There is a fundamental flaw in the typical doctrine concerning "no one knows the day or hour" of the rapture.

Jesus said it would be as the days of Noah, and Noah entered the ark seven days before the flood indicating he did know before hand. Not only so but you would not load all the animals onto the ark if you were still a few years away, or even a few months away.
  • Matthew 24:37–39; Luke 17:26–27 — Jesus' comparison to the days of Noah
  • Genesis 7:1, 4, 10 — God tells Noah to enter the ark, giving "seven days" notice before the flood begins

Jesus also said it would be as the days of Lot and Abraham knew a few days before fire fell that this judgment was coming. And Lot was also told a day before the judgement came.
  • Luke 17:28–30 — Jesus' comparison to the days of Lot
  • Genesis 18:17–21 — God deliberates whether to hide His plan from Abraham ("Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do?"), then discloses the coming judgment on Sodom
  • Genesis 19:12–15 — the angels arrive the evening before, and by dawn urge Lot to flee before the judgment falls that day

Then we have Elijah who is caught up in the whirlwind. He knew that he would be caught up that day, Elisha also knew and so did the prophets.
  • 2 Kings 2:1–11 — the whirlwind account
  • 2 Kings 2:3 and 2:5 — the "sons of the prophets" at Bethel and Jericho each tell Elisha, "Knowest thou that the LORD will take away thy master from thy head today?"

Then we have the prophecy in the Old Testament that God does not do anything without telling His prophets first.
  • Amos 3:7 — "Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets"

And we also have the word to the church in Sardis that if they did not repent they would be caught by surprise by the rapture.
  • Revelation 3:1–3 — especially verse 3: "if therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee"
The phrase "no one knows the day or hour" appears in two parallel Gospel passages, and in both cases Jesus follows it with a command — never with "so don't worry about it."

Matthew 24:36–44
  • v.36: "of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only" — this is the statement itself.
  • v.37–39: the days-of-Noah comparison (the point being that people were caught in normal life, unaware, until the flood came).
  • v.40–41: two in a field, two grinding at a mill — one taken, one left.
  • v.42: the conclusion — "Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come."
  • v.43: the parable of the thief — if the homeowner had known what hour the thief was coming, he would have watched and not let his house be broken into.
  • v.44: "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh."
Mark 13:32–37 (parallel passage)
  • v.32: same statement — no one knows the day or hour, not even the angels, only the Father.
  • v.33: "Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is."
  • v.34–36: the parable of the man on a journey who leaves his servants in charge and tells the porter to watch, "lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping."
  • v.37: "And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch."
So the consistent conclusion is: watch / be ready — not "don't worry about it" or "don't bother looking for signs." Both passages pair the not-knowing with an imperative to stay alert, framed against the danger of being caught unaware or asleep.

None of these three know the exact day or hour, yet none of them are passive. The night watchman (Mark 13:34–37) doesn't know when the master of the house returns — "at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning" — but he doesn't sleep through his shift for that reason; not knowing the hour is precisely why he stays alert at his post. The pregnant woman (1 Thessalonians 5:2–3) doesn't know the exact day labor will begin, but she doesn't ignore the signs when they come — travail doesn't arrive as a total surprise to her body even if the calendar date does; she recognizes the pattern and prepares. The farmer (James 5:7–8, and the seed-growth of Mark 4:26–29) doesn't control or know the precise day the harvest ripens, but he doesn't stay indoors — he keeps watching the field, tending it, because he knows the season is close even without knowing the date. In each case, "watch therefore" (Matthew 24:42; Mark 13:37) doesn't mean date-setting, and it doesn't mean indifference — it means active, discerning readiness: reading the signs that do exist, staying prepared, and not being caught doing something else when the moment comes. Noah was watchful, he was preparing for this event. Elijah was watchful. Enoch, another type of the raptured saints walked every day with the Lord (I have shared on the four types of the raptured saints from Genesis -- Abel, Enoch, Noah and Lot, in other places). Abraham also had a relationship with the Lord which is why they warned Abraham of what was about to happen. Abraham prayed for Lot (Genesis 19:29: "God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow.") which is why the angels went to him and dragged him out (Genesis 19:16). Both in the specific examples that Jesus gave as well as Old Testament typology we see what Jesus meant by "watch therefore".

Compare this with

Alexander MacLaren, "The Unknown To-morrow" (New Year's sermon on Acts 1:7)
MacLaren makes this the centerpiece of an entire sermon: he argues the wise response to the future is to be "but little concerned" with it beyond taking reasonable precautions and fitting ourselves for present duty, and explicitly frames watching, forecasting, and speculating about what's coming as vain curiosity about what may be coming on the earth — something believers should actively set aside rather than cultivate. His prescription is work and witness, not watchfulness for signs.

Matthew Poole
Poole frames the whole exchange as a rebuke of illegitimate inquiry, stating that Christ blames their curiosity about such things as are not necessary to be known — treating the disciples' desire to know timing as a fault to be corrected, not a posture to be encouraged.

John Gill
Gill is the bluntest of the group, calling it vain and sinful, as well as fruitless, to indulge a curious inquiry into these things — explicitly extending this beyond the restoration of Israel to the timing of the second coming and even the timing of one's own death.

