I read your quotation of Isaiah 48:11, Ezekiel 36:22 and Daniel 9:18-19.
My objection is that all three have direct relevance to a second temple restoration fulfillment.
Throughout the first half of Daniel 9, Daniel has the second temple restoration on his heart mind and prayer.
He tells us in v.2 that he understands the prophesy of Jeremiah that the Babylonian captivity is to last 70 years, and that time is nearly done.
Ironically I frequently hear Jeremiah's second temple restoration prophesies interpreted into the future too.

I have an afterthought about this question that you asked me.
We so often hear people that we respect speaking about Jesus' kingdom in Revelations as if it fits into a time and a geography that we forget everything He has already taught us about it.

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Jhon 8:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence

Note Jesus was not talking to people of future generations.
He lived in the old covenant, and the New covenant is everlasting and therefore cannot last for a literal 1000 years, or be fulfilled within a particular place on the map.
Some (including John) with whom Jesus spoke also saw Jerusalem destroyed, signifying the death of the old and the rise of the new.
Christs kingdom cannot last for a literal 1000 years also because it is EVERLASTING.

The core reason is people are turning away from God, little by little since early 1900, now accelerating.

God is using other groups to teach us lessons. Same in history, all the empires are all in God s mighty calibration. Not because other group is more righteous, but because "we" are too evil.
