Hi you guys my name is Rashae and I have a prayer request: please pray for God to have mercy upon me and to grant me mercy and his grace and his help with everything I’m going through right now. specifically for my physical health (to be healthy and feel better physically.) and as well as the other things that he knows that I’m going through. please ask God to help me to turn from any sin in my life and for him to hear my prayers/ be merciful to me and help me to repent. Also I would appreciate it if you guys can continue praying for me daily. 🙏🏽

Your profile says that you are a Christian. As a Christian, you have access, with boldness, through Jesus Christ, to God's throne of grace where you can obtain both mercy and grace to help you in your time of need.

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Heb 4:15
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Heb 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Jesus is your heavenly high priest, and he is touched with the feeling of your infirmities/weaknesses. He knows what you are going through because he went through the same things during his incarnation here on earth. Cry out to God through him, and God will hear your prayers. I will be praying for you at my end as well. God bless you.​

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you your heart's desire. He is there and works for the good of those called to Him. Answer the call, invite Him in as your guide and He will see you shine.

Prayed

Hi, I've been dealing with a friend who has health problems. She is and recovering from brain problems. There are potentially natural, essentially, just good healthy food that can help. It's helped my friend... just a change in diet

I recommend the following

Organic blueberries (make sure they're organic, sadly this is part of a list called the dirty dozen for pesticides, organic is obviously) 75 berries a day, if you can

Turmeric, 1 teaspoon a day (caution if your taking medication, some medicatios interact, blood thinners for example), only 4 days a week

Omega 3 , fish or take supplements, do 1200 to around 2000

Organic baby Spinach, 15 leaves a day

Walnuts, 7 walnuts a day

1 to 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, organic

These are foods that I've given to a friend and it significantly helped and healed her of her symptoms. You can check these out online and see for youself.

You can make a salad out of most of these ingredients. I wish good health , God bless