The biggest help I ever got in witnessing

When I first was saved it was very difficult for me to talk to someone about the Lord. But then I learned something that made it so much easier. I used to think that the goal was to save someone and so if the person did not pray with me to get saved the witnessing was a failure and I needed to work on making a better testimony or a better message. But then I realized "I am a witness" and in this trial the person hearing me is the jury. A witness does not need to be concerned with what the jury decides. Your job is to simply speak the truth. So every single time I do that counts, the only failure is if I don't speak when I should have.

For example, one time I handed a gospel tract to this man in a waiting room at the airport. That is all I did and yet his response told me that he thought every where he turned someone was trying to share the Lord with him. I realized someone was praying for him and that is a powerful prayer "Lord can you surround my brother, my friend, my spouse with the gospel so that everywhere they turn they hear the gospel being preached". With my family I am forbidden from speaking, but I can pray. Meanwhile it reminded me that we all need to hear at least two or three witnesses. How can the Lord judge someone unless they rejected the testimony of at least two or three witnesses.

That lesson is what has made it so much easier for me, I am a witness, it is important that every person hear the testimony of at least two or three witnesses, and I am not judged by how they respond, I am only judged on whether or not I was faithful to share.

The second biggest help I got in witnessing

We had a campus ministry where we were preaching the gospel to everyone and we had some tracts that the church gave us (college kids) for free. "The Purpose of Man" and "Life at best is very brief, like the falling of a leaf". We would go through a cafeteria and pass out a hundred fliers, and then when everyone left we would go back through and pick up 50 that had been left behind. They would also mock us and build a house of cards with our fliers and blow them down. Then one day we got this flier I thought was really stupid "Will death solve your problems?" We were on Rice University, which was ranked in the top ten of universities at the time. I thought it was a waste of time to pass this one out but we had no other choice. So we passed out a hundred of them at this Chemistry 101 class. Afterwards we could not find a single one that had been left behind. I was stunned, I had no idea that people would really be so desperate that they were thinking about suicide. That was an eye opener to me about how deceitful the world is, pretending they are on top of the world when in reality everything around them is collapsing.

The point of this video is that if we have a great earthquake (8.0 or greater) in the next week it will create a string of five events that were prophesied to take place in this order prior to the "great day of the Lord" and which have not occurred in this order since 1986. That means it is rare enough to be statistically significant and once we have the earthquake I'll look at the years from 1948 to 1986. Bottom line is it is hard to look at precise earthquake data dating too much further back than that. I think the key point is simply "first time we have seen this since Israel was reformed as a nation".

I am here to warn you to be careful about what you pray for. When I was 12 I prayed for adventure. I wanted to be able to walk through the shadow of death and fear no evil. To walk with the Lord and all of the evil things we fear hide in terror from Him! I wanted to be able to sit down at a table the Lord prepared for me in the presence of my enemies! Wow!

I didn’t want to fear giants, my prayer was that the Lord would teach my hands to war and my fingers to fight. I didn’t want to fear enemies, I wanted the Lord to teach me how to subdue them under my feet. I didn’t want to fear people who deceive, strange people, who speak vanity and their right hand is the right hand of falsehood. Instead I wanted to be able to discern the falsehood.

I wanted to experience the incredible escapes you see in the movies, where a hundred people are hunting you but unable to catch you. Where they are the most evil and yet I can laugh at them and hold them in derision. I wanted to experience a knowledge that God rules in Jerusalem, that these evil people are nothing but dust scattered to the four winds. I wanted to be the one singing of God’s mercy while the proud and arrogant are consumed and become the very thing they mocked.

I realized I needed a coach, someone who would teach me the fear of the Lord. Someone who would Keep my tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Someone who would teach me to depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Because what I needed more than anything was to be able to pray to God and for Him to answer me. I realized that is the greatest superpower.

Be careful, because if you are secretly seeking this adventure, if you don’t want a comfortable life in which nothing exciting ever happens, then the Lord will answer that prayer, so don’t pray it unless you mean it. The Lord will take you to a place where you cannot trust anyone but the Lord Himself. And then you will realize, you can’t fight this battle on your own, you will plead for mercy and that is when you will discover the ones who have been cast off by the world, the ones everyone else despises, these are the ones the Lord has sent to you to help you. You are surrounded by lions who want to devour you, and people who are filled with guile trying to snare you, and the only ones you can trust are those who have experienced the same things, the ones with the fellowship of the Lord’s sufferings. Jesus doesn’t promise a comfortable life, His promise is a life that conquers death. If you follow Him He will lead you into the ring to defeat death. So think twice before praying that you want a life that conquers death, because the only way to know for sure that God has given you this life is if you are tested by death. Strangers will rise up, oppressors will seek after your soul. That is the prerequisite for anyone who wants to rule and reign with Jesus Christ. You will discover that Jesus Christ is the water of life when you are led through a dry and thirsty land. You cannot rule and reign with Christ until you learn that He is your strength. He is your rock, your fortress, your deliverer. These are scary lessons to learn, you have been warned. You will make mistakes, you will put trust in your own strength and you will be cast off and scattered and only when you repent and realize it is God who will tread down your enemies can you do valiantly.

If you want to be victorious, to be lifted up, to conquer your foes then you need to know that first you must go through weeping. The weeping may endure for a night, but then joy comes in the morning.

So then, be very careful, you may think God is not listening to your prayer, but He is and He will do beyond all you ask and think.

There are two very big developments in the last three days.

