Except this is neither regency era nor southern England, and I have neither Mr. Bingley nor sister Georgiana that could bring me to an occasion to meet any Bennet girl, lol.

Just a short cautionary note: the Bible doesn't say anything about "God's Mr. Right" for you. The idea of a "soulmate" comes from Greek philosophy and mythology, but the Bible doesn't mention it. Jesus even said that there is no marriage in Heaven. And in 1 Corinthians 7:39 in a sort-of-answer to this question Paul says you can marry whoever you want, as long as they're a Christian.

That being said, it's a good desire, and I hope it works out!

I met a man from a church chat that happened to be from my town. We found out we went to the same school together, lived in various places in town and out of town at the same time. A lot of coincidences! So much so it made me wonder if he was the one. I now know that that is not the case at all! If anything God did bring us together as family in Christ and I’m okay with that. 👍🏼

One thing I agree is not to idolize any created things, including marriage, dating....
Enjoy what God is providing right now, search joyfully if want to, but without complaining 😉

That is an interesting topic? Do you believe God is in every detail of our life? He set boundaries on where we live, what we do, who we meet, which church we go to....which chatting site we chat 😀 😊 😉
