It will happen 100%, but not to earthly Israel. You have the wrong Israel in view.
Replacement theology is false. The church is not Israel, nor has the church taken over the promises God made with his covenant people Israel. Rightly divide the word of truth.

It is absolutely criteria to be sheep. This is specifically at the time of Jesus' return to earth as King. Those who came to the aid of his people Israel during the time of their trouble (Jacob's trouble), will be ushered into the earthly kingdom.
So...their salvation is by works and not by grace?

It always amazes me how Calvinists debate those who disagree with them, and their theology states that those people are ordained by God to think that way. Crazy talk.

Hank still holds to and promotes proper doctrine. An ai overview:

Hank Hanegraaff continues to actively promote the historic, core essentials of the Christian faith
(orthodoxy) through his long-running Bible Answer Man broadcast and his leadership at the Christian

Research Institute. While his core theological tenets have remained consistent, his perspective has
shifted in a few notable ways: 1. The Eastern Orthodox Shift ~ After decades as an evangelical apologist,
Hanegraaff converted to Eastern Orthodox Christianity in 2017. This transition led him to adopt sacramental
views and a historical appreciation for the early church fathers, causing some conservative evangelicals
to express concern or distance themselves from his ministry. 2. Commitment to "Mere Christianity"
Despite his move to Orthodoxy, Hanegraaff explicitly maintains that he has not abandoned the fundamental,
defining doctrines of the Christian faith. He continues to champion "mere Christianity" based on the
Nicene Creed, regularly emphasizing foundational beliefs such as: The Trinity (one God in three persons)
The deity, virgin birth, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ... Salvation by grace through faith 3. Emphasis

on "Life" Alongside "Truth" A significant evolution in his ministry is his shift in emphasis, summarized in his
book Truth Matters, Life Matters More. He argues that apologetics and knowledge of truth must not become
an arid intellectualism, but should lead to theosis—the process of partaking in the divine nature and
experiencing active union with God. (my note here: this is what many here seem to do with their cookie
cutter Christianity and cardboard God, denying what Scripture says in favor of their opinion, calling people
who believe what Scripture actually explicitly articulates "degenerate" and calling straight-up Scripture
quotes "false teachings." Some want us to listen to hours and hours of false teachers so we can have their
view while they say the most vile and wicked things blaspheming God. Others make plain they do not know
God at all in a personal way.) 4. Liturgical and Theological Stances~ Because of his Eastern Orthodox
background, his teachings now heavily emphasize the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, the communion
of saints, and a liturgical approach to scripture, which differ from traditional Protestant perspectives.

Clarification of my post 2286. I am not going to debate the historical development of Calvinism. It is what it is.

People have not arrived at this doctrine without the aid of men, who in their preference for doctrine over truth and not being
led by the Holy Spirit, turned the Reformation into something that it was not when it began. There was no grand 'aha' moment
when scripture was better understood by those who wanted to understand and know God. Rather, it was the sad development, over time, of men who appealed to their own senses and decided to alter the once biblical understanding into something that is distinctily without spiritual direction.

I don't care if people read it or not; that decision is up to the individual and of course personal research should anyone decide to
see if I just made things up or I am truthfully portraying a history of the development of Calvinistic doctrine, that Calvin himself might have reacted to with an raised eyebrow. I'll get to that.

This thread is not a discussion. We might more accurately call it a cloudy and sometimes vulgar adherent to personal convictions (for one reason or another)

The gospels do not represent Calvinism, with its current mashup of old and new testaments which operates somewhere along the lines of 'if Calvinsim cannot be proven from the new testament, then we shall garner misappropriated scripture intended for rebellious Jews in which Gods' prophets sought to woo them back to Himself.'

In that case, you could wonder why God would be so mysterious as to hide evidence of TULIP among his chosen people. You would be right to wonder and right to conclude He did no such thing. Much like the High Calvinists of history, much liberty is
taken to 'prove' that the Bible is, basically, not to be trusted when it speaks of the simplicity of the gospel/salvation, and we must
show our vigorous desire to spread the truth we believe at the expense of the truth of scripture.

You are right. That makes no sense at all.:giggle:

So, as per my usual method of attaining truth and decision making (which this forum does not really accomodate because I don't take or like shortcuts and do such things in my own time) I'm posting research garnered from different sources and making it available to anyone who cares for such things and I am doing it as much for myself as anything else. I do like to share.