1st I was able to figure out what Pi 88 days referred to. Vicky Goforth Parnell has used this expression, and it seemed like each "Pi 88" day was pointing to an attack on NYC, and each one it didn't happen. But I looked at the number pi, and I found the first four times that the number 88 appears. The first three times refer to the date the MOU was made with Iran, the second to the date the ceasefire was violated and the third to the date the MOU was declared "dead". That is a picture of "when they say peace and security, then sudden destruction". The fourth time correlates with all the previous work I have done connecting 9/11 and the Feast of Trumpets in 2026 to the start of the 70th week. It seems the fourth Pi 88 day is pointing to this surprise attack on NYC and yes, I have submitted a report to the FBI counterterrrorism office based on this.

2nd we have also found an incredible prophetic link to the day of the Lord. There is a prophecy in Joel that the sun will be darkened and the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. When we look at Matthew 24 we also learn that the stars fall from heaven and there is a "great earthquake" all of which preceded this great and terrible day. The Perseid meteor shower takes place a month before the Feast of Trumpets, so this prophecy may tell you what happens one month before. Meanwhile, a "great earthquake" would be defined as anything that is 8.0 or greater. So then it seems we are looking at a sequence of three things to take place in the six weeks prior to the Feast of Trumpets. First, a great earthquake, second a solar eclipse, third the Meteor shower, and fourth the Lunar eclipse and specifically a blood moon. Now even though a lunar eclipse, solar eclipse and 8.0 earthquake will all commonly occur every year, to get this specific sequence in the six weeks prior to the Feast of Trumpets has not occurred in the last 40 years. Now I am waiting until Wednesday or Thursday before looking for that earthquake, but if we do get an 8.0 or greater in this upcoming window (from Full moon to new moon) then I will check back from 1986 to 1948 to see if this is the first time we have had this sequence since Israel was reformed into a nation.

A different perspective

Matthew 21:28 But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard. 29 He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went. 30 And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not. 31 Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.

Think about this, we get so hung up on the sins that the publicans and harlots have committed, just like that guy who went to pray and said "I thank you I am not like one of these sinners". But Jesus' perspective is "who is working in His vineyard"? A lot of times after repenting a publican or harlot will be on the street evangelizing, and will be working in soup kitchens and other ministries. Meanwhile you may have a whole bunch of "christians" sitting in pews who have been "christians" their whole lives but never went to work in the vineyard. Sitting in a pew and listening to a sermon is not the same thing as working in the vineyard. We have been commanded to be the Lord's witnesses, sitting in a pew is not the same thing as being the Lord's witnesses.

Another parable about the vineyard

33 Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: 34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. 35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. 37 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. 38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. 39 And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. 40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen? 41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons. 42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? 43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

This parable is clearly about the Jewish leaders, likening them to people renting the vineyard who do not pay the rent. Jesus is the stone the builders rejected and He has become the head of the corner. This parable destroys all those who want to continue to say that we have two different covenants operating. The third temple that the Jews are building, that is the church that Jesus is building and the apostles laid the foundation for. The "other husbandmen" that the Lord is now letting the vineyard out to refers to Christian leaders and pastors. Coming and miserably destroying those husbandmen is what happened in 70 AD. Therefore the kingdom of God was taken from the Jewish leaders and given to the church. There are not two kingdoms of God. There are not two Messiahs. There is only one throne and Jesus Christ is the one sitting on it.

Prophetic dreams and visions from my Lovely Jesus

The Holy Spirit's Burning Judgment & the 144,000

7-26-26@3:42 PM

Hear Me Daughter, hear Me. Let judgment flow like rivers of tears upon the ungodly nations of your world. Very little repentance has been found among the men and women of your evil world, but those who have I love with an everlasting love. Those who are Mine I say, let My mercy flow unending to them. My Holy Spirit is speaking to the hearts of all who will listen, convicting them of their sins, for all My Father draws to Me.

Repent, I say, while there’s still time. Open your hearts to true repentance of your sins. Turn from your wicked ways and sin no more.

Daughter, I knew you before you were created and called you Mine like so many others who Father has given to Me. Now is the time to rise up in this holy anointing I place upon you. As a consuming fire, I shall now reside in you in the form of My Holy Spirit. Trust Him as you trust Me, for He is the Spirit of My Father.

I say this to all My children with listening ears and hearts, Let My Holy Spirit lead you, as He led Me each step I took while on the earth as both God and man. All the power you operate in My Name is through His holy presence in your lives. Don't grieve Him by being indifferent to His presence in your lives, or by entertaining sin in your lives also. For He is holy as I am holy. He is the truth, as I am truth, as My Father is truth, for We exist separately but also united as One. Why do I speak of such things so late in these end-time days? Because, the Holy Spirit has stepped back from restraining and preventing the rise of all evil as it is now the time for antichrist to rule on this world. But the Holy Spirit shall not leave the Earth in its entirety. That is a misconception and wrongful assumption on the part of many people both in and out of My body, because it is the Holy Spirit that draws men's attention to their sins and lets them know these deeds are evil. They are sinful and His convicting power is the only One who can do this. His presence will still be found, because people will return to Me. While others, including the Jews to come, will be drawn by the Father to Me, but conviction to repent, to realize they need a Savior, even their Messiah comes through My Father's Holy Spirit. He shall continue His work on this Earth as He did more so as in before the day of Pentecost, yet, He is not limited in His power in any way, for He is My Father's Holy Spirit, the same one who lived inside of Me.It will take one's life submitted to Me, and fully to My Holy Spirit's guidance and direction, His leading as some call it, to make it to the end of the tribulation period for those who do not give their lives during this time for My Namesake.

