No man can. Why? Because, his depravity of his flesh would not allow for it.

That's where grace comes in.
Just like the Holy Spirit now will control our flesh?
When drawing someone, God uses His grace to shut down a man's flesh, so his soul can be made free to be drawn by God.

And... in spite of what some Calvinists have come up with.
Like, God drags us into salvation.
The drawing of God is not some brute overwhelming forced induction.
For, Jeremiah allows us to see the much better side of God's real nature...

Jeremiah 31:3​

The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:​
​
“I have loved you with an everlasting love;​
I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.​

I much prefer Jeremiah's understanding of God. One that sheds light on how God draws a person.
A view that glorifies God, rather than the harsh way that Calvinists keep presenting .

When God draws that's the commencement of a quickening or spiritual resurrection or regeneration, that's what Grace does Eph 2:5
5 ;Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)

The Father quickens Jn 5 21

For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. The drawing of the Father and quickening are two sides of the same coin, He is not drawing a spiritually dead sinner,His drawing is the irresistible, inward pull of the Holy Spirit that occurs because the Father has quickened that soul according to His eternal decree

Who has never heard of Jesus Christ?

NOBODY. EVERY unbeliever is without excuse and will be without excuse.

When humans don't fulfill their Opportunities and privileges of witnessing the Lord Jesus Christ........The Holy Spirit WILL.

He is God, He will leave none with an excuse. He will get His Gospel out......Supernaturally.

Us humans fail and don't fulfill our mission. God never fails.

This scripture supports Unconditional election, Particular love, irresistible grace. You probably havent studied it, you cherry picking

This, is like picking up an object and wondering who it belongs to. You look around to see if someone dropped it and see no one. You look at it again and decide that it has no use you can see, so, putting it back on the ground, you walk away while dusting off your hands

We do not believe Reformed theology is a sect or branch of Christianity, we believe reformed theology is a synonym for biblical Christianity.

As a young Christian when I started Bible college?
I did not know any better.
I thought the pastor's job was to exegete the old English of the KJV so I could finally understand it.

The old English allows for way too much subjective and erroneous thinking.
Any uneducated fool can fake teaching from it without much fear of someone knowing he made an error.

IMHO.....