I absolutely have a great dislike and concern for the vicious way non-Calvinists have been represented, not to mention the twisting of scripture and the twisting of posts by those who desire only to be right. This type of behavior spawns defensiveness and sometimes anger and is probably the main reason this thread and another similar thread, have both reached pregnant proportions with no infant to show for the trouble. In other words, it's alot of words that go nowhere and resemble a broken record rather than intelligent exhange. I've had my share of that and doing that.

So, read it or not, be who you are, get angry, find it helpful, be surprised....whatever. I'm fine with discussion that does not show a desire to smite me, twist what I say, call me names, tell me I hate God, call me a blasphemer, call me to worship and then call me names, and so on and so forth (as my dad used to say). I am not responsible for anyone's actions here, but honestly, the way some have manipulated this thread is a blatant desire to gaslight others.

So, yeah. That's what I'm up to here at the moment. (y)

It's not eternal salvation, but the earthly kingdom. They are ushered in and have rights to the earthly kingdom Christ will set up for a thousand years.
It appears your understanding of eschatology is as confused as much as your understanding of soteriology. I do appreciate you answering though.

I have; it's you that hasn't. The true spiritual church is the new spiritual Israel.

[Gal 6:15-16 KJV]
15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace [be] on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

[1Pe 1:3-5 KJV]
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

[1Pe 2:9-10 KJV]
9 But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
10 Which in time past [were] not a people, but [are] now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

So the Angel lied in Matt 1:21. What did the Angel Promise Jesus was going to do ?
He is the means of salvation for everyone. Because his people Israel rejected him at his first coming, God offered his salvation to Gentiles. Romans 11 tells us that all Israel will be saved at his second coming.

21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

You should know by now I am a dispensationalist. I rightly divide the word of truth according to people groups to whom God is speaking. All scripture is for us, but not all scripture is to us. That's a great rule of thumb.

Romans 15 v 4 ~ Everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope.

The Israel of God are those saved Jews. Israel was begotten out in the wilderness, brought forth as God's people. When they rejected Jesus, they temporarily were rejected of God and salvation was offered to the Gentiles. At the second coming of Jesus, Israel will once again be God's people and will be begotten again, receiving mercy. The passage in Peter is to those Jews during the time of Jacob's trouble, same audience of James.

Yep, we learn from them, but we have a different set of marching orders.

Jesus said, I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out,
and find pasture.
Any man is not just Jewish people. And the door, or gate, is to the sheepfold.
Gentiles were always meant to be included in God's plan of salvation. We are the sheep of His pasture.

Not possible. Did you read the prior verse - 6:15? It is saying that in the Israel of God, neither circumcision nor
uncircumcision availeth anything - that all of the saved, regardless of their human earthly linage, become new in Christ.
For them, old linages - whether it be Jew or Gentile - are no longer of any consequence or relevant.

[Gal 6:15 KJV] 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

I read your post about three times, trying to articulate.

1st no offence about AI I am just trying to obey what I strongly believe has been directed to me. not looking to convince others.

understanding scriptures seems to be harder than one might expect. just look around here and see all the different strong opinions. I am not making a claim here, perhaps you know the answer to this, do people really move others from their foundational beliefs here?, have you seen it and if so how often?

meaning I used to watch a lot of Christian debates, I never remember one time even a so called brother even concede the other had a good point, never mind their mind was changed.

meaning, we should not get offended if we have wrong doctrine, the enemy is powerful and he has been planting seeds long, very long before we were born.

even our so called sure understanding can often be rooted in pride and by inference the self (flesh) which is were the evil one rules.

I have mostly given up using Bible verses around here, for what is the point, even thou G-D'S WORD is like a Fire & A Hammer, that is all we should be using, yet a sure sign we are not listening to each other is we seemingly dismiss pages and pages of scripture. ( I do not claim to know what others do or not do), it just seems some of us post pages and pages of scripture to no avail.

I find it a good practice to try and forget what I know and get as close to G-D as I can, and try ( and this is very hard to do) try and read the BIBLe for what it says. yet nothing like prayer and time out of the world to draw close to
JESUS.

I may have said a whole lot of nothing here, just basically saying never be finished in your understanding unless JESUS HIMSELF has said so to you.. in good faith!

Are you saying all ethnic jews that lived in the country of Israel are going to be saved ? 100?%