The feeble and weak-minded, the wavering man, the wavering woman who trusted in their own wit, their own ability to save themselves shall be those that shall cave in to taking the mark of the beast. For no one can resist the seducing voice of antichrist and his demonic charisma and charm without My Holy Spirit's discernment and leadership in one's life. It's evident even today before the world fully finishes passing the threshold into the 7-year tribulation. So many of My own walk around in the enemy’s webs of deception, lies, and confusion. Never once seeking for the truth of so many things, because of fear that the truth is not what they have been taught or embraced. To know the truth will shatter the happy illusion so many choose to live in with their rose colored glasses they wear by choice. while they sit in their easy chairs of apathy and compromise. I see it all Daughter. If people would examine their lives through the holy eyes of My Holy Spirit, they would see the many places they have refused to let Me have full access to their hearts, or full control of their lives. Even in man's world it is impossible for two people to drive the same vehicle with both having a steering wheel without it causing conflict and eventually mishaps.

Hear Me Daughter, I am in all consuming fire of purity and holiness. Such as My Holy Spirit. He will not force Himself upon any person, no work actively in their lives when His control is not wanted. It takes obedience and a desire to submit to His will. Just as the Holy Spirit in Me led Me every step of the way in My life as a man, so I could walk perfect in My Father's plans, making Calvary and My crucifixion possible to redeem the souls of lost men, so shall He lead all My children on the path of truth, righteousness and power. Though gentle and kind, though patient and loving, My Holy Spirit, My Father's Spirit is also one of great power who operates and is that Spirit of Burning Judgment. What do I mean by this Daughter? It is only once the Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost enters someone and seals them who have accepted Me as their Lord, God and Savior can they begin operating in the power and authority I give to each through My Name. How is the gentle Holy Spirit also the Spirit of Judgment and Burning? Remember in Acts chapter 5 when Annanias and Sapphira, his wife sold a piece of land and conspired to keep back part of the money for themselves. Then they went to Peter and lied about the price. Ananias was first, then his wife came at a later time. What happened? Peter declared, 'You have lied to the Holy Spirit.' It was not Peter who took Ananias’ life or Sapphira's later when she came to Peter. No, it was the Holy Burning Judgment of the Holy Spirit that struck both so they fell down dead. The Holy Spirit is righteous in all His ways, yet He issues holy judgment too, for He is the Spirit of My Father here on the Earth to aid mankind, those of His Kingdom. Just like the time comes when the other witness and you step out and all who try to harm you will be struck down dead by the Burning Judgment of the Holy Spirit's fire. For no man, no woman should hold the weight and cost of so many that shall perish as they try to kill the two end time witnesses and they will Daughter, you know this already. The time has come, the call goes out now. Prepare for the entering of the tribulation period. 144,000, for those of you still not embracing the full leadership of the Holy Spirit in your lives, then please realize this will have to be dealt with before you step out as one of the 144,000 Warriors of Light. Absolute obedience will be needed. So until this time, let go of control of your lives and place it full into My hands through My Holy Spirit, the Spirit of My Father. Verses: Revelation 14:1-5; John 6:44; 8:32 14:6; 26; 15:26; 16:7-15; Amos 5:24; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; Ephesians chapter 4; Titus 3:5; Acts 1:8; chapter 2; 4:32; 5:32; 19:5-6; Ezekiel 36:27; Romans 5:5: 8:26-27; 1 Corinthians 3:16-17; 6:19-20; 12:3; 2 Corinthians 3:17; 13:14; Isaiah 59:19; 61:1; Luke 11:13; Jude 20-21; Psalms 100:5; 143:10; Zechariah 4:6; 1 John 2:20-29; 4:13; Mark 13:11; 2 Peter 1:21; Matthew 12:22-37; Galatians 5:22-31; Colossians 2:9; 1 John 5:7-8; Acts 17:29; Romans 1:20

many are called, but few are chosen.

Matthew 22:1 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,

The previous two parables were clearly about people who were called but were not chosen. You have the son saying he would go out into the field to work in his father's vineyard, but doesn't go, and you have the people who have leased the vineyard and yet do not give God the fruit from the vineyard according to the agreement.

2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,

This parable takes it one step closer, we actually see a person make it into the wedding banquet only to be kicked out.

3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

This is clearly the experience of those who preach the gospel throughout the church age.

4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: 6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.

There are three different groups, one simply rejects the gospel, one makes light of the gospel and the third attacks those preaching the gospel. Anyone involved in evangelism has experienced all three.

7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.

This sounds like 70 AD, and therefore could also refer to every war on earth since then. We need to realize everything belongs to God. Think of a father that uses a belt on his son, that belt is like God the Father using an army of the world. It could be a forest fire, it could be an epidemic, it could be a tornado, or earthquake, or hurricane or flood. Or it could be an army of men. If God can use the Roman army to destroy the city of Jerusalem in 70 AD He can also use the Chinese, or Russian, or German or any other army to destroy a city. This does not mean He sanctions atrocities. If God can rebuke you with an army for your sins, He can also rebuke that army for their sins.

8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

There is a very clear turn here. It doesn't make sense to those of us in the church because we were always going into highways and preaching the gospel to everyone. But it does make sense in 70 AD. You can see that prior to that time there was a major push to preach the gospel to the Jews in Israel and in Jerusalem. But after 70 AD the Jews are scattered to the four corners of the earth and now the church realizes those in Israel were not worthy, it is time to devote our energies full time to preach the gospel to the nations.

9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

You can have someone who has a very good career get saved and you can have someone who was in a street gang get saved. One person can be a felon convicted of very serious sins and the other can be an upstanding member of society.

11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

This is the part of this parable which has confused bible expositors because it exposes bad doctrines they try to defend. None of us enters the wedding feast wearing our own righteousness. Our wedding garment is Christ who is our righteousness. Not only so but the Bible describes "the righteousnesses of the saints" as our garments. This is our personal experiences of Jesus Christ. Our experiences of Christ are like embroidered clothes. You begin with the white robes of Christ's righteousness and then as you experience Christ in your life these robes get embroidered on.

But this is very hard to understand based on Christian doctrines if you don't examine your experience. When I was in high school I played goalie on a hockey team. My first year on the team I was a back up to the varsity goalie. We were going to play this other school when the first string goalie realized he had left part of his equipment at home. He couldn't play without it, so he had to go home to get it. This meant he missed the first period and so I played. He was every bit as ashamed as this guy in this parable. Everyone on the team understands that they need to bring their equipment to the game. What is very clear from this parable and without any dispute is that you are to bring a wedding garment to the wedding. On the one hand, the garment in total is "Christ our righteousness". But in practicality it is all of our experiences in our life of Christ being our righteousness. Each person on that hockey team had different equipment. As a goalie I had very different equipment than my brother who was a defenseman. You have different skates, different pads, different gloves, different helmets, etc. You can't play without that equipment and you know it.

13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The whole team was disgusted with that goalie for coming unprepared.

14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

This is clearly the point. This is simple for anyone to understand who has played sports. Think about Drew Bledsoe, he was the starting quarterback of the New England Patriots, he had just been given a 100 million dollar contract. He gets hurt, Tom Brady steps in, and Drew doesn't get his job back, even when he recovers from the injury. No one could have possibly imagined a year earlier when Brady was drafted that he would take Bledsoe's place. But that is how it is in sports, many people are called, few are chosen. Every single year on the football team they had to cut players after summer training. You can only have so many people on the team, so every year you look at the roster when it is posted hoping you made the team.

The reason they have so much trouble with this parable in Christianity is because they don't have that attitude. They teach that "Christ is my righteousness" based on what He did on the cross two thousand years ago and you don't have any responsibility to actually experience that in your personal life. They treat salvation like an insurance policy, pay your premiums by coming to church each week and you are covered. These parables make it clear, we have been called to go work in the vineyard, not to sit in pews. We are responsible to offer the firstfruits to God, and our daily experiences of Jesus Christ become our covering for the wedding feast. Without that we are like a goalie coming to the game without our equipment. You can't go on the ice without those pads, you know that, and it is inexcusable to show up without them.

John 4:28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, 29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?

This is a very strange verse. The whole story is about a woman who comes to the well at noon when the sun is hottest because she doesn't want to have to see the other women of the town and talk to them. We can infer a lot of things about "why" but we don't actually know "why". What we do know is "what" and the what is that she wants to avoid talking to the other women in the town. Maybe they shun her, or she shuns them.

Second, her "gospel message" to her is like some scientist who has just made a big discovery and yells "Eureka!" But it is hard to understand what her "discovery" is.

But go to the third weird thing, up to this point in the story I was under the impression she was an outcast in the city that no one wants to talk to and yet they hear her message, they then respond by going to listen to Jesus and conclude that He is the Christ and in part they thank this woman for leading them to Him.

And that is the discovery, everyone in this story is seeking the same thing. I thought the people in this town didn't want to talk to her, perhaps she thought the same thing, but then we learn that everyone of them is seeking to be satisfied with things that don't satisfy and everyone of them wants someone to point them to the Christ.

Now it is fascinating how she describes Him, "a man who told me all things ever I did". Life can feel like a boxing match, you are out there getting beat up and yet you don't know what to do. What you need is a coach, a guy who can tell you what you are doing wrong and what you need to do to fix it. Everyone has opinions that is not what you need, what you need is someone who understands everything you have done and how those things have led you to this point in your life. Imagine being in a desperate situation, your whole life is a total mess, everything is falling apart, it seems hopeless and then a coach steps in, makes a few small changes, almost imperceptible, things that seem trivial and next thing you know you are no longer about to sink, rather you are sailing along just fine. This is how she describes the Christ.

I can now confirm that from 1948 through 2025 we never once had an 8.0 earthquake followed by a solar eclipse two weeks later, followed by a lunar eclipse two weeks after that and then followed by the Feast of Trumpets two weeks after that.

This is based on an interpretation of the sixth seal:

Revelation 6:12 And I saw when it opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as hair sackcloth, and the whole moon became as blood, 13 and the stars of heaven fell upon the earth, as a fig tree, shaken by a great wind, casts its unseasonable figs. 14 And the heaven was removed as a book rolled up, and every mountain and island were removed out of their places. 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great, and the chiliarchs, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and have us hidden from [the] face of him that sits upon the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; 17 because the great day of his wrath is come, and who is able to stand?

I believe the opening of this seal is the rapture that precedes the start of the 70th week. However, instead of thinking all of this happens "in the twinkling of an eye" this interpretation (I just recently heard) says these things happen one by one.

