout my life. The other sheep are found in Matthew 25
In Mat 25, the "sheep" do not represent entire countries or nations, but specific individuals who are taken out of ALL nations - with the
"them" being people. At the end of time, Jesus gathers the nations together and from them, He selects out His (individual) sheep which are His elect/saved.
This is confirmed by Rev 5:9, in stating that His redeemed are out of every kindred, tongue, people and nation.
[Mat 25:32 KJV] 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth [his] sheep from the goats:
