You're to go to your own homes and stay there! You are not to gather in homes and party!

She ended up making a second appearance a day or two later. Same bullhorn,same warning. Only this time,still maskless,she threatened fines. Police going door to door.

I don't know if folks complied after that but,she didn't make another appearance. And no arrests made news.

Likely,given the neighborhood of working class people not fond of Dictators,someone could have informed that official of that.
As in,yeah,you might send Browbshirts to kick in the door to police compliance. But then again,you might not see them again.

The recent examples were the j6 arrests. A lot of them were denied all those things you mentioned according to news reports.

Everything is in place from flock cameras to everyone who has internet security for the Chinese style censorship and control.
The newspaper recently reported threats to all who oppose the draconian system.

A cop told me that all the police in the area are now equipped with the hardware and subscriptions to access every phone &computer in their areas.

On top of that are those IR scanners that see through walls.

Churches were certainly singled out. Hindsight is 20/20 so I gave pastors slack on not having all the information and risking personal responsibility for risk.

It looks like the biggest weapons were the lethal injections. Looking at the mandated "treatments" for those who were hospitalized, that was the first wave. A federal grant of $150,000 per patient as long as WHO/HHS Fauci protocol was followed. They cranked the machines up high enough to burst the lungs of many elderly. They gave the highest risk drug, Remdesivere and Drs/admins kept the grant for killing the patients quickly before the money was spent on longer stays.