1. A great earthquake (which I equate to an 8.0 or greater)

followed by

2. Solar eclipse

followed by

3. A blood moon

followed by

4. Meteor shower.

Now other verses tell us that the solar eclipse and blood moon take place prior to "the great day of the Lord", meaning the 70th week. Now this great earthquake must be very big to be "Biblical" but it seems like it is part of the sign that the great day of the Lord is about to begin. The fourth part is the meteor shower which takes place every year one month before the Feast of Trumpets. Now I have already gone through extensive Biblical exposition to land on September 11, 2026 as the point where many prophecies concerning the start of the 70th week converge.

To add to this we have a solar eclipse followed by a blood moon immediately before the Feast of Trumpets, that meets 3 of the four criteria. The understanding is that these four things happening in this sequence prior to the Feast of Trumpets is a sign that the day of the Lord will begin on Feast of Trumpets. Which I find fascinating. The prophecy is well known, the problem is that every year you have a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse two weeks apart. In many of those the lunar eclipse comes second, and in many of those it is a blood moon. But when you add the meteor shower in noting that this happens once a year right before the Feast of Trumpets, then this sign becomes much more specific. From 1948 to 2026 I think this has happened 8 times. But if you add in a "great earthquake" in the two weeks preceding this, well then, this is a very specific sign that has not happened previously going all the way back to 1948.

So why do I choose 1948. Several reasons:

1. Prior to 1948 our ability to accurately determine an 8.0 or greater is less accurate.

2. Prior to 1900 our ability is almost nill having to depend on eyewitness accounts rather than seismograph readings.

3. Israel being reformed in 1948 is a great sign indicating that we have arrived at "the terminal generation" and so it seems like a very valid starting point.

4. Something happening 1 time out of 78 times is statistically significant and increases the precision and accuracy of the convergence of the signs and prophetic patterns.

5. No Bible verse is of its own interpretation. Since we are told clearly the sun turns black the moon to blood before the great and terrible day, that prophecy needs to be included in either falsifying the convergence on 9/11/2026 or confirming it.

6. I have pointed out prior to an 8.0 occurring. This is not forcing stuff after the fact to confirm the interpretation but rather posting it before hand.

3. Biblical Basis

The pairing of celestial darkening (sun and moon) with a "great" earthquake and falling stars, tied to the Day of the LORD, recurs across both testaments:

Joel 2:30–31 — "The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD."

Acts 2:19–20 — "I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come."

Matthew 24:29 — "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken."

Mark 13:24–25 — "In those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken."

Luke 21:25–26 — "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity... Men's hearts failing them for fear."

Revelation 6:12–14 — "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth... And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places."

The Sermon and the Verdict: How Matthew 23 Diagnoses What Matthew 5–7 Warns Against

1. Theater (Matt 6:1-18 → Matt 23:5)

The Sermon on the Mount warns against giving, praying, and fasting "to be seen by others" — the Greek word is theathēnai, the root of "theater." Matthew 23:5 shows the diagnosis fulfilled: the scribes and Pharisees "do all their deeds to be seen by others." One passage issues the warning in the second person; the other shows a specific group failing to heed it.

The modern parallel is any apparatus built around the performance of virtue rather than the substance of it — photo ops, staged charity events, PR machinery around public figures. The justification is always that visibility "raises awareness," but the warning in Matthew 6 isn't really about the good deed itself — it's about what happens to a person's motive once an audience becomes part of the equation. Jesus isn't condemning giving or praying; he's condemning giving and praying that have been restructured around being watched. The moment the audience becomes the point, the actor has already received his reward in full — there's nothing left to receive from God, because the transaction was already completed with the crowd.

What makes this diagnostic is that it's testable: does the act still happen when no one is watching? The trumpet before almsgiving (6:2) is the tell — a religious act that requires an announcement isn't primarily about the recipient, it's about the witness. Matthew 23:5 adds a second layer: not just doing things to be seen, but doing them in a way engineered for maximum visibility — "they make their phylacteries broad and their fringes long." The performance isn't incidental to the practice; it's been optimized.

Matthew isn't inventing a new charge in chapter 23 — he's showing the exact failure mode the Sermon warned about, now embodied. That's the pattern: the Sermon gives the command or warning, and Matthew 23 shows what it looks like when a real, identifiable group violates it. It turns the Sermon into a diagnostic tool — a way of recognizing the theater version of righteousness whenever it shows up.

Thank you, ZNP.
One group who prays endless prayers are the Jews at the wall who bob back and forth like the flame of a fire. I wonder, do they think God can not hear a simple prayer.

I have noticed that some groups write books to show how great their leaders are; LDS. And the real reason is to rape the people of their money.

And the flame of fire guys are the better of the two. They do not infringe upon others to get personal gain. But the "rape of the poor for money" guys are clearly in violation of the Savior's instruction in their pomp and majesty.

I would rather watch the flame of fire guy than read a book idolizing an LDS church leader. If I was a church leader I would rather hide under a rug than be idolized.

The flame of fire guy prays to be seen, similar to the LDS leaders in their books to be seen. But no one knows the name of the flame of fire guy. Just a performance and we all go home. But the LDS leaders want the fame of it all.

