Hello to whoever may read this. I'm a baby Christian of about 11 months so there is still a lot I am new to and unsure of. Wanting to have some of my recent experiences seen from another perspective rather than bouncing around in my head.

A few weeks ago I rebelled against God, I didn't want to continue fasting because it felt like it was back to back to back.
I was convicted at Church, and all was well again, until I disobeyed God again at Church.
Since then I did do another fast, finish and started to lose my identity in Christ; the joy, forgiveness, love, mercy ect it seems to have all fallen away and

I now feel nothing.

Now I know we are to walk by faith and not by sight but it seems as though I've regressed to who I was before (sort of).
Prayer is empty, I have to force emotions, and the only time I feel calm is when I'm doing Bible Study.

From the time of this post, it seems like its been around 3 or 4 days. Its like my emotions get sucked away in a vacuum shortly after experiencing them and im in this state of null.

I fear I may have disobeyed or rebelled again and this is what God has done as punishment - im basing it off of Hebrews 3&4.

I know I am saved by grace through faith and there is no more condemnation through Christ Jesus, but I am still fearing as there is still aspects unanswered and prayer is empty. I want to know if ive messed up or if this is just spiritual dryness or what but ive no clue.

I hope to find and answer, but Im grateful for other peoples opinions. Thanks

Read romans 8 over and over again. Lots of things affect our emotions, not feeling it doesn't mean God is mad at us or punishing us. Eventually the initial euphoria of salvation wears off and we settle into a pattern of daily life with God. But you don't have to earn his love, he already loves you and wants to do you good.