Christian Goes to Hell… Who He Sees Will Shock You!
This was very interesting. According to him hell is a place where God isn't. While on earth you get a choice, do you want to live with God or not? If you choose to live without God then you go to a place where God isn't. God is love, so it is a place without love. God is hope, so you go to a place without hope. God is light so you go to a place without light. God protects us from harm, so there is no protection from demons in hell. God is the source of life so there is no life, with God there is the water of life, so there is no water, etc. You can't understand what it is for God to be the water of life if there is no contrast, no dry and waterless place.

So people are asking the wrong question. They ask "how can God be so cruel". The reality is that God isn't cruel, He is merciful, and full of grace. So if you choose to live in a place without God it is a place without mercy or grace. The real question we should be asking is "if you know that God is merciful and good and full of grace why would you choose to live in a place without God?"

Matthew 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

This is a huge event, the destruction of the temple in 70 AD. It is a fulfillment of "the sign of Jonah". Yes, the sign of Jonah refers to Jesus being in the tomb for three days and three nights, and then rising from the dead. But Jonah preached for 40 days to repent or else the city would be destroyed, this foreshadowed Jesus and the Apostles preaching for forty years, Jerusalem refusing to repent and the city being utterly destroyed. The temple being cast down is also foreshadowed in Samson pushing out the pillars and the temple being destroyed. The failure of the Jewish leaders to repent and receive Jesus as the Messiah is due to their idolatry, the temple was no longer a temple to God, it was a temple to Dagon, the god of commerce. Jesus condemned them for turning His temple from a house of prayer into a house of commerce. This "Olivet discourse" begins with this picture of "every stone upon another" being cast down and concludes with the parable of the ten virgins with the virgins who were depending on other "stones" to supply them with oil being cast down.

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

The mount of Olives overlooks the temple mount. These three questions are the basis for the Olivet discourse.

When shall these things be?

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

The first concern is that people will try to deceive you about the end of the age.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

1 false Christ is not many, 2 are not many, even 3 are not many. In order for there to be "many false Christs" there must also be many years.

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Consider this latest war. We were hearing rumors of this in 2021 when Russia was massing on the border of Ukraine. So far the war has taken five years and it is still escalating. If you consider that the "cold war" was the "rumors" of war, this thing has been simmering for decades and that is just one war. Think how long it will be to hear of "wars" and "rumors of war". In my lifetime I heard of the Vietnam war, and the Iran Contra affair, and the Cuba missile crisis, and the assassination of JFK which was tied to the Cuba missile crisis, and the War in Afghanistan when Russia was there, before us. Rwanda genocide, six day war in Israel, the Yom Kippur war in Israel, Iraq and Iran war, 911, the Gulf wars, etc. That is just in my lifetime, during the church age this has been standard for the last two thousand years.

7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

We had a huge Tsunami due to an earthquake, we had a concert for Bangladesh because of a famine, we had the AIDS epidemic and the Covid19 pandemic. Just in my lifetime we have seen a bunch of famines, often caused by war and refugees fleeing the war torn area.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Jesus is not discounting all these things, but He is simply saying this is the beginning, this is not the end of the age. All of these things set the stage. You want to know what the war during the tribulation will look like? Well look at all these wars as a preview. You want to know what the famine will look like? Look at all these famines as a preview. A lot of people are "preppers", but look at these famines like what we have seen recently. It is usually from refugees fleeing someplace and winding up in a compound with tents. If you had to flee how much food are you able to bring with you? All that stuff you stored up, will you be forced to flee and leave it behind? Beans and rice are very cheap and can last for years. But they are also very heavy. How much could you carry if you had to flee? And you need water to cook them, where are you going to get water when you are with ten million other refugees who are fleeing? That is the real pestilence: cholera, typhoid and dysentery. If you are with ten million fleeing from NYC or another east coast city, where are you all going to defecate? If the power goes out then so does water purification and the pumps pumping clean water into water towers.

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

This is now the second stage. We saw this during this century. The number of Christians martyred in the last hundred years has been greater than the previous 1900 years.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

The martyrdom results in many being offended. Why? Because they were taught that if you get saved and become a Christian you will be blessed. The gospel they heard was not faithful to tell them that taking up your cross and following Jesus involves paying a price. They are offended because they were lied to with a phony gospel, they felt betrayed and so they betray one another. You can't hate someone unless you first loved them.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

These false prophets are like bookends. They started the age with many false prophets and when you see a whole bunch of them again, it is a sign of the end of the age. Think of them as flies. When an animal dies it gets covered with maggots and then you have a lot of flies. The beginning of the church age was the judgement on the Jewish religion, it died, it was covered with maggots and then you had flies (false prophets and false Christs) everywhere. Now at the end of the age we have denominational Christianity dying, we have tele evangelists and the prosperity gospel churches and the mega churches all dying, and so we are again besieged with flies everywhere.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Iniquity abounded with Pharaoh in Egypt. This is not a reference to iniquity abounding in the world, it is iniquity abounding in the church. LGBTQ+ churches flying pride flags and having lesbian, gay and trans pastors is this iniquity abounding and the love of the many waxing cold as a result.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

So once we see these things it is like the two minute warning, we are now near the end.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

And this is the answer to "when shall these things be". If you look at everything that he just said, it is the reaction of a world controlled by Satan to the gospel going forth. But everything works for salvation. Wars and rumors of war are a great backdrop for preaching the gospel. People who get drafted into the army are immediately more open to hearing the gospel and their parents are now more open to prayer. Likewise with famine and pestilence, and simply hearing about it on the news or seeing pictures of it is enough to turn many to the Lord and to prayer. Evangelism from those who went out from Britain preceded World War 1, and that war was when the Gideons became an international ministry distributing Bibles to soldiers going into all the world. After World War 2 we had radio preaching the gospel, and then TV with Billy Graham, and now we have the internet.

We have to view this in terms of the temple being destroyed. The Jewish leaders thought they could simply say that "Jesus is not the Messiah" and that would be that. But instead that wasn't that. So then they thought they could charge the apostles not to speak in Jesus name and then that would be that. But instead that wasn't that. So then they killed James and Stephen and thought that by killing a few people that would be that, but that wasn't that. Instead their city was destroyed, their temple was destroyed, they were scattered to the four corners of the earth and that was that. Meanwhile they get to be the despised people of the earth like the scapegoat with the scarlet thread. They wind up in the four corners of the earth and what do they see? People who are Christians, they are all confessing that Jesus Christ is the Messiah! They are like the girl in the song who doesn't appreciate what she had until it is gone.

What shall be the sign of thy coming?

In the verses from 4-14 Jesus told them when these things will be. It is all focused on the gospel going forth. WW1 and WW2 were big steps for the gospel going to the four corners of the earth. Radio and TV were even bigger steps. But the internet has truly sent the gospel into the four corners of the earth. The Gideon international ministry is in 200 countries and has distributed 2.6 billion bibles. That is 40% of all Bibles in the world were given freely by that ministry. The Jews are being provoked to jealousy.

Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)

The holy place refers to the Holy sanctuary. Many assume and even teach that for this to happen the Jews must first rebuild the temple. That is completely false and the Jews know it. The Holy sanctuary can be set up in a tent prior to the Jews even starting to rebuild the temple. When I was a brand new Christian, having just been baptized, it was the 1980s and there was a lot of talk of the Lord's return. I heard of this requirement for the idol to be set up in the temple and I thought "oh good, if I see Israel start to rebuild the temple that will be like the fire alarm telling me the Lord is about to return". I suspect that many Christians have this concept and it gives them a false sense that they'll know months, maybe even a year before Israel resumes sacrifices on the temple mount. This concept is wrong. You could literally be given 24 hours warning like Lot was. All the Jews need is to have permission to set up a tent on the temple mount and within 24 hours they could be offering sacrifices. They already have everything they need and they are simply waiting for the covenant to be strengthened so that Israel provides security for the priests to resume.

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

The flight doesn't begin when the sacrifices begins, it begins when the Antichrist sets up his idol in the Holy place. That is for the Jews. Again, think of Lot, he fled to the mountains. When Israel resumes sacrifices on the mount it will precipitate a violent and chaotic reaction to both Islam and Christians. There will be many Christians who will at this point wake up. The picture is like Lot being told by the two angels that the city is going to be destroyed and outside hordes of a violent mob surround his house. Three and half years later this horrific scene in NYC will then spread to Jerusalem as Antichrist sets up his idol there. This gospel has a specific agenda for the salvation of the Jews as a nation.

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

This obliterates the thought that you will be given a few months warning. You are given a few hours warning. Not enough time to get a moving truck. Not even enough time to pack up the car.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

The abomination in the temple starts the "great tribulation", the last 3 1/2 years of the seven year period known as the day of the Lord or the seventieth week. This woe is specifically for women with infants, that means the infants were born during the first three and a half years of the seventieth week. The situation around the globe will be terrible, a famine, a war and a plague all running like the horses of the apocalypse. This is not the time to have children.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

The great tribulation is 1,260 days. That is 18 days less than what we would consider to be 3 1/2 years. Now the "time shall be shortened" may also refer to the speed with which the earth is rotating, so that the number of days is less and the number of hours in each day is also less.

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

This is specifically about the Great tribulation, but we should see this a repeating pattern. They said this right after Jesus was crucified, then they said this right after Israel was reformed as a nation, they will also say this right after the rapture, and finally they will say this right after Antichrist sets himself up in the temple of God.

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Why isn't it possible? These people are left behind during the tribulation because they were deceived. I believe it is not possible because of the 144,000.

25 Behold, I have told you before.

This is a major mistake people make, they think " when I see Israel resume the sacrifices and oblations then I'll preach the gospel and warn people". That will be too late. Everyone is thinking the same thing and not only genuine believers but also Satan, and he will use bots and AI to flood the airwaves with false Christs and false prophets. Now is the best opportunity you will ever get to preach on this. When people ridicule you and mock you then it is proof positive that they didn't agree with you. After the sacrifices resume everyone will say "everyone knows that". People will trust the person who told them the truth when it was hardest to tell, not the glad handers trying to pile onto the bus after the dam has burst.

26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. 27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

This is going to be "big news". Think of the kickoff to the Super bowl, or the bell ringing for the start of a major heavyweight fight. To be saying at that time "this is a fulfillment of prophecy" is too late. Everyone, even unbelievers know that. At that time they will mock you, why are you still here? Where were you yesterday when I had a chance to be saved from this tribulation?

28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

At the start of the tribulation everyone left behind will realize either they are the carcase or they are the vultures. The vultures will ultimately go to hell, so this is their opportunity to feast. If you are the carcase you can still be saved through martyrdom. So you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Where do you want to spend eternity, and if it is with the Lord Jesus are you willing to pay the price?
